This is not my first visit-I've gone a few times before. They are usually quite efficient. Of course on a holiday weekend, they will be busier. But I felt that they were quite attentive to doing a good job, despite that. Given the proximity to our home, and the last few visits, this will be my new regular nail salon!! Glad to have discovered it. They are also giving out holiday gifts of hand lotion at the moment, which was a nice bonus!

I am extremely ticklish on my feet, she was so careful not to torture me and gave the best foot massage I've ever had from a pedicure, my feet and legs melted in her hands. There is a nice list of complimentary cocktails, wine, sodas, tea, and water available. This adds so much to the experience.

I really wish I could give this salon more stars because the staff is super kind, the salon is very…read moreclean but this is sadly a case of while they may be less expensive than other nearby salons, it shows in the quality of the work. Trying to give them the benefit of doubt that maybe some of the staff is maybe new to nail design, I have been here a couple times to get a pedicure and my nails done. The pedicures come out okay, I typically go for gel on my nails which they have an okay amount of colors to choose from but they never do a good job cleaning up the sides or top after applying the gel coat which leaves me to have to take the parts they dont clean up because gel is hard and is uncomfortable when its poking your skin. I am also someone who is really looking for reshaping and getting in there during a pedicure and it is hit or miss depending on the staff member you get here. As for the finger nails, if you take in a design, chances are they will struggle to recreate it. First time I tried getting a little ghost on some of my nails for Halloween. The design I wanted was not complicated but the nail tech struggled and then tried to just use stickers. The stickers kept pulling up and she tried to just add more top coat to fix it. I told her I just wanted a solid color because they just kept getting worse and worse. Then this week I came in wanted almond shape with a brown French tip. We went back and forth on the shape of my nails a lot. They are not horrible but many are filed more on one side so they look a little crooked. The brown French tip looks different on many of them and even the amount of polish in the tip is different with some being darker than others. As mentioned the staff is very kind but I feel like it is best for people who just want plain polish or men's mani/pedicure.

I…read moregot charged $10 to remove TWO nails on my hands and $8 to remove my old shellac, which that I understand. Then, a $5 service fee. It's been 2 weeks and my nails are falling off like butter. I don't even have to force them to fall off, they're literally sliding off with no force. I would be more than happy to pay that for a French tip manicure and a shellac pedicure, but I got the most basic nails, 1 solid color. When I was told $10 to remove two nails I said wow for 2 nails? And lady said "yeah it's 5 per nail, it's usually more" so that means that if I would've came in with a whole set of nails they would've charged me $50 to take them all off which is unbelievable.

I was asked to come back later. As a mother, I understand that a crying baby can be challenging, but babies do not always understand how to stay quiet or behave perfectly. If children are not welcome when they become fussy, that policy should be clearly communicated before customers are seated. I felt embarrassed and unwelcome, and the situation could have been handled with much more understanding and compassion. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a very negative impression of the salon.

We did and were guided back to chairs. Someone came quickly and began working on my oldest daughter. However 30-40 min later no one had come to help my younger daughter nor I. At this point I asked if someone would be coming to help her with my other daughter and myself. She assured me someone else was coming. I said okay and let her know that I had another appointment in 45 min elsewhere. She looked at the clock and said okay. 15 more minutes pass and she finishes my oldest and goes to move on to my youngest. I inquire again if someone else is coming. She tells me everyone else is busy and shes the only one available for all of us. I let her know that I had another appt at in 30 min and she said she could either do my nails or my daughter's. (What kind of choice is that?) I told her that if I had known they didn't have time or that they were understaffed or that there would have been a wait, we would have gone elsewhere. I began inspecting my girls' nails and they were sloppily done. I paid extra for shellac. There was polish on their fingers, missing polish on the tips of their nails. She didn't trim them, or clean them (my daughter still had very visible dirt under her nails). I brought this to her attention and she filed them a little. We will absolutely not be back. Spend your money elsewhere. Thank you for ruining what should have been a fun experience for us.
