I used to like coming to this location until I had a few bad experiences multiple times ... 1st off one of the lady's ALWAYS try's to up-sale what service your doing with little to no respect on what you came there to do. For example I have been a customer for about a year and always get the same service (threading eyebrows) the lady ALWAYS ask if I want to get another location done every time i come in, this can be a bit annoying & frustrating. I find that to be very disrespectful & not welcoming at all with the services provided. 2nd, there is a newer lady who I've never seen before, she is rude & always has an attitude when she threads. She threads hard where it is painful & not like the other lady's who does it with little to no pain at all. Owner is very rude and unprofessional. She hung up in my face. Was making fun of her other clients on a message thread. This was supposed to be my first time getting services done by her. But of course I canceled my appointment after she violated the privacy of her client. She then called me attempting to apologize but still was telling me her clients private information and had her client in the back ground yelling that their service was ruined because she was busy talking to me. When I informed her that this is unprofessional her response was that she is not unprofessional and that she can take me to court for slander for calling her unprofessional. I'm willing to bet money that her response to this review will be unprofessional, lack of accountability, and shift of blame. All beacuse she didn't want to refund $35 due to her lack of professionalism. I wish I knew the girls name who did my eyebrows today but this was one of the most odd experiences/excuses I've heard from any salon I've ever visited. I came for a quick eyebrow threading and knew the girl who I was about to sit down with always left random hair here and there and you had to tell her about 4-5 times before finishing as I had in the past. I ended up doing just that and went back and forth about what hairs to take off when I realized not only was below my eyebrow about to bleed and completely red / inflamed, but she hadn't even touched between my eyebrows where there was clearly hair growing that was not supposed to be there: I asked if she skipped this area for a reason when she thought for a second and then told me she assumed not to do that part of my eyebrows due to Lent? Mind you, this woman knows nothing about me or my religion (I am not religious in any way) so she assumed my religion and then I suppose decided I should give up not having a unibrow for lent. Wonderful, so after that excuse of what seemed like just being careless- I asked her to remove ALL of the hairs that did not belong. Eyebrows ended up looking okay which is the reason I gave 3 stars but man the workers here are really something. read more

Just walked in around 4 for a quick threading, the staff was super friendly & attentive to guests. I didn't have an appointment & there were a couple people ahead of me but I didn't mind waiting. The lounge area was nice with a cozy AND pretty booth type area to relax on while waiting. Staff was super quick only had to wait about 20/25 mins before Sandy was able to take care of me. Icing on top of the cake of this experience was the client before me was being a total karen about her service she received, airing a complaint/ concern is completely different then throwing a childlike tantrum in front of a lobby of paying customers who are happy to be there & receive the service they are there for. Have been coming to this place for a couple of years (only out of sheer convenience since it is right by my house) but will NOT be returning ever again. first I usually have to wait a very long time for someone to do my eyebrows which was tolerable. however because of my heritage, the Indian/Pakistani staff feel they can cross boundaries and speak to me in a rude and derogatory way. it was too many personal questions at first from both Sandy & Bhagu. I went in there dreading it each time but wanted my eyebrows done so I went anyway. Then today I went in to do my eyebrows. Bhagu (a staff member) came by to say hello while I was getting my eyebrows threaded and asked how I was doing, it had been a while since I was last in.. I told her I was fine and that I just had a baby. she then stated very loudly that she could tell since I had "gained so much weight" and started laughing. So inappropriate to say to your customer. this was the last straw for me. I just gave birth, I did not come there to get insulted. to top it off the Pakistani lady threading my eyebrows asked me in Urdu if I knew of anyone wanting waxing services as she was looking for more work and could come to their house to wax them. I doubt the business owner/manager would appreciate her asking customers that. Also want to add that I have overheard employees talking about clients in Urdu. I never take the time to write reviews but in this case I had to. such a shame but I cannot let myself come here again. read more

It's sad to see the quality of eyebrow threading at this place plummet. They used to have great threading artist like Bhagwa and Sandy. But now the only good one left is Manisha (who is probably overworked as everyone wants her to thread). This place is close to my house, so it was convenient for me to just go here, but now I m contemplating trying other studios. I have given 2 or 3 other threading artists at this location a chance, but have been extremely disappointed with their work.
