I wanted to try this place a second time, since the first time I went I was unsure if I liked it or not. But this second time ruined it for me. I showed up around 2:30 and no customers. The lady that was doing brows didn't even greet me so I said hello? And she was towards the back and yells give me 5 minutes I'm eating lunch. So I said ok..should I wait? And she said yes. So I waited. She continued to eat and talk on the phone. She was also eating with her fingers while enjoying her call. I waited and waited and the longer I waited the more I was thinking she better wash her hands. But the more I thought about it the more I got grossed out. So after 10-12 minutes of waiting I got up and started to walk out. She then came running hang on I'm finishing now. I said don't worry about it take your time. I'm leaving. Honestly I got tired of waiting and grossed out from her eating with her fingers and possibly thinking she wouldn't wash her hands. I will not be returning here anymore. There is another place Aaianas which I will 1,000% recommend over this place. read more

I've been going to Simmy's for 2 years and I won't go anywhere else.. never disappointed.

I just moved to the area & needed to find a good eyebrow place. I read the reviews here & thought I'd give it a shot.. so I went in for eyebrow threading & an eyelash lift/perm. Even though I got there before other customers I spent about 20 minutes waiting to get my eyelash lift & during my session the lady was running back & forth between me & other customers coming in, which was a little irritating. After about 35-40 minutes of me getting my eyelash lift I got up to look in the mirror & there was literally no change in my lashes. Granted I do have straight eyelashes but I have had several lifts before & they came out great. On top of that my eyebrows did not come out how I'm used to them. There were still a lot of stray hairs left. The lady was nice, but I'm sorry to say I will not be going back. read more
