Me and my husband did take our kids and her friends to Mod Nails Spa last month to celebrate her 9th birthday years old. The staff was so much welcoming and patient, making all the kids feel like little princes . All the kids have a blast choosing fun colors and designs, and the salon is super friendly with kid . Another plus is they have sodas and juices for kids as complementary as well. The last but not least, attention to detail and care they showed made the day so special. However, that's no reason to put me with your least experience pedicure person when I need a powder nail put on both my big toenails and it's New Year's eve! So how to design picked out it's very dark in there and I can't see way down to my toes I literally have to put them on the counter when I get home to see him however, there is powder extended over my skin past the nail bed I'm going to have to cut that off myself also the Polish was so thick that just taking my pants off to get in the shower put a big gouge in it and my other smaller toenails were never filed they're just ragging on the ends and there's polish missing on them it's just unacceptable it's New Year's Eve for God's sake really? Pictures come on trying to add pictures so you can see what a cluster pluck this is but it won't allow me to $75 blowing in the wind literally my granddaughter could have painted toes better than this! And when I called back the owner didn't have anything to say like we'll redo your pedicure or nothing come back and we'll fix it well it's New Year's Eve don't have time to come back I have to go out looking like this thanks a lots MOD!! read more

Highly recommend this nail salon and spa! The salon is under new management and completely renovated. The facilities are very clean and modern with fun and friendly staff! When I walked in, the staff offered me water and also a mimosa! I got the Deluxe Mod Pedicure Spa package which included a sugar scrub, essential oil soak, foot & lower leg massage, hot stone massage, and pedicure. I am always on my feet for work and this was the perfect thing to help rejuvenate my tired feet. I also got a French manicure that was so flawless, I couldn't recognize my hands. The moisturizing forearm and hand massages were part of the manicure experience as well. Overall, this has been one of the best nail salon experiences I've had. I haven't visited since preCovid, but went today when I saw "new management" banner in the front. I highly recommend. I DID have to wait 30 mins, but I was a walk in so I didn't mind. I showed Andy my Pinterest nail picture and he assured me he could easily remake it. I was offer a drink of water, soda, wine, or champagne and I chose a mimosa. Andy was meticulous, professional, and personable. I will be coming back in 2 wks. I hope it's the same treatment. Today was probably slow bc of the icy weather. We will see. It's very clean and inviting, and they use great quality products that last. I went here to get my nails done for my wedding and the artwork Sarah did on them was outstanding. Alex did a phenomenal job on my nails yesterday afternoon and even mixed two different glitter colors to get the look I was going for. Best ombré job I've ever had. Update: I'm so sad to say my more recent experience really disappointed me. I'm pretty sure today will be the last day I come here. I got a girl this time that I won't name but she's newer and she tries, she just pays no attention to detail- doesn't know how to smooth nails out or evenly cut. I tried to help her notice the mistakes but without outright being blunt and saying it looks terrible, there was really no way to tell her without creating a scene, and I don't like scenes. I came in the last time and, aside from my nails just looking bad, two days later they started breaking. I called to set up an appointment to get them fixed. I asked not to be placed with the same person that did my nails. Well, I walk in today and the owner's son ask we why I'm there, I explain and he calls her name to come fix my nails. I said to him "she's really the one that messed up my nails, not sure if I want to use her again", and he just nods and carries on. I'm not sure if he ignored me or just didn't understand but once again I got my nails done by this same person. Once again I don't like them. This time they won't break because they are extremely thick. Just like last time (hard to see in the pics) but the whole surface of the nail is bumpy. It looks like play dough on my fingers. I'm not sure why it would make sense to anyone at the salon to place the person that complained about the nails with the person that did them but that decision really should have been thought through... especially after I brought it up. This was my favorite nail salon. I spent too much time out of my day today (2 hours of travel and 2 hours for my nails- 8 hours total between the days) and the other day to be so dissatisfied. I really don't like to complain but this was pretty upsetting. I won't blame the girl because they really need to be checking the work their employees are doing to be sure it's acceptable. read more

My sister and I have been to this place a few times with no problems, the people are typically friendly and the service is ok. However, this past Sunday we had Mani's and Pedi's done, I walked out HIGHLY disappointed. No one greeted us as we walked in and several technicians passed right by us offering service to others as we waited. Not to mention, my nails look as if they have been butchered and I have hang nails everywhere. It looks as if a child painted them and as if they were done weeks ago, as opposed to just being done on Sunday. After asking the guy who did them to correct a few things I finally gave up after he acted annoyed. This place is horrible! They are very rude! I have given them 3 chances and I will NEVER go back. 1st the are not only rude but they embarrassed me about a waxing request I had. Very disappointed in these dip nails. They are strangely soft and not even 10 minutes after I walked out the tip on my middle nail separated and cracked. I've never had dip nails that bend like this. I will have to go somewhere to get these fixed tomorrow and I paid $50 today for these. read more

I was getting their shellac for a long time, it last for over 2 weeks without chipping. I am now getting acrylic with colored powder and I LOVE IT. For my toes I usually do the scrub, every now and then I add the paraffin wax. Nina is awesome with pedis, if she's not available I ask for Diane. If your sign says you open at 9:00 a.m., your doors should be open and ready for customers at 9:00. I had two techs working on me at one time in a pedicure chair. This is very uncomfortable. I was unable to use the massage which is part of the experience because the nail tech would not be able to work effectively with the vibration. I also could not pay attention to what the person doing the pedicure needed while my nails were being done at the same time. One tech working on one service at a time works much better. The service was not any quicker with two people working on me at one time. These are just suggestions! I use to do nails and I would never have two people working on a customer at one time. Either change your hours to 9:30 or make sure you are ready to go at 9:00. Even the staff was waiting outside at 9:10. The staff was very professional and my nails turned out great!
