Got gifted a $50 gift card by a family member for Deluxe Nails & Spa. I called to make sure they would take the card because I've had an issue before at another salon. The lady I spoke with on the phone told me "no you got that from somewhere else we don't take gift cards" over & over again. I read her the address on the gift card which is 24230 Kuykendahl Rd. (Their address) also read her their phone number that's on the card. She said "yes that's our address and number" and I said "so this is y'all's salon then" and she then told me again "you got that from somewhere else" ??? Very rude and not good customer service. I feel bad for my family member that paid them for a gift card when they clearly just stole their money if they won't allow customers to use gift cards that are bought at their salon. read more

This place would get 0 stars if it wasn't for Jenny. I came in less than a week ago to get a shellac mani/ pedi and the girl who did my manicure was in such a rush to leave she did a terrible job. I called to let the manager know what had happened and she recommended I come back and they would take care of it. Upon return, the manicurist she originally assigned me to had a major attitude and walked off when I mentioned her demeanor. That's when JENNY took over. SHE IS WONDERFUL! She not only recognized that most of my cuticles were still on, but she took her time in fixing it and asked my thoughts and feelings all along the way. Overall experience not worth returning. If you MUST try this salon ask for Jenny she will ensure you leave happy. read more

The new owners are lousy!! Their service is awful, they make the employees use timers when they are doing a manicure or pedicure so they don't spend to much time with the customer. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my two girls with me today (mothers day 2019) to get our nails done. They had my 2 year olds nails polished in 1 minute. They looked terrible. My nails took a LONNGG time to do, 2 hours to be exact. And my oldest daughters were rushed through. I will never go there again. I paid $100 to complete JUNK. I have a hair in one of my nails, I told her and after her sanding it down one time she said she couldn't get it out. And after leaving my daughter showed me bubbles that cover all of her nails along with a hair in hers. Mine are EXTREMELY uneven. The white tips are a disaster on the sides of just about all of my nails. My ring finger is hot pink and she sanded off the color in parts throughout the nail. There are bumps on the tops. I'm just completely upset with how much I paid for such a crappy job. This place should go out of business. Attached are pictures of my oldest daughters nails and my nails. Hers are first. read more

I have lived in Creekside for less than a year and have been to about 8 different nail places. There have been some rotten experiences with them cutting my nails too short and some start out great but then after 2 or 3 visits decline. The last pedicure I got literally lasted 15 min and I felt like I was bothering the lady for coming in for business. This place was clean and quiet with new massage chairs.They use a timer so you get a foot/leg massage as indicated by pedicure type. FYI if you use a card there is a small fee but that happens at most places. I didn't get my nails done this time but will be back to try that in the future. I've been coming here for manicures and pedicures for a couple of years now. They have always done a good job and I hardly ever have to wait. They have a great selection of colors to choose from! I love that you can get a really nice and relaxing pedicure with a neck warmer. They also give really good massages and they are long! That is one of my favorite things about this place. Brought my daughter in for pedicures for her and I. We waited for quite awhile, which I didn't mind even though they weren't very busy. Apparently while I had my eyes closed the 2 technicians began pointing at me and laughing at me in front of my daughter. It was quite obvious to her they were badmouthing us. With so many nail salons in the area and the fact that they expect a tip after talking badly about you to your face; I will make that my last time to Deluxe Nails. read more

If I could rate this place any lower I would. Took my sweet daughter for a treat to get mani & pedis together. The women working on us were so aggressive and angry, pinching my child and squeezing us both at every step. The polish job was messy at best and they didn't even bother to turn on the uv light to dry at the end. My daughter had to turn it on herself. They chatted amongst themselves and seemed to be talking about us the whole time. Horrible experience and will not return. read more

DONT get your eyebrows waxed here. Tried because it was close to home.. Took 2 minutes. Left and immediately had to go through the process somewhere else. It looked like I didn't even get them waxed. No tweezing. Terrible. read more

Fabulous manicure and gel polish. Got an arm massage AND a neck massage while the nail polish remover removed my old gel polish. Yen was my nail tech and was so gentle yet efficient. Her massage was outstanding! Not a lot of frills here just good service, clean, professional and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
