I highly suggest not going here. Terrible service. I wanted a mani and pedi. I had acrylic on my toe that was ready to come off. Instead of filing it down though with the tools they are provided with she fucking yanked it off and took my real toe nail with it. She was apologetic but that wasn't enough. She tried to continue with the service after I told her I did not want any services anymore. She said she could just put more acrylic on it. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This ship has been my go to for the past 4 years until today. They completely let me down when my nail tech did not say a word to me the whole time I was in the shop. He did not voice to me that he was charging extra for things I did not ask for! When a friend I was with got explained to her the run down of her prices, and was told her french wouldn't be extra but I was never told anything for my french. I always go there and pay no more than $55 but today I paid $70 for nails that are shorter than I usually get. The service provided by the nail tech was not great and he said 0 words to me other than what kind of nail I wanted. When I asked why mine was so expensive I was told "I don't know you asked for extra stuff sorry." I was charged for "extra" things that I NEVER asked for and was told by the main lady that I "am not a child and can speak up." That is awful. I informed the guy 3 different times that he was WAY over filing on only one side of every nail which made them all point to the right (I wanted them straight, obv). I ended up asking him if I could just see the file and fix it myself.. took me about 5 minutes to correct the mistakes and he just got on his phone and started watching a movie.. Not the fanciest place but it is very clean! My friend had a pedicure and shellac manicure and only spent $49 which is very reasonable. She enjoyed it and that's saying a lot because she's very picky with nail salons. I did a refill and requested a complicated nail shape... the almond shape. My tech Tammy was not familiar with this shape and asked Lily to shape my nails for her. Lily is great! I received exactly what I asked for. My refill was only $30 and I walked out happily! Tammy was very nice and told me since I liked that particular shape I should book with Lily next time. I will sure do that! The atmosphere for the most part was usually quiet and relaxing. This nail salon is situated in a strip mall - its not a fancy spa, but we were greeted and attended to right away. We sat in the standard pedicure massage chairs and soaked our toes. The nil polish selection could use a tad of replenishing, but they have plenty of OPI colors along with some other brands i would not go for. I believe my techs name was Helen- she was awesome. My nails look like perfection and she even gave me a mani while i was in the chair to multitask so my friend (who wasnt getting a mani) would not have to wait for me. This was her first time getting her nails done in America. when we first walked into the shop they asked what we would like I told them my sister would like just a polish change. Her total came out to be $36, they decided to give her a full refill with shellac instead of just giving her the polish change that we asked for. they knew she could not speak good English so they took advantage of her and took her money when I called back today they said that they did not hear me say that she just wanted a polish change they only heard me say that I wanted a refill with shellac. I don't know what happened here, but I used to love coming to this place. It was conveniently located right next to my house. I came in today for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. The woman that did mine was terrible. She did a decent job, but rushed through. There was a customer came in 5 minutes after me that she was friends with, and the entire time, she payed more attention to her than me. She would leave her station to go talk to her, and rushed through my shellac manicure. So, it took 8 minutes. I timed it... seriously? 8 minutes to do 3 coats of shellac polish and massage. My toes look horrid. There are spots around the toes where she accidentally got polish on, and she did not remove it. Even though I asked her to several times. She was way too busy talking to the other customer that came in after me. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning to this place. I can't believe I wasted my money on this awful service. read more

I wish zero stars was an option because that's what this place deserves. It does NOT live up to its name at all. I went in for a pedicure and it was the worst experience ever. I wasn't greeted at all. I was treated as if I was bothering them and I should have walked out then, but I didn't. I would come to regret that later. The woman who was told to do my pedicure made me wait in the chair while she was in the back doing something else. Then, about five minutes into my pedicure, a woman walked in and said she needed her eyebrows waxed. The woman doing my feet stopped, told me she was going to do her eyebrows and just got up and left me sitting there and didn't care how I felt about it at all. When she finally came back and started on my feet again, she rushed through my pedicure so fast and left a scratch on my big toe on my left foot. I've been getting pedicures for over twenty years and this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had. Don't waste your time or your money. This place is not worth it. read more

None of the reviews talk about how filthy this place is. I was 5 minutes into my pedicure when I started to notice how unsanitary it was. I should have walked out but thought maybe I was being to picky, until I noticed a woman come in for a waxing and the tech left the room, grabbed a seat pillow from one of the nail stations and take it into the waxing room. Now I cannot say "how" the pillow was used but she had just finished with another waxing client and had not needed the pillow before. I did not notice until my pedicure was over that the implements that are used, are simply rinsed in the pedicure tub and placed back into the pedicure cart. I will NOT be returning. read more
