If you look at my previous review in 2018 I was a happy regular of several years. As of last Friday, I'm finding a new salon. Which is disappointing because I enjoy getting pedicures from Cindy. If a salon is booked for the evening you should tell your customers that when they call in. Someone should never arrive at a salon to be told they had an appointment but it would be 30 minutes. This was the 2nd time this had occurred. I give 2 stars because the first time this happened the manager gave me a gift card for a later appointment. I appreciated that. The second time tells me you don't have respect for other people's time. I had noticed the quality of the chairs had deteriorated but overlooked that because I felt my patronage was appreciated. DO NOT COME HERE!! I don't know why I am even giving this business ONE star. I have been about 5 times and each time, it gets worse. I got the most expensive pedicure ($75) and didn't even get massage with it. I honestly think the girl must have forgot what she was doing. It was early (9:30am) - I am kidding. TOP IT OFF - I was getting dip/nexgen nails, the guy who they assigned to me started the worst nail salon experience by manhandling my hands. Apparently my fingers don't hang like a dainty child making his job easier. Before he began, I told him I wanted them narrow. I don't like those fat clown nails. For about an hour of him adding the layers of the powder, they kept getting wider and wider. I made my concern known and his manhandling got rougher and he kept saying he fixes that at the end - I was not comfortable with this at all! Well, we get to that part where he starts to file the living $&!+ out of those wide clown nails. 9 of the 10 decide to take a 75° slant like a plant leaning toward sunlight - he says to me "see, better, right?" NO! NO! Not better - WORSE! WAY WORSE! I tell him to take them off and one of the ladies who works there offers for him to fix them until she sees how bad they are. She seemed on board with me having the retched result of over an hour and a half I wasted, removed! Save your money and TIME - do not go to Elite Nails Bar. Well within the first 5 minutes she slices my finger with the electric nail file tool and then instead of sanitizing it or pouring alcohol, she uses nail glue to glue the cut. I thought ok things happen maybe the end service will be worth the pain. No it wasn't they way she Painted my nails all the strokes you can see where they end. I went to get gel and regular basic pedicure. They clipped so much of my skin around my toes that I flinched and had to pull my foot away. Never have I had to do that with any pedicure I've ever gotten. It was already turning red / pink from her clipping and then she decided to continue clipping after a few minutes on the other side. She did good with the polish on my toes at least. The lady who did my manicure complained my nails were too short for her to do it properly but she still didn't mind charging full amount for her crappy job. definitely will not go back there read more

This is hard for me to post because I've been going to Elite nails for over a year. I've introduced so many of my friends and family to this nail bar. Lena has always made my nails perfect for me and Cindy is so sweet and amazing. Six days ago I went to have my nails done for my birthday. Lee did my nails for me because Lena was not there. I will say I was very happy at first. I paid 55 dollars and tipped 12 on top. It was more than I usually pay, but I paid anyways. I came in this morning to have a nail fixed. The powder was starting to lift at my cuticles on a couple of fingers. Lee was not happy with me that I was asking him to fix it for me and he was rude. He tried telling me it's because my nail was growing out as though I have never had my nails done. I understand that the nails grow out and you must get them refilled but never have my nails done this in six days and only a couple of nails are growing out while the others still looked fresh and new. The powder was lifting because he didn't cut my cuticles. I have been getting my nails done for years and I managed a salon for two years in Los Angeles. I know a bit about nails. Anyways, he was so mad that he made my nails worse. Now my left hand looks horrible and my right hand still looks somewhat nice and new. He made the two nails that were lifting look as though they need a refill already after 6 days. I left the salon so upset that I was nearly in tears. No one helped me. I showed one of the other techs my nails so she can see how it looked and she agreed that they were not fixed right, however she couldn't do anything for me. I will never go back again. Went in for a fill Saturday morning & stuck to my guys, Nick & Lee! How beautiful is this set? The picture does it no justice! 2 of my fingers are a nude pink, 1 glitter nail & 2 holographic nails. This is one of my favorite sets. Nick got the fill & shape done quickly. The first color we chose for my holo nail didn't come out as I had wanted so Nick redid it (without my asking) until I was happy! Customer satisfaction is obviously of importance here & I love that! I opted for the Deluxe Pedi & Lee delivered. I didn't have an appointment & there was another requesting him but he made time for me as well. Another thing I love is that there is no pressure to buy more or spend more. It gets so frustrating when you go to a shop & you have to constantly tell them no when all you want to do is relax. SALON HAS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!!' BUYER BEWARE!!!! Just had my nails done on Tuesday the 28th of May, by a technician who always does an outstanding job. I know this is no fault of his, because the nails he did for me on Tuesday were a "do-over" set due to the product itself being defective and changing from a purple to a flat ugly gray color in two days. I opted for a sparkly white nail on Tuesday, and here we are on Saturday and my nails are a nasty yellow color. I am not a smoker, I have not come into contact with any chemicals and the nails are riddled with cracks that I have had to glue already. This salon is obviously using old product, $40 down the drain, I am VERY DISSATISFIED!!! I HAVE 5 nails with cracks, my nails from here usually last me 3-4 weeks before I ever chip or break one. This is unacceptable, for $40 I should get at least 2 weeks out of my nails, this is an ugly mess and I can't even enjoy my nails now they are UGLY! read more
