Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30 PM. By 6:30 PM, no one had even started my pedicure. I asked to speak with the manager, Joann. She didn't apologize -- instead, she simply said they would no longer be accepting appointments and offered 20% off one of the pedicures I received.
