I initially booked the facial and massage for them all because I wasn't sure which one they'd want but realized they all wanted massages. We had a few calls back and forth figuring out what the plan was and ultimately came to three massages. I specifically confirmed multiple times because I wanted my wife to be carefree on her day. Fast forward to the day, I dropped the girls off to get their massages and come to find out that they didn't have enough massage therapists available to take all three. As you can imagine this is extremely frustrating because I confirmed multiple times with the spa to make sure this exact thing wouldn't happen and was assured we'd be good. Again, completely disappointed in how this was handled and am baffled that their "scheduling tool" is a notebook with everything handwritten in it.
