I was able to book an immediate appointment, with just the amount of time it took me to drive from my house to ML, and I was in. As far as I could see/tell, there was the only single person, younger woman, working the afternoon. She was friendly and slight in stature, I was actually a bit worried about the massage I would be getting because of her size. I opted for a 90minute massage, 1 hour body, and 30 minutes foot, which I desperately needed. I needn't have worried about her strength, this woman was STRONG, so strong that I actually found my self wincing in pain from the massage. I finally had to tell her to go a little softer, which she immediately did, but then the phone rang. Interruption # 1. She quickly took care of the phone call and got back to the massage, but the phone rang again, interruption #2. Again she was quick about the call, but then when she returned, I think she forgot I asked her to go softer, because she was back at massaging with brute force, as if I were a football player needing the most intense massage after a game. Interruption # 3 came in the form of someone coming in the front door, I needed to adjust my body, so I didn't mind this one. Each time she stepped away, she was back quickly and immediately started where she left off, I have to admit, I was getting perturbed at the interruptions and told myself if another one happened, I was going to get up and get dressed and just leave. Sure enough, interruption #4, again the door. I thought about somehow voicing my displeasure about the interruptions, but I felt like I was close to the hour mark and let it go. There were 2 more interruptions, totaling 6 interruptions, and there was no adjustment to my time on the table, so I am guessing between the 6 interruptions, I was out at least 6 -7 minutes, but I chalk it up to a learning lesson. I will say, she did a fantastic job on my skull, I think she could have massaged my head for an entire 30 minutes and I wouldn't have minded at all. The foot massage was not what I was expecting either. There was no soaking my feet in hot water for a few minutes like I have experienced at pretty much every other place I have gone for a foot/body massage. She did a decent job on my feet, but I definitely felt my feet got the short end of the deal. Would I go back? Would I recommend? I do not think I will go back, and I will say if you want a really deep strong massage, this is a good place for that, but it's not for me. read more

Waste of money!!! I only get deep tissue and Max was weak!! I was specific and told him I only wanted DEEP!!! Then he wanted more tip!! So I did give him more of a tip and TOLD HIM NEXT TIME LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS!! Deep tissue massage means that deep!! Amazing! I have previously had massage memberships and used to go regularly for years to another well known chain. After searching on yelp I came across Massage Life and thought I would give them a try. . I figured I'd start with a 30 minute body massage to try to relieve my headache somewhat. I'm so glad I did! They did more in 30 minutes than the others did in 90! Pros: greeted warmly when I walked In the door, got take back quickly with no appointment necessary, facility is clean and quiet, everything was spot on! Was desperately looking for a massage because my neck and back were killing me. Linda was phenomenal. So good. I will definitely come back.

I have went here for about 2 years yesterday being the last time. The last time I went they demanded a $10 tip and I said absolutely not. You don't demand tips and if you do you include them in the check or up the prices. This time I went they upped their prices. To $30 instead of $25. I got the hour foot massage and they guy pushed and dug and pulled on my neck so much I was wincing in pain as he was doing it barely any lotion was used thus making it hurt more. I kept telling him too hard and he didn't let up at all. Needless to say worst customer service I've ever experienced and I now have bruises all the way around the base of my neck. read more

I have had the best foot and body massage at Massage Life, who would've guessed it was right next door to Kroger's in Spring off of 2920. I had never had such a peaceful and professional massage, try the combo massage with CoCo and get the hot stones with aroma oils and you will be pleasantly surprised at how relaxed you will feel. I frequently get foot massages. This was the 1st and last time I'll go there. I asked for 1 hour foot for $25. She said "do u want to try the combo?" I said no just feet please. She said ok. He did my arms and feet and told me to flip over. I nicely said I asked for the 1 hr foot. He called a different lady over and said they do 10 min free on my back. What??? I continued as I didn't want to push the issue. I ended up with the 1 hour combo. I have foot issues and needed feet only. When I went to pay she said w a nasty nasty tone " u have to give $10 tip!" I said huh ? She said "u have to give 30% tip of $10". I said wait how much ? She said "$8 to $10 tip u have to pay!!" Little did she know I had already written in an $8 tip. She immediately changed her tone. Even though his hands reeked of cigarette smoke I smelt when he did my forehead (gross) he did do a good job on my feet. All 20 min of my feet.
