I was so dissatisfied with my massage at different place that I needed an immediate backup! This Foot Relax place saved the day. Plus I had also been looking for a foot spa replacement since the guy I normally used at the location closest to me had left. I find that I get best results when I have a male therapist. Now on to the details. The customer service was great as I previously stated I had a last minute request and they were able to accommodate. I called ahead of time to see if they had availability in which they did and told me I could come right over. While in en route I thought I'd schedule a session for my husband and son since they seemed to have openings and my son had been wanting to try a massage for quite some time. Good would be his first, so I thought it was a good prelude. I had the combo special which consists of 30 minutes on your feet, neck, shoulders and head (if you want it), and 30 minutes on your back. My husband and son got the 30 minutes foot massage only. My masseuse was Kelvin whom I greatly appreciated. He made sure the applied pressure was great & focused on the communicated tension areas as well. Overall, not bad for the buck. I will say don't expect bells & whistles here although they do not seem to compromise on cleanliness. They switched out towels and blankets between use, the foot soak contains a liner in the tub that is removed, and liners for the massage room area as well. Also the products they use are not high end retail either, but they get the job done. My only suggestion would be that if you're going in a group do schedule ahead of time for if you want to be accommodated at the same time. Like I said I called in last minute then added two people, so they had to wait about 20-30 minutes to be serviced. Other than that I'll definitely go back.

I called Jaidee Thai Massage on a Saturday to schedule a couples massage ASAP and they were able to squeeze us in a few hours after I called. I got the 1 hour Thai combo massage which was recommended and WOW. It was truly amazing! I let her know about the discomfort I was having and she made sure she was more gentle in those areas. The room was also very clean and smelled amazing. The ladies that did our massage were lovely and so were the ones at the front desk. This was my first Thai Massage experience and it was truly so good. There's a lot of options to choose from in the area but this place is highly rated for a reason!
