I came here 1 yr ago and enjoyed my first massage by an older short women. Today I received a terrible massage. Not even a massage more of a rub down and pushing. The oil and lotion are very cold, not hot as described in ad. The lady rub each feet for 1 min with hot stone and went up and down my back twice with hot stone. Also it has a funky musty smell in there. When she turned me over face down the pillow smelled funky like old stale laundry and booty. The majority of the massage was her pressing her weight on me through the scratchy bath towel . How is massaging through a rough towel relaxing??? Won't be returning. This place looks a little dingy on the outside, but it was literally one of the best massages I've gotten! The inside is very clean. Mind you, this isn't some fancy spa massage. Here, they find your knots and work it out. This is not for the faint of heart either. The masseuses will knead, twist, and pull until you are a lose strand of spaghetti. She will even hop on your back and rock her knees back and forth to alleviate the tension (painful, but relaxing). $35 ($30 for new customers) combo massage which gives you a 40 minute foot and 20 minute body massage. This includes hot stones, a hot foot soak, a heating pad behind your neck, and the massage oil. I took off a star because she had long nails that scratched me occasionally. I love this place- from the HOT water to soak, the HOT rocks on my back, the lady crawling and grinding her knees in my back- heaven to me and for many people that enjoy deep tissue. But do not come her expecting a relaxing massage unless you don't have any knots. This place is where you go to get your knots taken care of. If I could rate this a zero I would. Please save your time and money. I've been going to reflexology massages for a few years now and I never stopped in the middle of a massage and decided to leave. I am the last person to nip pick on little things like towel colors and the look of the place. I truly believe in "dont judge a book by its cover" but I was just so uncomfortable the entire time. The towels smelled like they hadn't been washed and worst thing is that she had no idea what she was doing. I knew she had no idea when she snapped my earlobes inbetween her fingers, and pressed my check down to my chest. She pinched me almost every time she was "massaging" my arm. Clean, serene, welcoming environment. Four of us were able to have massages in the same timeframe. We all came away totally satisfied--relaxed, but energized; two of us no longer had headaches. I have been seen by podiatrists and have done physical therapy for my foot. When I stood up after the massage, I couldn't believe how improved my foot felt. It was such a delight to find this place! I made an appointment last week for myself and three friends for noon today. I called back yesterday to confirm our appointment for today. The four of us showed up today at noon and were greeted warmly by the staff. They took us to the back room where we sat in reclining lookalike chairs and put our feet in warm water. My masseuse proceeded to massage my head, neck, face and arms. Then she picked up my legs out of the water, dried them and then massages my legs for a super long time. Then, she told me to flip over and she said she was going to put oil on my back and continue massaging me so I ended up taking off my bra and top. The pressure was fabulous and I throughly enjoyed every single minute of my massage. I will definitely be coming back because the price was also extremely affordable. This place is a little piece of heaven! I came to them in the middle of the week because my back was hurting and I couldn't take it anymore. I got the #1 combo which included the full body and foot massage. I'm not gonna lie, I wasn't expecting much but OMG was I wrong. I didn't get the name of the lady that did my massage but let me tell you...never in my life has someone made me drool and cry happy tears while getting a massage. Absolutely the worst massage my daughter, best friend and self have EVER received. The staff was friendly, the "spa" was ratchet and the"massages" were abusive. I ended up burned by the hot stones, and climbing on my back and using thighs and elbows to massage left me with horrendous bruising and tenderness on my back. My daughter left with a migraine and bruising. Will NEVER come here again. I'm giving this a 1 because they were nice. read more

Decided to try this place out. not the worst place I have been to for a massage. the quality of the masseuse was good. The did a good job with a deep tissue massage. The issue I had was with the cleanliness of this store. the quality of cleanliness is lacking. there is a very musky odor when you walk in and the table linens and towels seem to be old and not smelling fresh. I would recommend going to another location for a massage based on the lack of cleanliness of this store. I will not return. read more
