Always great service!! You see the same staff which is always a great sign. Always courteous and kind. Yuki is amazing! She does different techniques so she's seems to hit different muscles in different ways! Excellent pricing too! read more

Staff is friendly and professional. Prices are quite reasonable and fees are lower when you call to schedule. Having thick curtains, in lieu of walled rooms does not bother me. Have plenty of privacy for full body treatments. I've been a few times myself. Brought my dad for his first spa day - foot treatment and massage for his 82nd birthday. He enjoyed it. Did not hurt that the Dumpling House is in the same shopping center. After years of Massage Envy massages, this place is a nice treat! read more

Comfortable atmosphere, professional therapists and excellent pricing- it's my favorite place.

"My husband and I came in to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday, and Julie and Derek made our experience absolutely amazing! They were professional, kind, and gave us one of the best massage experiences we've had. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so appreciated. Thank you for making our special day even more memorable. We'll definitely be back!" read more

My hubby and I tried this place for the first time for a reflexology foot treatment which includes massage of neck, arms, legs and hands which was nice since you don't have to disrobe only wear loose comfortable clothing. It was a good experience overall for body for self health care to relieve stress and relaxation. The spa was very clean, not fancy but comfortable which made it affordable price for services. All I can say that Sophia was very professional and massage was excellent. I fell asleep and so relaxed afterwards so give this place a try if you need a quick self care health reset. read more

I've been going to various Massage Envy for the last 10 years, but today's massage at Footworks was better than most of my recent massages at Massage Envy. Yes, you'll have to get pass the curtains and the fact that rooms are separated by heavy curtains, but the therapists really know what they're doing and that's more important to me than ambiance. They are very clean for an Asian foot spa - I give that to them. When you come in, the receptionist whispers to keep volume low for customers in the back. I didn't know that as a first time customer, but I'll whisper back next time, haha. You can call ahead of time for discounted appointments. We paid $120 for a couples massage. They were able to book last minute. I am grateful for their accommodations. I opted for the deep tissue. My therapist communicated very well and frequently checked on me to see if the pressure was appropriate. She worked really hard to get rid of the knots in my back, shoulders, neck and traps. She worked on some knotted areas that I've never had worked on ever. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his massage as well and felt like he had a new back. I also liked the music and the scent of their oils. The scent surpasses the ones that are used at Massage Envy. I will definitely start visiting this location more frequently for my massages. read more

Derick was pretty good, so far better than other massage place I have ever been to . It's pretty quiet , no odd smell or nothing , soft background music . Charge little more than other places though . And they need update their prices listed on website , it's mix information. read more

Great foot massage with additional head, neck, and arms as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It was $50 for a one hour treatment which was a little steep but absolutely worth it after going here. I has since taken my wife as well. We will definitely be loyal customers from now on. read more

I have frequented Footworks Boutique Spa for the last five years. My only complaint is the noise. They often leave the back door open to circulate fresh air (I'm assuming). Unfortunately there is a day care next door, so if the door is left open and the kids are outside playing you can hear them screaming and shouting during your massage. read more

So I was looking around for a good massage and referred to this one. I was in dire need of a deep tissue massage from working out. Well I found out this is the place! The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I got the 1 hour massage and it was worth every penny. The massage therapist I had was "Jen" she was outstanding she really worked on my knots. She definitely did her job. I really enjoyed the hot rocks also. If your looking for a place that really does a massage this is the place and the price was great too! read more

I went in with pain in my upper back and left with pain in my lower back and now it hurts to move my neck. They had no business trying to pop my back that's dangerous. The lady said take off my top but when the guy came in half my shorts were pulled down and my bottom exposed. I was really just uncomfortable. When I looked at the time I was shorted 9 min so I didn't get the full time that I paid for. read more

Definitely call ahead for an appointment for a slight discount if you can. I did a walk in and opted for the 60min body + 30min feet combo which turned out to be $90. Well worth it, but you will save a few bucks if you call ahead and make an appointment. read more

I came here last month and got great experience with their service and skills (2 stars it is) However, I called today (sept 8th) at 2pm to ask if they're available for 2 full body. The vibe was not very welcoming since the phone call when the girl answering it with 2 words "FootWork", didn't bother to greet! And the most interesting part is when we arrived, she (the receptionist) asked me "for 1 person right?" I said no I called and asked for 2 people full body service. She started to give me the attitude, with her eye rolling, she told me "I asked you is it for 1 person when you called" and rolled her freaking eyes again like I'm some idiot bothering her. If you gonna let that attitude guard at the door, you'll lose more than just me! read more

Ok So at first I was still skeptical after reading the reviews even though they were good. I was like this better not be a " Happy Ending" Spa cause Im Dry Snitching on EVERYBODY LOL!!! Insert Emoji of course. Anyhoo IT WAS AMAZING !!!!!!!! I got the 30 minute foot & Back combo for two. Man listen here and I do mean literally because they talk in a whisper as to not disturb the experience for others. I get it I get it . It was the foot massage from heaven because the get temples and face and neck and scalp the whole darn head. When it came to the back man they were giving everything. Anddddd EASY ON THE WALLET. Book Your Sessions Im so serious read more

Very nice and clean place. The front counter lady very friendly and professional. I had deep tissue body massage. Cindy was the one massage me , She's very good and patient. She massaged all my knots out and paid attention to where all my sore areas are. She's very attentive and kept on asking if it was the right pressure. The hot stone massage was a great addition. read more

I came here for a foot massage and foot massage only. I've been working on my feet every day and experience such bad pain. This facility is close by, very clean, and professional. Cindy, my massage therapist was amazing. You can feel her apply care and intent to my problem areas. They even soak & scrub your feet before they get to the massage. I feel so much better now! It was $50, I called to book an appointment. read more

Terrific! This strip center is sort of hidden behind trees and a Chevron; but it looks like some folks may be missing out on some terrific Katy businesses nestled back here. Quiet. Peaceful. Relaxing. Made an appointment and paid $30 + a generous tip for 60 minute Footworks (foot + neck, head, foot bath, and scrub, etc) I dozed offf.... read more

I have been here a couple times with my husband already. I love this place so much. I had Sophia today and she was amazing. Stressed from work had me in need and they gave me so much peace and relaxation. read more

Wow, I've been looking for a solid place to go for a while after moving houses and then jobs. Footworks is clean, professional, hygenic and has a menu of options for you to pick from and mix and match. I really like to go in for reflexology/foot-rubs. All the staff have their licensure on the walls and are all licensed masseuses. I have been spoiled from a Salons In the Park duo, one a masseuse, Andre- who was just amazing- and then he would partner with a reflexologist Blondel- he also did raindrop therapy and something else. Blondel studied reflexology extensively so this was more of a great foot massage at footworks and not the pressure point- here this will clean out your sinuses. Now all that being said, there were several people with appointments, while I just walked in and filled out my info. I waited maybe 10 minutes for my masseuse. She was excellent. With the reflexology you also get a head, neck, shoulder and facial massage while your feet soak. I asked for "deep" pressure and I certainly got it. I am sitting back at work so relaxed it is unbelievable. and I love that I can come to work a half hour early, get there in 5 minutes, have an appointment for a 60 minute massage and back to work in 5 minutes. I'll go for a full body massage next time for 90 minutes and just book it after work! read more

OMG I feel great! I highly recommend this establishment! I was injured and have been on crutches for a while and my back and neck have been killing me. Let me just say that a 60 minutes massage here will work out any and all of your needs! This place is super clean and I love how tranquil and relaxing it is! They are super friendly and professional and make you feel relaxed and at home here. Hands down 10/10 service! I will be back very soon :) read more

The cleanest reflexology place I've ever been too. The combo was $45, a smoking deal. They do your feet first and then do your body in a private room. I really enjoyed my service and felt refreshed when I left. In regards to covid they take your temperature as you enter and have hand sanitizer avaiable. The next time I'm in town I'm def getting a service! read more

Called ahead for appointment for a 1 hour full body deep tissue massage. It was $60. Place and bathroom was clean. Really wished the receptionist area was closed off from the massage rooms because it was really hard to hear the receptionist since she was whispering. Service was great. The therapist was very attentive while massaging me, she even noticed where my knots were. She didn't really crack alot of bones as I expected to but it's okay, the massage was great. I was very tense when I got there but when I left my body was fully relaxed. One hour flew by fast, felt like 30 min. read more

Amazing service and excellent experience every time! Completely recommend for great prices & and relaxing massage. Love this place!

My massage lady spent a total of 12minutes out of the room and eve with those 12 minutes my massage was still not a full hour... the host was great that's why I left a two. Not worth it at all read more

O M G...this place was absolutely amazing! It was my first time and I wasn't sure to expect because I've had bad massage experiences in the past where the pressure was too much or not enough. Check-in was easy via Ipad. Jason was very professional and friendly. I got a foot and body combo and it included a head massage, neck massage, hand massage, foot soak, and foot scrub ON TOP of my foot and body massage! The service is amazing and you can't beat the price. I scheduled my next appointment on my way out lol! read more

I have a few complaints. 1. I was distracted by the people in the room next to my chair talking the whole time while I was trying to relax. 2. I thought it would be an hour foot massage but it was 30 minutes of head neck and arms first then my feet and that wasn't even 30 minutes. 3. My technician was definitely a smoker and I could smell it as soon as he started rubbing my face. I probably won't return read more

I love going here. The price is fair and they do a great job. Call early though because they do book up.

I was having lower back pain and she worked out an area I wouldn't have expected and within a day I had serious relief. I will be back for sure and will tell my friends to go too. read more

Let me start off by saying I have NEVER had a problem with this spa! But with that being said today I go in there like I usually do twice a month. I usually can call to set an appointment but I was running a few errands around this area so I did not have time to call which I thought wasn't super important because it says walk ins are welcome right? On yelp, google, there website etc. Once I arrived the usual lady Monica was not at the front (super sweet lady) and I was greeted by some new lady. I walked in at 4:45 PM and she said no one was available until 5:15PM. Ok cool don't mind waiting since I didn't set a appointment. So while waiting I walked to the restroom in the back and literally almost all their seats were empty. I was confused it's barely anyone here so why would I need to wait 30mins (maybe severely understaff) to be serviced? But that didn't bother me either I actually did not have to wait the full 30 mins which was great but still odd I had to wait if barely any customers were there like seriously maybe 1 or 2 customers was there but again maybe they are short staff. So the massage came and went and it was time to pay for my service. What made me upset and why I decided to write this review is that they charge me more for walking in! If you say walk ins are welcome which they should be because it's usually slow Mon-Thurs no one was hardly there today why are you charging me more? Do you just want all your customers to come from appts only? Just say that, but it's very convenient as a customer if you are not far from this location to just walk in and not pay more to get the same service. Disgusted with the new lady at the front desk. Please find someone else with better customer service skills until then I will not be back. read more

When you first walk in, they play serene soft river flowing water music. Very modern looking white decor. Waaaay better taken care of place compared to other less than $50 1 hr massage places. They have 2 licensed massage therapist & 2 foot reflexologist w/ their license displayed. The massage: awesome!! I had I assume the manager/boss and she was great. Not too rough or too soft with her hands. Great gentle strokes with varying degrees of pressure. My wife loved her massage. She forgot to ask what her massage therapist's name was though. We both loved how clean it is inside and how the therapists don't talk to each other like other places do. These therapists just focus on their massages & they are professional. This is the place to go for sure. I doubt we'll ever go anywhere else! read more

This place was incredible! My sister took me here and we planned on spending the day running around but we're both so relaxed we can barely move! Go for the 90 minutes! read more

This place is amazing. My daughter booked an appointment for me since I was visiting her in the Katy TX area. I went in thinking I would get the run of the mill type of massage and service. I was sooooo wrong. This is a whole vide and experience. The atmosphere was very relaxing. My masseuse was male but he applied just the right amount of pressure to provide the tension relief I needed. I live in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area and am now looking for a similar experience here. In the meantime every time I'm in the Katy TX area I will book an appointment here. read more

My massage was great and the atmosphere was so nice and comforting. The price was great too!
