I received the worst massage in my life at this place. I had somewhat of a tension headache for a…read morecouple of days and thought a massage would be helpful. My mistake was coming to W&Z. I tried calling twice and I never got an answer so I just drove over. The inside is dark & hotter than hell. A lady came out of a room to greet me. She tried explaining something, but she didn't speak English. Another younger lady appeared & told me to come back in 10 minutes. I went to the convenience store to grab a drink & returned. The first lady, the one who didn't speak English, pointed to the pricing menu & I requested a 90 minute combo session. I was told to pay before & I did. I was taken to a small room & given no instructions. I finally understood that I was to remove my clothes & get under a towel. I've had previous surgeries on my lower back & don't like for anyone to touch that area, so I kept my pants on. The lady kept trying to pull them down & I kept trying to explain that I didn't want that area massaged. She started with the lightest touch, the amount of pressure you'd use when applying sunscreen. After a few minutes I asked for firmer pressure. I had just showered and styled my hair so I brought a tshirt to wrap my hair in. I kept saying I didn't want oil in my hair. Since we had no way of communicating, I might as well have asked for her to dump oil all over me. The atmosphere might have been relaxing, however I was unable to relax since her phone rang constantly and she received countless messages. Also, she stepped out of the room about 20 times. I paid for 90 minutes & she indicated she was done in 55 minutes. I received less than 45 if you count the time she spent out of the room or messing with her phone. The massage itself was horrible. She used extremely firm pressure on my neck and did it wrong. The whole thing now hurts, especially when I cough or sneeze. I'm miserable. She did more harm than good. It's been 4 days since the "massage" & I feel horrible. I will not return & wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Then they insisted I pay first, before the massage. After multiple attempts, their cc machine didn't work do she had to go get her stripe payment cube.. Then they wanted to add $5 for using a credit card. This is not posted anywhere. I said no, I called ahead and asked the price. It's not about the $5, it's the principal. Giving a discount for cash is fine but don't tell me you're adding to the posted charges without notice. After, the rough and awful massage where she was yelling into the hallway at her staff, she held her hand out and said"tips." Tips? No thank you! This explains why they were empty and I was their only patron. Never again.

Great experience. Great prices. Showed up without an appointment and was seen immediately.read more

Hi my fellow yelpers,…read more came to one of my favorite spots to get the best massage in Katy if you ask me. You can see my last review from 2 years ago and the service today was just as good as the first time I came here. The ladies in the front were nice and my masseuse was perfect. Told them my feet and legs had been hurting and got an HOUR foot massage for $40. Not only do they massage your feet but to kill time they massaged my head, shoulders, and back. It was just amazing and I will be coming back more often. Give them a try if you are looking for a nice place to do massages.

Yep they did discriminate as a Asian young guy came in after I posted this review while I was waiting and they woman behind the counter came out and actually took his money for a half an hour. Then after I told him what happened to me, she faked bad English and he had a conscious and left. They were really going to ignore me because of my skin color. Sadly I don't want that woman touching me. Another worker came scared I was sitting by the door waiting. She gave me a water and asked if I would like a man. I declined and said I'd wait but nah. I'm gone.

The don't have rooms that their walls reach their ceiling which I wouldn't mind if it was worth it but the towel they put above your body they end up rolling it down half way down your butt crack and leave it there to go over once and then they spend the rest of the massage on your shoulders . I don't understand why my whole butt had to be exposed the whole massage when they weren't working on it , and considering that I heard men laughing - I could only assume their men employees were looking over from their half wall rooms. Hot stones were nice but I don't know why they felt like they still felt like their speedy hand movements were relaxing . They even shook me like if that was supposed to be a massage technique. Overall I should've took a hint by how sketchy the plaza seemed , but I would not recommend this place , a massage gun would've felt better

This place was great! I saw the massage banner on my way home one day and decided to stop by. I got…read morea business card and they said they could do walk ins or appointments. The card is also a visit card, where If you go a certain amount of times you can then redeem for a $50 massage. I had read it differently I thought it was a coupon for a $50 massage. I called around 2pm and they said to come in and they had availability now. I walked in and decided on a combo massage. They lead you to a private room which is great. You can undress to level of comfort and then there is a sheet to cover yourself. They used a combination of oil and lotion I believe. I paid $75 for a 60 min combo and they added the hot stones in for free. Nicole was my masseuse and I would definitely request her again and do a longer massage next time. Parking was easy, lots of spots and safe. They are still new so I think there is still a little kinks to work out. Very nice though. They had some boxes left to unpack and they need to figure out their flow better when someone walks in and they already have someone there. They lost the business of another gentleman that walked in behind me. He was a walk in and I called so I got the spot. I think a sign in kiosk would help they could collect phone numbers and use that for the visit count and once you had x visits you could get a discount. Instead of using the card because no one likes to keep cards in their wallet these days. I also thought the price menu could use some work. They could reprint a fresher looking one and write some descriptions for what each one is. For example the Swedish massage she said was light or medium. The deep tissue is harder. Then combo I was a little unclear? Maybe it's just adding hot stones? They could explain it better.
