This is my first visit to Katy Thai Massage. The rooms are well designed, comfortable and relaxing. Had a one hour massage, compliments of Angela who was exceptionally good in terms of the massage. Was relaxing and allowed the stress and body aches to be relieved. I will return for another visit as I do think Angela is quite good at what she does. Hoping next visit will as good as today if not better. Can honestly recommend this place based on today's experience. read more

I agree with Daniel V.'s, A.H.'s, & James R.'s review - I would give this place a ZERO - NO STARS! This place seemed more like a "Happy Ending" establishment as I only saw men going in after my massage - if you could even call it one. First, they overcharged from what they quoted, asked for payment upfront and demanded a $20 tip when I asked to break my $20! Also, after I was done which was minimal at best and I've gone to many massages in the past - NO PRIVACY! She leaves and comes back in without knocking while I'm changing to clean up and LEAVES THE DOOR OPEN! I would give this place a zero!!! Me and my wife called this place at 8:50pm and asked if there were two available massage therapists available because they close at 10pm. She said yes I told her we're on the way and would be there in 5 min. Upon arriving we were brought to our beds I went to the bathroom to change and returned to my bed. 10 mins went by and a man comes to me and say Im sorry I only have one therapist. My response was that they told me on the phone that they had availability. At that point the lady standing behind him said oh that call goes the the main office...I'm sorry. So I put my clothes on and pick my phone up and call the number back. Her cell phone rang and I asked her why would you lie about where the calls go and why would you tell me to come in if you didn't have availability, her response was that she was sorry and offered me two water for my troubles. I was calling around to see if any places in Katy were taking walk ins. I called here and they said we have availability now come in. I told them i was just calling around; if i make a decision I'll call back in 15 mins. I ended up going else where and 20-30 mins go by i have 7 miss calls from this place. Telling me i made an appointment and people where looking for me. Also that i needed to call if i wasn't going to show up to my appointment to call.. Unprofessional. read more

Take my word for it go somewhere else nearby on Mason is Houston Thai massage there're good. And there are so many more places in Houston! In the state of Texas massage therapist is there supposed to be licensed this place deserves to have a sting to bust unlicensed therapist. Go somewhere else. read more

Place was clean and quiet. Massage was pretty good. Everything was great UNTIL the lady begged me to change my tip for an extra $5 dollars. It was pretty bold, brave and super tacky. I would have gave more stars than that but that was a disappointing end to what would have been a great experience. read more

Do not come to this place. The first thing they ask is to PAY upfront. Stupid me! They told me to wait 5 minutes and I waited over 25 minutes. The masseuse never came and 2 worker came in. I asked if they knew how long it would be, looked at me, then I realized they must not know English...they could not give me a refund bc they don't speak English....terrible way to spend a Friday. Small - quite spot - Chairs for feet massage - nice big rooms for full body massage. Masseuse did ask what I preferred soft ? Medium ? Or hard ? I chose medium and it was excellent. Her name was Wendy and she was very quit during massage but did listen when I asked for lighter or harder during massage. I will definitely go back. read more

After a very long week, decided to stop for a real traditional Thai massage to work out all the stress. While I don't like having to pay first, I can understand that there are times perhaps when someone refuses to pay, so agreed to pay first. As to the massage Cici did an excellent job of working the stress from my back and shoulders, she was able to know the areas that needed most attention, and have to say was a great traditional Thai massage. read more

The massage here was excellent. My wife and I went together and got the 1 hour foot massage for $30. The foot massage started with light scalp massage and included a light full body massage as well as an excellent foot massage. We will be visiting again soon! Thank you. read more

It's not real Thai massage place. The fee was paid upfront and I thought that bad service may come. It happened. The lady didn't come for a while. After she came and start to treat massage, oh my god, it's horrible touch. I know therapy very well, so I believe she didn't learn anything of massage at all. The room was so cold and I almost wore a towel. Also she used too much oil, which is not real Thai massage. I was patient to finish it. It costed $60 for an hour. Too much. Anyhow I tried to pay $10 as a tip but I didn't have $10, but $20. Then she was unhappy when I asked $10 back. She said, I worked hard for you. Sorry, bad service. I paid more than 15% tip already. I was a walk in for a thai combo massage and was told they would be with me in 5 min. Waited in the room for 20 min. 15 min into it I asked if they were going to get the thai massage and she looked at me like I was kidding. Finely did walk on my back but no stretching. didn't finish within the hour and asked if I wanted to extend 30 min, had to pay cash on the spot. Massage was not worth it and I won't be back as there are much better places for the thai combo massage. This place was convenient at the time so I took a chance. read more

I have been to numerous massage places in Houston and I decided to stop by here since it just opened up close to where I live. So I decided to check it out. The interior of this place is very well done and definitely puts me in the relaxing mood. On top of that, the staff are quite friendly although they don't speak English very well. As far as the massage goes, I am impressed and the price is reasonable as well. Will be coming back here again! read more
