I mean to say they are strong, don't bend, thick nail plates. Nail techs regularly say to me "wow you have such healthy nails". Pedicure - I cannot believe this man e-filed ALL of the shellac off my toes. He didn't soak, he filed down to my natural nail. Made my natural nails VERY thin! I was appalled and stayed...that's on me. He filed one toe so low it broke my nail to the skin. He didn't say anything about it, I had a tiny toenail on one foot. I was not in pain, and I told myself "nails grow back it's whatever..." I don't want to get anyone in trouble but for reference his name was Ken. I just feel like he didn't wanna be doing a pedicure so he was just trying to get it over with. Soaking off takes time. He filed everything down in 2 minutes at no regard for the health of my natural nails! Shellac Manicure - the girl I can't remember her name did a good job, she painted really nice but also again, rushed through the manicure and missed lots of places of the top coat. So there were streaks where my nail had no shine. The way she polished was nice, she shaped nicely too. Also all of my hand nails broke too. I don't peel color, my manicures can last forever but for some reason ALL of my nails broke, one a different day until I had no natural nail length left. This has never happen to me before. Feel free to scroll through my Yelp page and see all the photos of my manicures. When I removed the polish I could see my nails were over-filed on the sides. All I know is in my experience they don't take the time to care for the integrity of your natural nails, therefore you will return with damaged nails. I will not come here again and I will never recommend it either. What a bummer I live so close to here, it would have been my go to place.
