It's always a pet peeve when they use the exfoliating scrub on the top of my foot (where the skin is soft and delicate and scrub hurts). And when she finished scrubbing my feet she left them out to dry for 30 minutes while she did my nail polish. Someone licensed would know that exfoliated skin needs moisture immediately or you will be dryer than you were when you started. When she finally did my massage it lasted probably 2 minutes and she did it with oil, so it just sat on top off skin. For $40 it should list how long the massage is and my feet should feel soft and moisturized when I leave. I probably won't be back unless they actually train their staff.
