I love my nail a lot. This is the first time I've come here. The staffs are very friendly and professional. I got pedicure and dipping powder. Good price with perfect services.

unfortunately, due to this pandemic my mom and i were unable to make it into the actual salon... but, one of my mom's friends had commented on a post i made to Facebook in regards to knowing anyone that would be able to safely and effectively remove acrylic nails- well, she suggested this lady, Diane, that works at AQ Nails Spa and so we had her come and do a house-call. she told me that she would give us both a FULL basic PEDICURE, and that she would be able to do a FULL basic MANICURE.. with Shellac, which she charged an extra $15/a person. she didn't have any sort of oil, lotions, scrubs, paraffin waxes or even a portable FOOT-BATH to do these "pedicures". all she did: was remove the polish/shellac that was already on our toes, pushed back the cuticles, and cut the nails down as she was supposed to, oh and of course- re polished them! as for removal of my acrylics- she made a MESS, when clipping them off, and it took 2x as long for her to be able to remove them completely. she wasn't able to 'manicure' them, due to them being so thin. she left residue from the polish and top coating on my actual hand/skin (which is still there)... she didn't remove any excess polish from the sides of my inner nails, or even rub my hands. she was in the biggest rush, i'd ever seen, and was not accommodating. *** she charged me, $65 and my mom around $80 *** ** i gave her around a $15 tip, and my mom tipped her $10 ** I DO NOT RECOMMEND DIANE!

Overall, not happy with experience and would not come back. Was not the worst pedicure I've had,…read morebut definitely not happy. Came in, was greeted... told to check in. Then instead of allowing me to pick my polish, told me would get to pick while sitting at pedicure chair. I just sat down, the nail tech then told me less color options for display so I can walk up to the front and pick my color... like that's what I asked before being seated if I should pick my color and now I'm sent back to go pick my color. Then, the same receptionist, asked me what I would like to drink... did not provide menu or given options. How would I possible know what you guys have to offer to even let you know what I would like? Then she gives me a frustrated look with her hands out when I asked what are the options. "Like we have coffee, tea... I mean do you want alcoholic beverages?" Like no ma'am, I just simply would like to know what do you even have to let you know. Then the nail tech... did the entire pedicure in motion only. As in she "did trim my cuticles, buff my nail, and scrub my heels" but just the motion. I can still see and feel the dead skin/rough heels. Like trimming the cuticles it was like she was playing, 3 pick motions per nail... just to show she "trimmed it" and barely any cuticle on the nipper. She kept buffing the edges of my nail, but not the surface... then the pumice stone... with callous treatment (I paid for deluxe), barely 5 second scrub. The experience felt like she just "washed my feet" and gave me a massage. Not worth the price. Then when I pointed out to her an area with more skin that she could remove for me, she nicks me and I'm bleeding. So she just didn't have the skills to trim the cuticles without butchering, that's why she was only picking at it in motion previously. Paint job... she painted all over the cuticle, and then went back to clean up with a brush and acetone. So looks decent when done, but still not the best. I honestly could do my own pedicure at home and be more thorough. Was trying to find a new spot since I moved to Katy, and this was not it. Questionable tools sterility, staff had metal tools (cuticle nipper) in a container and not in bags, used a reusable nail file (for artificial nails not the disposable one in her single use kit), and used a used, unclean drill bit around my cuticles. The drill bit was covered in red, meaning from previous customer who had red gel polish or red powder. The best part of this experience was the chair was very comfortable, and tech's massage was nice.

This nail salon does good work, but the endless extra fees are honestly ridiculous. And I'm not…read moreexaggerating, they charge for everything!! If your acrylics have grown out and you decide to keep the same length instead of having them cut down, that's an extra $5 on top of what you're already paying for a refill. How does that even make sense? You're literally paying an extra fee to keep the same nails. They also charge another $5 just to reshape the sides, and if you want to use different colors on different nails (not designs or ombré, just plain colors), guess what, another $5. So if you decide to come here, just know you'll probably end up paying at least $20-$30+ more than what's listed on their menu. I don't mind paying for quality work but the constant add-on charges make the whole experience feel more money hungry than customer friendly. I found another salon I really like that doesn't do all of this, and I truly appreciate them for it!

Once you arrive and check in you are ushered to your service area and given a drink menu of complimentary beverages. The Jack and Coke was heavenly after a long day of work. I was made comfortable and given a warm neck massager thingee that was very relaxing.I had a Deluxe Gel Manicure and the Milk and Honey Pedicure $50 and totally worth it as it includes an14 minute foot massage, real milk and honey, exfoliation and paraffin wax. I previously got the Deluxe Pedicure for $35 , which was excellent too but the massage and the other components make it worth it !They use a timer for the massage and do a great job, which is something I appreciate as the massage is usually RUSHED at most nail salons I've been too! My Tech Lynne was gentle and thorough. Sunny has done my manicure for the second time and I will definitely be requesting this duo when I book my next appointment! The first appointment in January was at 6p and it was very busy because they close at 7p . But I was in and out . Today I went on a Friday at 3p and it was a little calmer and it did not take them long which I appreciate also, sometimes the nail salon is a chore after a long day but the fact that they work so efficiently while not compromising their work, is pretty awesome! This Nail Salon and Spa is definitely that! Clean, Calm and GREAT SERVICE ! There are a bunch of Nail Salons in my area but they have earned a loyal customer!!

I got a pedicure and manicure (requested builder gel on my natural nails). I wanted a natural base with the polish I picked out but I was asked so many questions that felt like they were directing me to choose a white background. Fine. But when she put POLY GEL on my nails instead of builder gel, my mind was blown. These are 2 completely different products. I let it go bc again, I wanted to relax before vacation. My pedicure was okay. Before she even put the top coat on, I could see a missed spot on my toes bc there was no dry time between coats. Fresh "builder gel" set and pedicure with tip came out to ~$130. I only returned a second time out of sheer curiosity bc I wanted to see how they would do a BUILDER GEL refill on a POLY GEL set. But they used poly gel again. I wanted this simple line work design. Idk how much they charged bc I wasn't told and their receipts are not itemized. There is also no pricing list / menu available to customers. A refill with the design and tip came out to $115. I cannot bring myself to come back to this salon. There's no confirmation of pricing, I asked for a specific service and received the wrong product. Everyone I've interacted with there is friendly and it's a pretty salon but there's a lack of transparency that I can't get on board with.

I decided to give it a try so we made an appointment. First impression walking in was how clean and neat this place was. All the mail technicians were matching uniforms. We were not only greeted as we walked in but every person told us hi as we walked past them. We were taken to our chairs and these were like no chairs I had seen before. They were super comfortable and looked oversized but hugged you at the same time. The nail technician Kristine came and greeted me as she started preparing the water. She confirmed what I wanted before starting. She was very professional, detailed and gentle all at the same time. When everything was done and I paid my bill, the owner stopped me and told me to pick my "lucky money". Next to the register was a vase with pieces of paper inside. I picked one out and it read $2 on it. I was then handed a gift certificate for $2 for my next visit. I asked what was the highest amount in there and was told $100. I asked if I could re-pick but was told no with a smile. It was worth a try. I will be back here for sure!

Both of our pedicures were poorly done. The massage was way shorter than what we paid for, and they did not even remove the dead skin. Also, my nails came out crooked... The lady doing my pedicure also kept huffing and puffing, which made the whole experience uncomfortable for me. I even suggested maybe using a timer, so customers know they are getting the full service and was basically brushed off and told they know what they are doing. I will say the woman who did my full set was nice, but I asked for a pink undertone and got more of a white/nude color instead. Services was around $170... Overall just not a good experience, which is frustrating because we used to like coming here. I will not be going back.
