Horrible customer service, horrible attitudes, inconsistent nail/design quality... I got my nails done here by Nancy and this is EXACTLY how I left after paying $97. Nancy rushed the entire time, which wasn't the first time she'd done that with me. I even mentioned that if she was in a rush, I'd come back another day...to which she responded "If you don't like them, I'll fix them for you". Still, I left exactly like this once she was done. I didn't make a scene or anything. I called back after leaving and asked that the "design" (which was $45) be redone which they agreed could be done two days later after she returned from her off day. Once I arrived, I was told I'd be given a refund for the design and that it would be removed, however Nancy refused to do another design or my nails moving forward. It's disappointing that you pay for a service that isn't upheld on these nail shops end. I didn't plan to return after getting the design removed, but I hope they do better moving forward. I'm sick of paying money to these businesses that don't give a damn about their customers. & before they try to lie and say they looked like this because of the design (which was their justification for the bubble-like tips of my nails), Nancy did the blue set 2 months earlier. This shop does not value their customers, stop spending your money with these shitty nail salons. This place never fails to surprise me. I love coming here. I have been coming here for a while now and I haven't had an issue with anyone or the service they provide. It's disappointing when I see a hateful comment or a bad review just because they did 1 or 2 things wrong for that person...Don't let another persons negative review stop you from coming or trying this place out. Just come on by and experience it yourself. They are so welcoming and nice. They also offer drinks as well. Nancy has done my nails twice now and each time they have looked amazing! She remembered me from the first time and asked how my mom was doing after bringing her with me the first time. The customer service alone is 5 stars! My nails last about a month, which is a long considering I like to get them pretty thin. They seriously look amazing when she is done. I did not enjoy this place at all. I left with a headache. First they rushed me to pick a color. So that resulted in me picking out very opaque colors that I can still see my nail bed through. The pedicure was fine, the lady was kind. The manicurist clearly did not want to do my nails. While doing my cuticles she cut me and drew blood on three fingers. She was very rough while buffing my nail and cut my skin again. I asked to see the color again before she painted it on, she very rudely told me I can see it later. So I hate my nails.. to the point I will have to go pay to change the color elsewhere. I will not return. read more

Tuan did an outstanding, professional and very clean looking job on my Dip Powder Color Nails!! Anna did a fantastic, professional and beautiful job on my mom's nails, who also got Dip Color Powder. I found Nancy on IG and loved her work so I called in to schedule an appointment for my wedding nails. When I arrived I let them know that I had an appointment and yet the STILL gave me another nail tech and Nancy seemed to have just started a client probably 10 minutes before the appointment she had scheduled with me. I don't do my nails often but when I do, I come to Venus Nails. These ladies will always accomodate me. I suggest getting the Shellac nails when you go. They have more colors than most other salons do and will definitely work with you to meet your design needs :) And they know how to apply it correctly to increase the life span of your manicure. I really love coming here when I'm in town, I'm very picky about what kind of salon I will trust to do my nails. I'm afraid of getting some sort of fungus and I love this place for their cleanliness. I watch these ladies clean the pedicure tubs and clean all mani tools throughly before placing them back in their packets and zip them up for someone else. I've been coming here every so often and when i get my mani/pedi I usually get a small arm/back massage free of charge along with it. I don't know if its included...or maybe if the salon isn't busy that the lovely ladies do that sort of things, I dont know but I looove it. I've never gotten a massage from the designated lady or a facial but I have gotten my eyebrows waxed and have brought in friends who have gotten theirs waxed. In all honesty I would rather get my mani/pedi rather than the waxing because I enjoy getting mine threaded. But i'f your looking for a clean place then this is a good spot to check out. read more

I came here with my mother and sister in law for Mother's day. The place is a little small and simple. I asked for a manicure with Shellac. Mom received a mani/pedi and my sister in law asked for a mani(shellac) to match her toes from a previous location. The girls did a great job on that. My shellac lasted me about 2 weeks! I also recieved an unexpected massage. She was really rough but somewhat good. I didn't like how it was given while still being in the manicure chair. Let me start by saying this used to be my usual nail place because it's conveniently located and Carrie does a consistently good job on my eyebrows. After this last time, I won't go back again though. The lady that did my nails did a crappy job. I went it for a dip powder manicure and left with two nails that looked like they had grown out already and all of the nails were so thick and not filed down properly, they just look terrible. She had to redo one whole hand because she didn't let the powder dry completely and it was coming off as she was using her filing tool. They looked so bad my husband called up there to complain that they shouldn't be charging for such poor work and the owner tried to blame it on my baby, who literally slept the entire time I was there in my lap...yeah, not going back. read more

So this was my first time here. I came here bc I saw the salon next to oriley where I was getting some car parts. They had 20% off so that's what sparked my interest. Waited 30 mins to get some to start in me. As I was ready to leave bc I wasn't going to spend another minute waiting the lady got up and turned the water in for my feet to soak. After another 15 mins I looked at the lady and my face said it all. She started on my pedi, she was actually really good until she trimmed my toenails a little too much, but exfoliating and massage and cleaning she was amazing. My daughter and I just had a wonderful experience here. It was my daughters big double-digit birthday treat! The big 10! The staff was so kind and so informative for the best nails for my daughter! She got exactly what she wanted with the help of them. We both got pedicures which were absolutely wonderful. And she got her dip tips. All for less than $100. Will definitely come back thanks to the great staff and prices. This place was very mediocre in comparison to a lot of other nail salons that I've been to- service was a bit weird, my friend and I went together and for the same type of pedicure, the lady that was doing my friends pedicure was basically in a rush to finish hers, when there was NO ONE in the salon... And my lady took her time and spent about 20 more mins on me than my friends pedicure took. Although my lady did a good job at the actual pedicure, she scraped my foot in the process with the callus remover- not very gentle. They also charge tax on credit cards which is the first time I've ever seen that in a nail salon. If I could vote 0 (zero) stars for this salon I would. I had a pedicure and they didn't even scrub the bottom of my feet just to start off with. Everyone tech was in a bad mood. I called prior to and asked if getting a full set included a massage (they responded yes) no massage when I paid $60 for my unfinished nails. Two and half hours I had to leave bc I had a hair appointment that I knew wouldn't disappoint me.
