Where do I start??? I have been going to Memory Nails on and off for over 10 years. leanne is the owner.. She was there I wanted a basic pedicure. they were busy, but she asked me to sit down and wait it shouldn't take long. Listen this place is not safe. I have underlining health issues! When I questioned them about the pedicure not being Sanitary! They did not even care! I was very upset because I know the owner!!! Leanne is very non-caring now. When they could not up sale, the lady was really rude then!!! She was uncaring and did not correct the issue! BE careful where you spend your heart earned dollars! They deserve a zero! This is one of those places where 1-2 people can do nails and everyone else is a draw. I just wanted a refill on colored acrylic but the lady was putting it on so thick I just had her to soak it off and I went elsewhere to get a dip manicure. I was very annoyed because they were arguing with me saying it's thick because of the AC and she's going to fix it with the drill. But it was literally over my cuticle so even if she did fix it, she'd likely cut me. They also messed up a pedicure I had to go back for them to fix. The first time I came I happened to get one of the two that know what they're doing and my nails looked good so I gave the second star for that. read more

I always get simple nails but I really pay attention to how they are filed, how my cuticles look, how the acrylic and cuticle transition is, etc. some technicians can't even get the basics right. The first time I went here I thought I found my person and place and I scheduled my next appointment to go there. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she got to work. I told her the powder was pretty thick and a couple if fingers had more on one side of the nail than the other and it was pretty noticeable she told me when she smoothed it out it would not look like that. Unfortunately it did look exactly like that! I thought I was being to picky and I would just deal with it until my next appointment but it was so thick and heavy I couldn't really feel my nails so I was unable to pick things up that I had dropped and I couldn't even scratch an itch so I went to a different place and had them do my nails I never mentioned not liking my nails to them but they pointed out how badly my nails were done and how thick the powder was. Okayyy I was considering leaving a review before but I went back today and I'm sold for sure lol. I walked in 2x; first for a full set and a pedicure. I was immediately seated and soon after I had a tech at my hands and my feet. The quality of everything was great, I loved my toes and hands, soft feet, the whole nine yards. Come this morning, I had a small accident resulting in one of my nails breaking :( my fault lol not theirs but I walked back in this afternoon and they fixed my nail *for free* and were super nice about the whole thing !!!!! Literally such a nice salon & it is the tiniest bit expensive but honestly you get what you pay for & it's not overpriced like some other places in the area. Will definitely be back!!! read more

I initially began going to another popular salon in the area but decided to try Memory because is less than five minuets from my front door. The first time I went I received a gel manicure by Jenny and she was awesome. Very friendly and efficient. My nails looked awesome and the gel lasted a little more than 3 weeks without a single chip. This was my third experience getting my nails done at this salon and while my first two times were satisfactory, I will not be a returning customer. I came in for a spa pedicure and shellac manicure. During the pedicure, while the nail tech (I don't remember her name) was scraping the dead skin off of my heels, I noticed my right foot started to get tender. I pulled my foot back and told her it hurt, so she stopped. I showed her my foot and it was bleeding, so she said to put it back in the water. The nail tech proceeded with my pedicure, then about 5 minutes later she started on another customer before she finished. A different nail tech then finished my pedicure.. When I got home, I got a good look at my foot and realized that she had taken a pretty good chunk of skin off. It ended up taking a full week to heal and was pretty painful to walk on, as it was on my heel. I didn't say anything at the time to the salon because I didn't realize how severe it was, but I want to warn anyone that gets their nails done to be aware of how hard they use the tool for scraping the skin off. read more

Frim the wine and hot neck oatmeal thingy to the hour long massage that came with the pedicure, i cant say enough about the nice ladies at memory nails. After trying out several area salons, I decided that my daughter and I needed a little mommy-daughter time here based on the reviews. The salon is very clean and pleasant, and the staff is very skilled and friendly if not entirely comfortable with English. They explained to my curious girl why they were placing food and flowers outside the door in front (prayer offering of gratitude - how cool is that??). On to the nails! My daughter got the junior mani-pedi and some art. $25 for the mani-pedi and $6 for the art. Beautiful job, and she absolutely loved it! They humored her need to have four colors without a blink (two on her fingers, two on her toes plus glitter!) and the flowers and sparkly two-toned hearts were so flipping cute. Definitely got our money's worth. I had the manicure with shellac and a pedicure that included taking care of callus removal. Manicure is lovely and the arm massage was delicious, but the charge was $33 instead of the $30 I thought it was going to be (Previous shellac removal charge, I guess? I saw that at another salon where I paid more for less, I may have missed it on Memory's menu.). The woman who did my feet should just move in with me now. I have paid for several pedicures that were supposed to include callus removal over the last couple of months and none of them really took care of my heels. They needed the cheese grater, not a glancing pass with the file. This lady went to work on my peasant farmer feet and now they look like a princess's. That's why I didn't bat an eye when the bill was $5 more than the pedicure I thought I had selected from the menu (hey, she earned it!). It was still only $36 and included hot stone massage, calluses, exfoliating and nice smelly lotion during the non-hot-stone massage (that's right - two massages, three if you count the exfoliant) and all the normal jazz (cuticles, paint, blah blah). I will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a little 'me' time or if you want to go with your friends/mom/daughter. read more

2nd visit and I really enjoy this place! Got the jelly pedicure. Wow it was really different and very relaxing. Like dipping your feet in a very warm slushy. My feet are so soft. Great experience. Did the gel dip, last time I did that the color stayed on for 3 weeks, no chips and very shiny, much better than shellac. Very good neck massage and hand and feet massages. They put the timer on so you don't get shorted on the experience. 20 min foot massage...ahhhh! Ask for Helen! Will definitely be back. read more
