I came across Her Nails through a neighborhood Facebook recommendation and decided to give it a try--truly the best decision I could have made. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Sophie, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure not only my nails, but my entire experience, were absolutely perfect. She was so fun to talk to and made me feel completely at ease. The sweet young lady who did my pedicure was just as incredible--talented, kind, and hilarious. She patiently tried eight different shades of pink on me to help me choose the perfect color for my wedding nails (this was my test set) and I left feeling so confident and excited. The little touches made the experience unforgettable. They asked if I liked coffee, and when I said yes, they surprised me with a freshly made Vietnamese coffee--delicious! The salon itself is spotless, beautifully kept, and relaxing. The staff were so gentle with my nails--no discomfort at all, just total pampering. Going slow to be mindful of your cuticles, scrubbing with a brand new foot pumice, using new files and buffer. They take their time when massaging. This is a spa experience, not a cattle call. When we moved in 2024 I continued to make the drive from Houston. This is my place! If you care about your nail health and getting the best service, look no further. Also, the salon is very clean and cute. They do not use pedicure spa chairs (which was part of a class action lawsuit) nor nasty plastic bags inside bowls. Instead everything is cleaned with hospital grade products. That is an unhealthy nail and a manure cannot fix that. This is a salon that cares about your experience as much as your nails.
