When you first arrive they do a scalp assessment where they take a camera, and you can see in live time what your scalp looks like. They'll tell you any issues they see, and they also tell you your scalp type and what it needs most. They take you back in a room where you lay down and give you scalp and head massages, use variety of products, and really take the time to give you great service (hair extensions are more). When you're done, they take you to the dryer room and you get tea and cookies. Such a nice way to end the experience. The drying room has really great, high level accessories (Dyson) and my blow out looked wonderful. I don't live here but I'd highly recommend checking it out!

The technician also failed to clean up my heels properly, and the massage during the pedicure was not good. Considering the quality of my services and the fact that my nail polish should not have come off within two days, I am disappointed with the overall experience. I received a facial from Olivia on October 2nd, and shortly afterward, I started to break out very badly. I have never had issues with breakouts before, but my forehead and the right side of my face were significantly affected. I believe I was recommended the wrong type of facial. I booked a Signature Hydra Facial but expressed my concerns to Olivia, stating that I wasn't sure I needed it since my skin wasn't in bad condition. She insisted that I go ahead with it. I typically opt for a custom facial without any issues. Since the facial, I've had to spend money on a dermatologist to help restore my skin to normal. I also tried the exfoliator she recommended, but I discontinued its use because I feel it made my skin worse. When I mentioned the exfoliator to others, they advised against using that type of product on our skin. I suspect Olivia recommended a more expensive facial and a $30 exfoliator simply to earn more money; I can't think of any other reason for her recommendation. In total, I spent about $270 here, and now I'm spending even more at the dermatologist for their inadequate treatment. I have decided that I will not return to this establishment and would recommend that others exercise caution when considering a visit.
