I've been going to Classy Nails for my pedicures for many years. They staff is very friendly and professional and they do an AMAZING spa pedicure. And it's very reasonably priced compared to other places -- include hot stone and clay treatment. And my toenails always look great and the color lasts for WEEKS without chipping. They've got curtains between the chairs since COVID, which is nice, and the massage chairs are wonderful. If it's not too busy, they'll take a long time massaging my legs and feet. My tootsies look and feel wonderful after going there. They also do head and neck massages--sometimes I go there just for that, when I'm feeling tense. Again, very reasonably priced. My first time going to this place and last!!!i waited nearly 2hours to be seen and was never seen because I decided to leave after the altercation. The situation: 2people came in after me with no appointments and were seen b4 me. After the situation was brought to attention all the staff including the guy Tom stayed quiet and they said they would get to me when they were done with the two people that CAME AFTER me ( an old white couple with no apt as well) I don't like pulling the race card but it was obvious that because I was black I was looked over. So I just got up and left after the confrontation with the staff about the situation. I would definitely not be going there again and wouldn't recommend this place if you are a new customer. read more

So I just got done with a mani pedi here and I have no idea why this place has such glowing reviews. I happened to be in katy on a Saturday afternoon with a few hours to spare. Checked out two nail places in la centerra but they were both swamped and this place has good reviews so why not. In order of events - They do not use sterilized tools or even pretend to use them They do not use liners for their foot spa 10 min into my pedicure a couple walked in and they did not have two chairs free next to each other so my nail lady asked me if I didn't mind moving. While they did ask, how do you say no when the people are standing right in front of you So here I am wet feet agreeing to move expecting to be given those pedicure slippers or something but no, I had to walk with wet feet to the other chair Then the lady filled my foot spa with cold water and I tried to tell her the water was cold and it took three times before she got it rather than telling me to put my feet in every other time The color itself was fine hence the two stars They took so long I decided to forego color on my manicure. I'm sure my nail tech was expecting to cover up the uneven nail cutting with color bit alas that was not to be Classy nails, not so much read more

Took my friends' daughter to get her nails done last week for her birthday. I was quite pleased to see that they handled her with kid gloves. They were patient with her as she was marveled at the different colors of nail polishes. She finally came to an agreement (with the help of the nail tech Thanh) and afterwards she told me that she felt like a princess and her smile was priceless. This place belong in the trash if it's not already there they took so long on the job and they shouldn't offer something they can't do. My nails are janky. I got the dip nails and they arnt smooth the edges are totally uneven. Would never go back and just saying pls don't go. read more
