I got a pedicure and manicure (requested builder gel on my natural nails). I wanted a natural base with the polish I picked out but I was asked so many questions that felt like they were directing me to choose a white background. Fine. But when she put POLY GEL on my nails instead of builder gel, my mind was blown. These are 2 completely different products. I let it go bc again, I wanted to relax before vacation. My pedicure was okay. Before she even put the top coat on, I could see a missed spot on my toes bc there was no dry time between coats. Fresh "builder gel" set and pedicure with tip came out to ~$130. I only returned a second time out of sheer curiosity bc I wanted to see how they would do a BUILDER GEL refill on a POLY GEL set. But they used poly gel again. I wanted this simple line work design. Idk how much they charged bc I wasn't told and their receipts are not itemized. There is also no pricing list / menu available to customers. A refill with the design and tip came out to $115. I cannot bring myself to come back to this salon. There's no confirmation of pricing, I asked for a specific service and received the wrong product. Everyone I've interacted with there is friendly and it's a pretty salon but there's a lack of transparency that I can't get on board with.

The only complaint I had was when I asked them to check out one of my nails because it wasn't glued down properly, they just brushed it off and said it was fine.. but it was not fine. Also, the lady told me I should have come on a weekday and not the weekend and they complained that they couldn't get a lunch because it was too busy. I totally understand being frustrated but it was kind of weird to have them complain to me about business. After I left, my nails were pretty cute, I got a nude acrylic powder full set, pretty straightforward. They were slightly crooked but I didn't complain. Fast forward to a few days after my nails were done, they started lifting almost immediately. I got this set for a friends wedding out of state so I didn't have time to go back and get them touched up. By day 5, three of my nails were easily lifting all the way up and started to become painful if I hit them because they were so fragile. My first visit, I left thinking I found my nail spot. Second visit, nail art was not so great and integrity of my nail was not strong as 2 nails cracked while lifting luggage into the overhead on an airplane. I also got a pedicure on my second visit and both services were done simultaneously. I don't find this relaxing as it feels rushed focusing both on feet and hands. Last visit was just a few days ago and already my nail broke while removing the top of a seasoning jar. I could tell my nails were thinner as the last couple visits 2 layers of base were applied before color and this time only color was applied. I have seen a few technicians working there but always the same one doing everyone's nails. Not sure if the work load is distributed to allow for quality work.
