Low key. Friendly. Excellent service. I've driven by here hundreds of times over the years. And one day, I was picking up my husband's cleaning next door - and decided to pop in for a shellac manicure. I've been back 4 times in 3 months. The ladies are so sweet. They always offer a cold beverage. It's not the most fashionable, modern, or hip salon. But their prices are fair and their work is very good. The last time I was in, I tried the CAT-EYE gel/shellac. I won't give away the surprise of how the cat-eye effect is achieved -- but it's very cool! And worth the extra $10. I'll be back in two weeks. Hopefully I'll get a pedicure this time. read more

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Kathy has been doing my dip now for the last 4-5 months and my nails have never been this healthy! Walked in and was greeted immediately by the most friendliest staff. I took a seat right away and she asked what nails I wanted. I showed her a picture and she got straight to it! They offered to get me a drink of water or anything I need. Was able to have a conversation with the lady and felt really at home there. Without appointment I walked in on a Thursday afternoon to find full house. I was greeted with cheerful smiles from all the nail technicians. Thought I had to come back at another time with appointment, the owner, Bích, was so nice! She checked and assured me I'd be tended in 10 minutes! I was quite pleased for not having to leave. Actually she sit me right away after picking out the nail polish color. She even started to work on my hand while my feet being soaked. The salon is bright, nicely decorated, squeaky clean and comfortable. Cold water was offered soon as I walked it. I really enjoyed being pampered. Both Bích and another technician took time to clean my cuticles, removed dead skin around my feet, and meticulously paint on the color. I preferred to have my fingernails polished rather than paint and Bích did a great job at it. Massage and warm cloth wrapped were the best part! Love everything about this place. This was my first time at Hana's Nail salon as I fancied a change from my regular. Verdict? Worst service I have ever received. I initially went in for a mani with shellac and a regular pedi, but later asked for a half-moon design on my hands. For a nail salon I was surprised that the nail technician I had wasn't even capable of accomplishing such a simple design, even after showing photos for examples! The language barrier was a huge factor, with miscommunication over everything due to poor English. On top of that the staff were extremely rude. After several failed attempts of her practicing my desired design on one nail, I asked her (nicely) to not bother and just apply a basic coat of silver instead- she rolled her eyes and replied with "oh my god!...." And carried on in her language to her co-workers. You don't have to be speaking the same language to understand when you're being laughed at and are the topic of rude conversation! Disappointing and very unprofessional. As a paying customer I value good service, which I'm surely not alone in. This place is not at all customer orientated and should be avoided..unless you're willing to put up with that kind of treatment :) read more

First of all, all of the chairs and decor have been redone within the past 6 months or so. I find the place very inviting. I have been going here for 4-5 years and I have never been disappointed. In fact, I do not usually request any one in particular because I have been satisfied with everyone. My manicures last for an entire week without having to get the gel nails. read more

Hana Nails changed ownership and the new owner is so cheap. The SPA chairs are old and only work 1/2 the time. They are mostly broken and do not provide water jets for my pedicure or the massage on my back. Hana, Tina, Nikki, Julie, and Jen are saints for putting up with this crap. They make a cheap owner look great!! Why won't she buy better chairs? I think that they are from 2000. Makes you wonder about the rest. read more

And 4 the worst of all my friend was going to go In my bag to get money out, and one of the workers there went through my purse themselves. I am not ok with strangers going into my purse and wallet. Biggest disappointment! I visited this salon for the first time for a manicure with shellac and a pedicure. The pedicure was adequate for the price (although they charge extra for some services that are typically included with other spa pedicures). The lady ( named Tina) assigned to do my manicure and shellac had to be the rudest service provider I have ever encountered. The young lady providing my pedicure I was happy with until she began to laugh because I was upset. I will not go back to this salon and would not recommend to anyone!!!!! read more

When I first started going there a year ago it was comparable to others in the area, however, they hurry you through when you they are busy. Did a really bad job on my nail polish for my pedicure this past time. Alot of the nail polish is old and needs to be replaced not thinned down. Unfortunately I had to redo it myself.
