I personally dont really care for foot -back massage is very good here, which they also spent more time on arms and shoulders - they do reflexology, pressure points, joint mobilization, and few stretches

The don't have rooms that their walls reach their ceiling which I wouldn't mind if it was worth it but the towel they put above your body they end up rolling it down half way down your butt crack and leave it there to go over once and then they spend the rest of the massage on your shoulders . I don't understand why my whole butt had to be exposed the whole massage when they weren't working on it , and considering that I heard men laughing - I could only assume their men employees were looking over from their half wall rooms. Hot stones were nice but I don't know why they felt like they still felt like their speedy hand movements were relaxing . They even shook me like if that was supposed to be a massage technique. Overall I should've took a hint by how sketchy the plaza seemed , but I would not recommend this place , a massage gun would've felt better

I attempted to leave $20 (18%) at which time I was told that amount was too low. I asked what was suggested and was responded to with a shrug. Uncomfortable and thinking perhaps I was being a little cheap, I agreed to $25 (22.7%). I was then informed that the credit card machine took $5, so I needed to go higher. It finally came out that she wanted a $40 tip, which I was unwilling to give. She also called the manager in to explain to me why I needed to give a bigger tip. This exchange went on for almost 15 minutes while they were trying to talk me into allowing them to type a larger number into the credit card machine. I left more tense than I was when I walked in. Never again.

I recently visited this place for a massage with a friend, and overall the experience was mixed…read more The man who did my massage did a really good job I left feeling relaxed and satisfied. However, my friend had a completely different experience. The woman who did her massage was too rough, and it actually left my friend in pain afterward. What really made things uncomfortable was the situation with tipping. We paid upfront, and when we finished, we thanked them and walked out. As we were heading to our car, the woman who massaged on my friend followed us outside and asked for a tip. I gave her the $10 cash I had, but then she insisted that it should be $20 per person. Since we didn't have more cash, she made us go back inside to leave an additional tip on a card. I understand tipping is appreciated, but it should never feel forced or demanded. This situation felt unprofessional and honestly a bit uncomfortable. I was considering coming back because my massage was good, but after that experience, I won't be returning.
