I got Virginia who I specifically requested because my friend said she's the best. She gave me paperwork to fill as soon as I came in and we got right down to business. She told me plainly that it would hurt but would be over soon. And boy! Did it hurt!! But she was a pro and talked me through the pain. She'd she "take a deep breath!" And then she'd rip it off!
