I found her after suffering with terrible IBS symptoms and post hysterectomy problems. Over the course of 3 horrible years of chronic pain that had me on a never ending roller coaster of doctor visits, tests, ER visits and countless hours and dollars wasted, I was exhausted and desperate for something different. The week after my 3rd Colonoscopy, I found her through a friend of a friend. I called her and immediately felt at ease. She is knowledgable, honest, caring and gentle. Karen is an expert in her field and a true professional. She knows her stuff! Karen is a true healer, and has changed my life for the better! I am on a maintenance only plan now, and feel like she has given me a gift of health and wellness. I never thought I would find a way to live a pain free life, and she has done that for me. I also appreciated receiving the full time I booked without feeling rushed. Unfortunately, the massage itself was disappointing. I booked deep tissue specifically to address tight muscles and knots, so being asked at check-in whether I wanted light, medium, or firm pressure was confusing. I expected deeper, more targeted work, but the pressure felt very light throughout. It felt more like a gentle Swedish massage than the deep tissue treatment I booked, and I left without any relief in the areas I wanted addressed. The atmosphere and hospitality were great, but for around $100, I expected a more effective massage. I would have liked the same attention given to the treatment itself as was given to the overall experience.

She did all she could to reduce my serious back pain in the 1 hour time frame I gave her before I needed to go to work, and must say the relief that she was able to provide with her magic, was well received as I needed help. May heard and saw my pain, and she was so kind to help me get better, not 100%, but will say I was able to go to work instead of calling in sick. I can not thank her enough, for opening up to help me, she is by far the kindest person you will ever meet! Thanks, May

I was looking for a massage parlor that offered couples massages in our area and I booked at this…read morelocation because it had good reviews. However, after visiting the location I discovered they are masters of the "bait and switch" pricing scheme. When we arrived, May, took us to the couple's room. When I returned she advised me they offered three types of massages and that the AcuQi was the best one. The way it was presented made it seem like it was one of three types included in the package I already paid a deposit for. She then mentioned that hot stones could be added and when I asked how much she said $15 per person for one area. I agreed to pay the extra for the hot stone massage. When it was time to check out I was advised that we could save $10 if we left a 5-star review on Google before we left, hence the good ratings because they are giving you a $10 "discount". After I wrote the review, she advised me that we owed $160 minus the $10 for the review so we owed $150 on top of the $80 deposit we already paid. She said the AcuQi massage was $110 per person but as you can see from the screenshot it's listed as $90 per person on the website. The couples massage is listed as $130 but I was charged $160, as you can see from the screenshots. They also charge you a 3.95% fee for using a credit card but there is no fee if you use Venmo or Zelle. She never rung anything up on a cash register and gave me my total on a Post-it note. The fact that they are using Venmo and Zelle and not tracking their charges leads me to believe they are NOT paying their taxes or reporting their sales accurately. DO NOT use this place because they are dishonest. A potential client called while we were waiting and she pushed the AcuQi massage on her telling her it was the best they offered. I forgot to mention my massage was horrible! He used heavy pressure even after I asked him to lighten up.

I have mixed feelings on this place. I tried it for the first time yesterday I signed up online at…read moretheir website for 30 minutes of the cupping and then the 30 minute massage. When I got there there was no waiting area but the lady was very nice. told her that I was a little early but I would wait but she said no she would take me back so when she started my massage, I was under the impression ( be of the webpage) that the cupping was supposed to come first and then the massage. So I asked her about it and I think there was a language barrier. so she kept massaging an hour went by and then she said she was done, so I asked her about the cupping again, but her English was so broken and I had a hard time understanding so I told her to let me get dressed, and I would come talk to her when I pay. So I showed her my booking online that was sent to my email and I showed her the cupping session and she then explained to me that her bosslady Tony or Tommy (broken English) does that and she's not there for two weeks. so why are you offering this service if there's no one to do it hence I was very disappointed again the massage was OK but it wasn't worth $80. Again she was very sweet but I didn't go for a mediocre massage. I've had many massages even from registered sports massage therapist and from the little Thai ladies who give massages, but when I left this place the feeling I got was just decided oh we're gonna do massages with no training. The other downfall to this was her right next to a music studio a.k.a. dance studio so I could hear the drum beat next-door the whole time it was very noisy.
