This has got to be the absolute worst place to visit if you need a massage to relax your body and soul. The young lady that attended me was rude to welcome me in and did a poor job of explaining what was included in the packages they offer. I asked for the '60minute Combo' which includes 30min Body + 30min Foot Massage. I have visited other places where these items are clearly explained by the masseuse, and they check in on you for your comfort level. (not this place) The massage was more than lackluster. The masseuse asked me to pay before receiving the massage, she explained that it was company policy to do so like this. When the massage started it was continuously interrupted more than 4 times for 3 to 5-minute windows. At the end of the massage, she began doing the usual patting on the back which normally indicates the end of the massage, and I knew the hour had not yet elapsed. It had only been 40 minutes!!! Normally a masseuse will leave the room and greet you on your way out and leave to get dressed comfortably. In this place, she started making the bed and did not give me any space to get dressed in peace. Finally, at the exit, she wanted to force me to leave more payment as a tip and explained verbatim: "The $70 was for my boss not for me. You have to tip" and she refused to let me leave. I showed her my receipt and asked her if the payment covered the service. She said "No you have to tip, this is separate," I asked again does the "$70 cover the massage?" then she responded Yes. I walked out the door and she followed me out and screamed something at me. I am not sure what she said. 0-Stars if possible

I tried calling twice and I never got an answer so I just drove over. The inside is dark & hotter than hell. A lady came out of a room to greet me. She tried explaining something, but she didn't speak English. Another younger lady appeared & told me to come back in 10 minutes. I went to the convenience store to grab a drink & returned. The first lady, the one who didn't speak English, pointed to the pricing menu & I requested a 90 minute combo session. I was told to pay before & I did. I was taken to a small room & given no instructions. I finally understood that I was to remove my clothes & get under a towel. I've had previous surgeries on my lower back & don't like for anyone to touch that area, so I kept my pants on. The lady kept trying to pull them down & I kept trying to explain that I didn't want that area massaged. She started with the lightest touch, the amount of pressure you'd use when applying sunscreen. After a few minutes I asked for firmer pressure. I had just showered and styled my hair so I brought a tshirt to wrap my hair in. I kept saying I didn't want oil in my hair. Since we had no way of communicating, I might as well have asked for her to dump oil all over me. The atmosphere might have been relaxing, however I was unable to relax since her phone rang constantly and she received countless messages. Also, she stepped out of the room about 20 times. I paid for 90 minutes & she indicated she was done in 55 minutes. I received less than 45 if you count the time she spent out of the room or messing with her phone. The massage itself was horrible. She used extremely firm pressure on my neck and did it wrong. The whole thing now hurts, especially when I cough or sneeze. I'm miserable. She did more harm than good. It's been 4 days since the "massage" & I feel horrible. I will not return & wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Today I got off work and saw this place and thought I give it a try since my shoulders and neck have been hurting due to being a side sleeper . i got the 1 hour full body massage which is $70, higher than most places around here. As soon as i laid down i told her what my main concerns were (shoulder and neck). she started off my neck and shoulders without oil or lotion which was very uncomfortable. she fid the kneading but also pinching technique. I go get a massage one a month, so i am very experienced on who is skilled and who is not. she did my neck and shoulders for about 10 without oil, then she started with the oil for the rest of my back. She started pinching again which was very uncomfortable. Then she proceed to use her elbow for the rest of the time. she even used her elbow right in the middle of my spine. she thought i had knots on my spine so she dugged her elbow harder on those so called knots which was my actual spine. She was all over the place with her "techniques" one min she was kneading on my shoulders then next few seconds would me elbow on my lower back. most massages i have gotten work their up to the area so that what i mean by all over the place. she also did my butt and calves with her elbow. if you dont know how an elbow feel on your calves then have someone try it on you. i was tense during the massage. she didnt even do my arms AT ALL. which given it it a full body massage i guess my arms are not included in my body. then she turns me over and she only massaged my head and a little bit on my neck and barely on my shoulders. no other body parts were massage after i flipped over on my back. usually they massage your arms and the front of your legs that included the front of your thigh. NOTHING. At the end of the massage, she had the nerves to tell me " your back is very hard. do you exercise? your back is like a man's back. i have a workout, im sweating" Over all i would not recommend or come back to this place. you get a better massage elsewhere for cheaper around the area. you would think that price being higher than other places you expect better experience.
