This is actually my second time stopping by here because I was at the mall and noticed it. First time I came a lady said their all booked and instead of her asking me to come back she just walked off. I shrugged it as they were busy. Months later I come back I see they increased their prices but ok whatever I chose my treatment. So apparently for whatever reason this location requires you to pay for services upfront with their additional cost for card users (which already put a sour taste in my mouth because that's the cost of business). Anyway, I give my card she asked for my ID...ok then has the audacity to ask how much for the tip before they have even rendered any kind of service! Ok...I say $10 which I shouldn't have said that because that infuriated me but then she said "No..$20?" I had her repeat it and she said "$20 tip"? I told her give me my card and ID and left. A tip is for the type of services rendered. You don't go eat and pay upfront you eat, pay, then tip. I frequently go to little massage places or full day spas like this and better and even more expensive NONE of them where this rude. read more
