Discovered this gem through an old high school friend who met Dr. Pacia in college, and might I say…read moreshe has magic hands! Healing, massage therapy, and naturopathic/holistic medicines are her specialty, but her ability to really hone in on what areas of your body need the most TLC is probably her best weapon. One visit won't be enough to work on chronic areas of pain, but Dr. Pacia will assess and evaluate your body based on your first visit with her. It's not an office or consultation type setting, but she will make sure to find out what your expectations are before you get started. Based on her extensive knowledge, experience, and academic background, she is extremely qualified in her field. This I could tell right away when I signed up for her introductory first time client Swedish Massage!!! It was ahhhh-mazing!!!! When you let out a snore and you fall asleep, that's when you know the quality of work speaks for itself! Dr. Pacia co-owns/shares a space with NaturElle Skin Bar (already on Yelp), which is nestled in a small plaza in Richmond, TX...it will probably be a bit of a drive for most Houstonians, but it is TOTALLY WORTH IT!!...She is super friendly, warm, and inviting, and if you're looking for just a great massage or need some help with chronic muscle or body pains, I'd highly recommend you visit Dr. Pacia. She offers naturopathic and holistic therapy, offering cupping, acupuncture, and various other therapy methods. If you're looking for a tranquil place to relieve some stress, decrease pain, stress, or anxiety, look no further. I will definitely be coming back for another massage, and retreating to Richmond!

I really like massage and I invested a lot here. However, I got disappointed lately…read more This week I didn't give a tip. Yesterday and today I got there 7:15PM. The lady said it will be just 45 min. Today I called and made appointment for 8 PM with Selena, she is good, but lately she is hard with me and I assumed that it will be 1 hour. Selena said just 30 minutes because I didn't say 1 hour. They close 9. t was 8 when I get there. I am a clean person. This is a make up story. Trash in the chair? It is so not true. Beyond, I give tips, yes. I never gave a good review, because first, I didn't know this site, until someone told me. Yes, I am upset. I treat them with respect and love. I should be well treated. About trip; I give tips at least 10% not all the time, you are right. I gave in cash as well. Sometimes , I don't give because I don't like it and it is tight for me. I thought it was a right for a client. I felt disappointed. . And yes, I came back BCS it is good, for skin treatment twice, 4 gift cards to my daughter. And many times myself And once 2 of us went there together for 1 hour massage. You don't know me, I lost a loved one, and I tried to save all for relaxation, because our health, dealing with our grief. I didn't know about what Selena told me yesterday. She doesn't receive anything from what we pay, but only the tip. I was feeling bad for her, today I went there with a tip because I felt miserable. Unfortunately, she said she had an appointment. . Disregarding a nice person being passive aggressive, it loses both ways. Success for all of you. God bless you all.

I booked a massage through ClassPass as a Mother's Day gift for my mom. I called ahead and informed…read morethe staff that the booking was for her -- at no point was I told this would be an issue. When we arrived, the owner and staff were condescending, rude, and showed zero empathy, turning what was meant to be a special occasion into an embarrassing and upsetting experience. I've visited before for yoga classes, but the attitude toward ClassPass customers here is consistently dismissive -- from being made to fill out a new form before every single class despite being a returning customer, to the way this situation was handled. No one should be made to feel unwelcome when they're simply trying to do something kind for someone they love. What could have been a simple, understanding conversation was instead handled with zero grace. Do better.

She talked to me after class and told me I should be an a beginners class and told me she doesn't go around correcting/helping others because that's not how she "teaches". I came in proud of myself for trying something new, and left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable for putting myself out there. It's a shame because the few other times I went here, the people and instructors have been lovely and encouraging.

This place was great! I saw the massage banner on my way home one day and decided to stop by. I got…read morea business card and they said they could do walk ins or appointments. The card is also a visit card, where If you go a certain amount of times you can then redeem for a $50 massage. I had read it differently I thought it was a coupon for a $50 massage. I called around 2pm and they said to come in and they had availability now. I walked in and decided on a combo massage. They lead you to a private room which is great. You can undress to level of comfort and then there is a sheet to cover yourself. They used a combination of oil and lotion I believe. I paid $75 for a 60 min combo and they added the hot stones in for free. Nicole was my masseuse and I would definitely request her again and do a longer massage next time. Parking was easy, lots of spots and safe. They are still new so I think there is still a little kinks to work out. Very nice though. They had some boxes left to unpack and they need to figure out their flow better when someone walks in and they already have someone there. They lost the business of another gentleman that walked in behind me. He was a walk in and I called so I got the spot. I think a sign in kiosk would help they could collect phone numbers and use that for the visit count and once you had x visits you could get a discount. Instead of using the card because no one likes to keep cards in their wallet these days. I also thought the price menu could use some work. They could reprint a fresher looking one and write some descriptions for what each one is. For example the Swedish massage she said was light or medium. The deep tissue is harder. Then combo I was a little unclear? Maybe it's just adding hot stones? They could explain it better.

Didn't know that the arms can carry so much pain. Thank you Spa Luna for the healing experience.read more
