I found this place on Groupon so didn't know what to expect. I was a little underwhelmed by the facility itself but the kindness of the staff went a long way. I liked the price point for a 90-minute Foot Massage ($45) and its not too far -- so I thought I'd give them a try. Since I wanted a longer massage, and it was a Saturday afternoon, I called ahead. They were able to accommodate me within the hour. It was very quiet and not too dark. The massage was very good and thorough. I know I fell asleep at one point because I heard myself snoring (eek!). Husband and I treated ourselves from parenthood! Wanted to try this place out after receiving a flyer in the mail from them. These foot massage parlors are not your typical massage. You are seated in an over sized chair. Foot massage consists of head, neck, arms, legs and then finish off a bit on your back. Ambiance: Very clean! There was more light than I expected though. Not as dark as Sole Reflextions. Massage: Really goood. (I have a membership at Elements and I thought this massage was better than some I received from Elements.) He asked me what level of pressure I would like (light, medium, strong). I asked for medium. There were some questionable things he did and thought some were a little painful. Will return! read more

The lady that did my message was nice, I felt the affects of the message about a week after. I had back pain when I went, a week later the back pain was gone. The place is clean. What I didn't like is I could hear people going in and out of other rooms in the spa. I could not relax due to the noise and this is the reason for my rating. The two stars is for the young lady at the front desk who seemed very friendly and accommodating. However when my friend and I arrived for service, upon walking in we were greeted with the WORST odor!!!! I mean nauseating! My friend and I looked at each other and both agreed we could NOT stay!!! Awesome place to go if you truly want to relax! Nice and cool inside and they also play relaxing spa music and don't talk during your massage. They ask you if the pressure is too much or not enough. Lots of pillows that when you lay back you actually feel good unlike most foot massage places. I will definitely be going back here! read more

This was the best massage I've gotten in a long time, it was cheap and not fancy or anything but Jack got right into the muscles of mine that were so tight and needed attention. I had got a massage on Groupon for a good deal and made an appt 2 hours after (thankful they had space available) anyways my back was in pain right after work and the place 10 mins away so why not? I arrive in the rain and I wish I had remembered the lady name who did my massage because when I say that I was tryna so hard not to sleep and drool.. there was at least 3 times I caught myself sleep cuz I felt the drool coming along lol I can't make this up hands down one of the best massages I received!!! I felt like a new man and definitely going back and ps: when I left there was someone getting a foot massage and he was snoring LOUD so I know they good at what they do HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

Pros: The place was clean, people were friendly, and it was quiet. Cons: I've been to other foot spas in Chinatown before, and their process was pretty underwhelming. For a foot massage, places in Chinatown also work on your neck, shoulders, and upper back. This place spent about 50 minutes playing with my toes (did not get any spots on my feet) and then 10 minutes lightly patting my back. I felt 100% the same after the massage and still needed one afterwards. I felt like I paid someone to lightly touch me for an hour. This is probably not the place to go if you need a real massage. There are plenty of other places in town that do a much better job. IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: I didn't get my head and neck massaged at all. I went with my friend, and I just asked him if he did, and he said he didn't get a head OR neck massage. I wouldn't write a review just to be mean. I am being 100% truthful, so when you say you do a head and neck massage, I know you're not telling the truth, because my friend and I didn't receive a head and neck massage. I bought a couples massage off Groupon for a decent price. My main issue was availability. They was able to get me in within 2 hours from when I bought the Groupon. Mind you this is our first time getting a body massage , IT WAS AMAZING omg a lot of my pain is in my shoulders and the masseuse noticed where the pain was and focused on them !!
