I'd stay away from this place. Customer service is horrendous. It would behoove them to learn how to properly treat their customers. When I went to pay, they asked if I could pay in cash. I told them I didn't have any cash. I'd be using a debit card. When I left her a 15% tip, apparently that wasn't enough and she threw my card at me with my receipt. First of all, tips are optional and are dependent on the quality of service 2) second of all, a business should never throw your card at you. I have come before for foot massage and it's wonderful!!!! However yesterday I went and had a body massage and the man doing it was way too strong. I kept telling him too strong, ouch, but ‍ so today I can barely walk. He must have done something that messed up my back. However the foot massage was great. Moral: tell, tell, tell! You not only get a good massage on your feet and legs they also give you a bit of a head, neck arms and back! I walked out feeling better and energized! My new go to place for a massage! Thought I would try a new place. Sorry, but Footworks Boutique in Cinco Ranch is still my favorite! My massage at this location was very good. I usually don't like very hard or very firm pressure, but last night I needed a little extra strength! I opted for my usual 60 minute foot massage ($30). At most of your local, storefront, foot reflexology places "a foot massage" is so much more! The service usually includes head and scalp, neck, shoulders, arms and hands, and at least a 30 minute or more focus on feet, ankles, and calves. The services are completed in a dimly lit, quiet, open public room while the guest is seated in a relaxing recliner. Some venues will ask the customer to flip over on their stomach for the last 10 minutes for an extensive back massage as well. That's what they did last night. I actually don't prefer that service. And like just laying on my back the entire time and having a little bit of extra foot massage time. I should reinforce for first-timers... That the optimum words here are QUIET and relaxing. Please don't enter one of these locations speaking at full voice. And continue to speak in full voice as you enter the massage area!!! (Like the annoying lady who came in just as my massage started.) The interior decor isn't anything special. Very minimal but clean. I did not use the restroom, so I can't comment on the cleanliness there. And I have had massages at every one of those monthly Clubs that you join, every cruise ship I've been on, every hotel and resort from Florida to Vegas. For me, this was the best massage of all. Why? Nothing out of the ordinary. Everything was good but not memorable place I'd go back to. Obviously they want you to get the most expensive massage and if you don't the disappointment can be seen. This is by far the best reflexology place in Katy and in Houston. Oasis was the OG and this place just took its title belt. I honestly hate saying this because I know this place will probably get booked up. Go for the $30 foot massage in the chairs. That is all you need. They do full body and they legitimately do an incredible back massage. Is all I do at work now is calculate how much more money I need to make to be able to afford to get a massage from this place every day for the rest of my life. I had an hour reflexology 2 days ago. It was fantastic. Paid with credit card including 33% tip. I set up the same thing for today. Once again did a great job. Was checking out and saw bills in my wallet. Said no credit card, cash. There were no signs, handled it with cc two days before. I gave him the bills I had which meant $10 back. He kept fumbling around I know thinking I would say keep it but didn't because of principle. Finally gave me $10 back and leaving and reflexologist said " what about my tip". I said it went away with your policy change I knew nothing about. She started yelling. I said I'll tip if take credit card. Reluctantly accepted proposal. Completely unethical and will talk to police about legality. In any event avoid them at all cost. You have eyes closed during and if this is their ethics, no idea what else they may do. Beware beware beware. There are plenty of above board places. I am happy to tip for good job and if only cash ( recognize cc fee) they need to post or tell you up front. I had little cash I needed but regardless now I wouldn't trust anything about them so what is supposed to be relaxing can never be for me at this business. Can't earn enough. Good massage but the lady answered her phone three times and had conversations while giving me a massage, truly ruined the relaxing part of a massage for me. Then, when I paid, she asked me for a tip and I still gave her a small tip and she pointed out how much the massage was implying I didn't give her a big enough tip. I had a 90 minute body massage from Tony and it was amazing! He is very knowledgeable of pressure points and mixed that into a great deep tissue massage. I usually prefer female masseuse but they only had a male available for when we booked, and it was a blessing in disguise as it was one of the best massages I've had! I get a massage here every couple of weeks. They always do an amazing job! I've tried a lot of other places in the area and it seems hit or miss depending on who you get, but this place has always been consistent. It feels safe and clean and I've witnessed them cleaning the sheets and blankets in between every customer unlike some places in been to. Yes, they prefer cash if you have it. Credit card companies charge high fees and cash helps them when possible. I do recommend you call ahead... they seem to stay pretty busy. read more

It is a nice looking place however it smelled like feet. I went in for an hour foot massage. But what they actually did was massage my arms and next for what seemed like 30 min and then did 15 min per Foot. It all felt good but I would have preferred all the time on my feet. Last, I would suggest that the Masseuse with long hair be required to wear their hair tied back. At one point the lady was over my head and her hair was falling into my face. Would I go back?
