Called to schedule an appointment, very quick and easy. Received text appointment confirmation after calling. Both husband and I fell in love with our masseuse. Both hit the right spots and we felt so relaxed after. We got the "baby back" which is such a steal. After the reflexology experience, got to drink their chai tea latte, which was delicious! This location is a little out of the way for me; but I made an appointment two weeks in advance to redeem a Groupon for an 80-min Reflexology w/ Hot Stone session. Because of the location -- personally, I'd probably only come back on a Saturday and with an appointment. They are open until 9:00pm 7 days a week. If you read my reviews, you'll see I'm a Reflexology connoisseur. I have my tried and true favorites. Two things made me rate 5-stars: 1. The truly spam-like atmosphere. A separate check-in lobby is welcoming and keeps customers from being disturbed every time a new client walks in or pays for services. The lemon-cucumber water was very tasty too! The treatment chairs are large and comfortable. 2. Very thorough massage. Many reflexology storefronts offer a perfunctory back rub. In fact, I usually request a pass. But this was a thorough head to heels back treatment at the end of my massage. Bonus: I actually believe more times than not, that "hot stones" are a gimmick. I've had too many pedicures featuring lazy, uninspired rubbing of hot stones in my legs and feet as a substitute for massage. But my masseur, Donald had a hot stone "system"! I want to start by saying that Caroline is absolutely phenomenal and was super patient in addressing all my questions and concerns. The interior is so refreshing, the first time i walked i ,quite literally, felt myself relax almost immediately. I personally didn't receive a massage as this was a birthday gift for my mother, but she absolutely adored it and highly recommends Jennifer Pu. We totally plan on coming back, and I definitely plan on doing a treatment myself. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everybody as it feels like they genuinely care about their customers and I'm super grateful for it. Front desk/Scheduling - The front desk has been more than accommodating to all of my requests and scheduling an appointment. Have never had an issue. I do always call before for availability. From start to finish, she didn't waste any of my time and truly worked out all my kinks with dedication. At some parts of my massage I was squirming in discomfort but I knew that mild pain would result in improved range of motion later so I dealt with it. Unfortunately I have a low tolerance for businesses that are not customer-focus. I tried this business several years ago and decided to do so once again. After receiving conflicting notices, I called to verify today's appointment and I was told I didn't have one. After pressuring the young lady to examine further, she found my appointment posted at a later time. That irritated me to the point that if you have to "hold their hand" to get information they should have readily available, then perhaps its not worth my time to continue this relationship. I never tried reflexology before and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean the only down turn in that it is an open space not like in a massage parlor. But they were very accommodating since I wear the scarf and put me in the corner and there were no other clients. The head and foot massage was great and relaxing. The over the clothes massage was ok only because there were so many layers. I did the 80 minute massage and enjoyed it thoroughly. I got a gift card for my husband and i will be doing ladies date night here to relax. I would recommend and the price is right. read more
