We were given a gift card by our good friends as a birthday gift. We finally decided to use it. When we arrived we were seated in a small waiting area. I was asked to remove my shoes and socks and given a pair of terry cloth slippers. First we were given a milk foot bath. It was very refreshing. Next we were brought to a room with two massage tables. We disrobed and awaited our masseuse. We then had 2 hour where they took there time and relived any and all stress. This was great. Pros: Therapist was very nice. Milk foot wash was nice. Room was clean and music was pleasant and relaxing. Getting my back popped was great. Rose flower at the end was sweet. Cons: Lights were bright the entire time except at the end when I was asked to flip right side up, then she dimmed the lights. So it was dim maybe for 10 min. Lights being dim adds to the relaxation, so really off putting that they weren't. Actual massage was ok except for when the therapist was stepping on my back. Felt like it was all of her weight and when asked if I was ok I said it hurt and I think she reduced it a little and then went back in full force, it was hard to breathe while that was happening. Then when my shoulders were getting massaged, she was really digging in to get the knots -really hurt. I wasn't asked if there was any specific areas I wanted her to focus on. Nor was I asked about the amount of pressure I wanted. Pain coming in is still present. I went in for a relaxing experience, I was relaxed for maybe 20 min, the rest of the time I was tense from too much pressure/pain. I was on time to my appointment but my "time" didn't start until 15 min later. I was informed my therapist was running late. Not ok. Another thing: I was taken to a "couples" room when it was just me. Weird. My appointment was towards the end of the day so maybe everyone was just trying to leave? Not sure, but this was my first and last visit. People pay hard earned money expecting a memorable or at least good experience and this fell really short of the mark. read more

I did not come with much expectations, so I am pleasantly surprised. The service at the front desk blew me away. He was gentle, courteous, and attentive. Made us feel special. The masseuse ladies were all petite but STRONG and well trained. They started us off with a gentle foot cleanse then set us up in our rooms. I chose the Thai Massage. She hit every pressure point and worked on tough knotted muscles. Part of the treatment is using their feet on the back. It can feel strange but it's much better than deep tissue massage. I really appreciate their professionalism. They checked on us regarding pressure and if we're ok but mostly let us relax in silence. One of us had a numb finger that hardly bent but after the session she said it was no longer numb and bending without effort. My throat and neck areas got intensively painful the next day after receiving Thai combo at this venue. It was quite painful during the massages, and I yelped several times "tong"(hurts!) to the technician, but the pressure was not reduced, and my feedback was ignored. My neck area started to develop stinging pain the second day, which I thought was the post effects, but after an entire week, the pain did not go away, and when I touched my throat area, my spine stings somehow. I did not have any problems around my neck before getting the massage, and I went into this place for shoulder stiffness relief. I now have to take the pain medication to be able to do my daily activities around the house, and I am going to doctors if the pain persists. This is my second time here, and I thought the previous service was good, so I brought my mom in. She didn't have any side effects afterward, but i have suffered the stinging pain ever since. If this gets worse I'd have to visit the doctor, will update the results if I ended up worse. read more
