One of the best massages I've ever had. The location was clean and modern. Xavier at the front desk was informative and helpful. Tina the masseuse was very professional! I will be back and telling all my friends about the excellent service! read more

We were given a gift card by our good friends as a birthday gift. We finally decided to use it. When we arrived we were seated in a small waiting area. I was asked to remove my shoes and socks and given a pair of terry cloth slippers. First we were given a milk foot bath. It was very refreshing. Next we were brought to a room with two massage tables. We disrobed and awaited our masseuse. We then had 2 hour where they took there time and relived any and all stress. This was great. They are very professional and did a great job. We definitely recommend them. They call have several types of massages including a CBD one. read more

Zen Thai Massage & Spa - Day Spas Near Me - Katy, Texas

The staff was very friendly, offering great value for the service. The only odd thing is that there's no smell. No scents or essential oils are used. It smells just bland and not spa-like. I thought that was strange. If you don't care about that, it's fine, but if you want that aroma, I realize I missed it. read more

Pros: Therapist was very nice. Milk foot wash was nice. Room was clean and music was pleasant and relaxing. Getting my back popped was great. Rose flower at the end was sweet. Cons: Lights were bright the entire time except at the end when I was asked to flip right side up, then she dimmed the lights. So it was dim maybe for 10 min. Lights being dim adds to the relaxation, so really off putting that they weren't. Actual massage was ok except for when the therapist was stepping on my back. Felt like it was all of her weight and when asked if I was ok I said it hurt and I think she reduced it a little and then went back in full force, it was hard to breathe while that was happening. Then when my shoulders were getting massaged, she was really digging in to get the knots -really hurt. I wasn't asked if there was any specific areas I wanted her to focus on. Nor was I asked about the amount of pressure I wanted. Pain coming in is still present. I went in for a relaxing experience, I was relaxed for maybe 20 min, the rest of the time I was tense from too much pressure/pain. I was on time to my appointment but my "time" didn't start until 15 min later. I was informed my therapist was running late. Not ok. Another thing: I was taken to a "couples" room when it was just me. Weird. My appointment was towards the end of the day so maybe everyone was just trying to leave? Not sure, but this was my first and last visit. People pay hard earned money expecting a memorable or at least good experience and this fell really short of the mark. read more

4 of us came here as part of our ladies day out. No kids. No husbands. Just Moms having a couple of hours of girl time. All of us came in tense and tired. We left happy and relaxed. I did not come with much expectations, so I am pleasantly surprised. The service at the front desk blew me away. He was gentle, courteous, and attentive. Made us feel special. The masseuse ladies were all petite but STRONG and well trained. They started us off with a gentle foot cleanse then set us up in our rooms. I chose the Thai Massage. She hit every pressure point and worked on tough knotted muscles. Part of the treatment is using their feet on the back. It can feel strange but it's much better than deep tissue massage. I really appreciate their professionalism. They checked on us regarding pressure and if we're ok but mostly let us relax in silence. One of us had a numb finger that hardly bent but after the session she said it was no longer numb and bending without effort. We ended our time with a hot cup of tea in this beautiful little room. read more

Zen Thai Massage & Spa - The room where we began and ended our relaxation. - Day Spas Near Me - Katy, Texas

you make sure you arrive on time. I was late 5 min . I was told to fill a form which took me another 5 min. I was taken. to the room and the lady left without telling me anything. she came back and I was still waiting. 2nd time she told me what to do. you can imagine the amount of time missed during the process. yet my service was done exactly after one hr of my arrival time in their facility . Also inspite of my mention of my legs issue after cancer treatment, 70% of the time message was given in my back. I was expecting a whole body message for an hour. it was not done. read more

My throat and neck areas got intensively painful the next day after receiving Thai combo at this venue. It was quite painful during the massages, and I yelped several times "tong"(hurts!) to the technician, but the pressure was not reduced, and my feedback was ignored. My neck area started to develop stinging pain the second day, which I thought was the post effects, but after an entire week, the pain did not go away, and when I touched my throat area, my spine stings somehow. I did not have any problems around my neck before getting the massage, and I went into this place for shoulder stiffness relief. I now have to take the pain medication to be able to do my daily activities around the house, and I am going to doctors if the pain persists. This is my second time here, and I thought the previous service was good, so I brought my mom in. She didn't have any side effects afterward, but i have suffered the stinging pain ever since. If this gets worse I'd have to visit the doctor, will update the results if I ended up worse. read more

their service sucks. I do not recommend. I scheduled an appointment for them to cancel me 15 minutes before my appointment.

Five stars times 10 as such a beautiful build out of the facilities, beautifully designed to a very beautiful Thai massage. Your welcomed by a receptionist who is so nice, shoes removed and slippers given, taken to a very beautiful designed area for traditional washing of your feet. Then to the room, again designed to a Thai inspirational, then relax and enjoy. The therapist was again wonderful, very quiet spoken, for you to just relax and relax and enjoy! Therapist 10 stars ! Wonderful relaxation and massage! I'll be back, soon! read more

Loved the massage super relaxing and great for ladies day out. Exactly what I needed. Clean, refreshing and the tea after was amazing.

Today was my second time here. Had a great massage both times. It is very tranquil and relaxing. I had questions about the different types of message as I was having a lot of neck, head and shoulder pain. They were able to customize a treatment to help those areas. I left feeling better than I ever had from a massage. My pain was totally gone! The best part is they give you some hot herbal tea after your massage. read more
