Amazing!! A friend and I went for a Mother's Day treat. We got the Mothers Serenity Package which was $30 off for the month of May (YAY!) We started off getting a foot treatment, we soaked our feet, scrub, rub, & wax treatment. My feet were So soft! Then we went to the massage room where we layed on a soft warm massage table. We got to pick the scent for a scalp oil (Ginger or jasmine) Then a full body massage which was incredible! Finished with a facial, which was nice. My massage was great! The therapist really listened to me prior to the session, and she did not touch any areas I specified not to touch. That part was super. During the hydrotherapy soak, I noticed a ring around the tub and hairs. It appeared as if the tub may not have been cleaned/scrubbed thoroughly. My recommendation is for your consumers to have a better experience during hydrotherapy soaks is to thoroughly clean and scrub your tub(s) before each individual session. Double check to make sure there are no "rings" of dirt/grime around your tub(s), and change the water before each client gets in. Thanks! read more

I drove an hour (from Montgomery) to this location for the Vichy Shower treatment, one of my favorites. I booked a massage and Body Scrub/Vichy Shower for my husband and me. I called in advance and asked if they had 2 Vichy showers, and "Abraham" told me yes. We get there, and my husband's therapist was great, could communicate and said his massage was good. My therapist said no when I asked if she spoke spanish (I later heard them talking) and gave the WORST massage in the history of the world. She had ZERO knowledge of massage therapy, and used her forearm across my bones so that I am totally bruised. Her fingernail cut into my skin as she repeatedly and nonsensically massaged my bicep. My only hope was the Vichy showers...guess what? THey had ONE shower and had us side by side on the table freezing to death while each of us waited our "turn". They had 2 TABLES, not 2 VICHY SHOWERS. Huge difference. Salt scrub was great, they had no clue how to work a vichy shower and treated it like a normal shower....I DO NOT RECOMMEND-I took the time in advance to ask questions, was given wrong answers, and a horrible therapist. read more

I had a massage here earlier this week. I ordered a Swedish Massage which should have been low risk and only involved loosening muscles. Instead the therapist Donya (or Tonya) continuously rubbed her hard elbow across my spine and shoulder blade. This has caused me much pain in my spinal discs. She also did not use fingers to massage muscles instead relying on leaning her weight on her forearm and using it like a hard roller. Instead of improvement I only now have continuous pain in my spine. I should request them to pay for medical treatment caused by damage from a massage. This was the opposite of what a massage is supposed to do. I paid to have my spine aggravated severely with no other benefit. They have not even even responded to reimburse the cost of the massage. read more

Worse massage I have ever had! I booked a 90 minute relaxation massage. I have had many professional massages and this lady had no idea what she was doing! She constantly dug her elbows into my shoulders and back causing pain and discomfort. I am experiencing a lot is soreness in those areas today. There was no method to the massage and she seemed to make it up as she went. It was nothing like the massages I have had in the past, and if it were my first I would never get another. Took my husband here for his birthday. We did a couples massage and foot scrub. Foot scrub was really nice, that lasted about 30 mins and then we were escorted into a couples massage room for our 1 hr massage. The massage itself was great! And I never say that! I'm a massage therapist myself for I'm pretty critical, she did a great job! I wish I'd gotten her name. My husband's massage was good but he was freezing. Honestly it was extremely cold in there and I opted out of the scalp massage part because I don't like people putting their hands in my hair/head, so they graciously let me choose another add on, so I chose hot stones. That made the coldness of the room be bearable. Otherwise I would've been freezing too. I did recommend them to use either a heated pad for the massage table or bump the temp up. But I can understand why they wouldn't want to do that as for the therapist, they could get hot. Other than that I would definitely come back. It was nice and clean, very serene. The only other thing I'd change is having the foot scrub in the same room as your partner if you're doing a couples thing. read more
