I had a horrible experience yesterday. I've been here several times before, but this was by far the worst pedicure I have ever received. It seems like the salon may have been testing out a new employee on paying customers, and that is completely unacceptable. If you are going to train or test a new person, that should be done on staff members, not customers who are paying full price for a professional service. The pedicure was not done as described on the menu for the service I selected. When I got home, I noticed I still had a lot of dead skin on my feet, which should have been removed during the pedicure. On top of that, the nail polish application looked terrible. The whole service took two hours, which is way too long for a pedicure. It was obvious something was wrong, and the managers were walking around the entire time. I do not understand why no one stepped in to check on the situation or correct it before I had to bring it to their attention myself. I told the manager the service was unacceptable. The amount of time it took, the poor polish application, and the fact that I was still charged regular price made the whole experience even worse. Manager then had someone else correct polish. Customers should not be used to train new employees while still being expected to pay full price. It is unfair and unprofessional. read more

Beware of price gouging and inappropriate service. Sassy Tin needs to focus on customer service instead of chatting with the girls and trying to be funny. Nia, needs to be clear when someone ask specifically for a service and she knows I get designs and different colors. I asked about a 3 color ombré and she gave a price then when I told her I want the third color at the tip she wanted to add another $10. She thought she was gonna get extra because she was told she had an appointment and that wasn't gonna work. Lela no longer works there and I had no problems with her. I have been coming to the shop for 10 or more years. I'm done. Ever since this sassy Tin has been at the front the tone of service and appropriate behavior has been bad. I am very disappointed on how I was treated at my last nail appt with Vivian. I have been going to her over 5 plus yrs and for her to act out of character like she did this past Saturday really shows me that she doesn't value her customers at all and that fine because for now on I will take my business elsewhere. My technician couldn't wait to get rid of me. She half-assed everything. Literally. She only massaged my right foot. She spent half of my massage tidying her cart. She cut my foot. She didn't put a base coat on my left big toe. THEN SOMEONE ELSE TOOK OVER???? And when I pointed out the unpainted toenail she gaslighted me and told me it was just the lighting. Whatever. I love this place. Tony is the best! He always does my nails great and they never break, even after 1 month! Very nice ambiance, and everyone is very friendly. They do great with keeping appointments, so if you need to stop in on your lunch break or don't like long waits, make an appointment online or call. They also give you a drink of your choice while being serviced. They are a bit more expensive than other nail shops I've gone to ($50+ for just a refill) and that's normally a full set with design and special shape at my other nail shop, but they use quality products and the experience is worth it. It's not necessarily budget friendly if you like to frequent the nail salon, but if you're like me, and treat yourself once a month to a fresh set and pedicure, I would definitely recommend going here to get your money's worth read more

This is a updated review. I have been going here for almost 5 years! This time was so rushed! The pedicure so was so quick and the lady did horrible on my feet she had to fix my polish several times. As soon as the nail tech finished my nails. The receptionist came over for my payment I explained my nails are wet and my nails got messed up. She called the lady over who did my nails and she tried to unzip my purse to get my card! I said OH NO! My nails are messed because I'm getting rushed to pay, she had to re do my nails on one hand. They made fun of the couple next to me. I put on the phone translator and they were making fun of the couple next to me in mandarin language. That's wrong!! Hailey is so talented and patient! I was able to look through all of the salons colors and stickers and diamonds to create a set I would love, and Hailey nailed it in a surprisingly quick amount of time. I requested my nails be on the thinner side since I find longer nails can look bulky if not thinned out and shaped correctly. Love this set, will keep coming back! The solid pink nails were from my last visit but I forgot the technicians name who did them, this place is my go to now. read more

It was my first time going to a nail salon after quarantine. Due to covid-19, I wanted to call ahead and see what precautions they were taking. Everyone is supposed to wear a masking including customers and they were spacing all the customers 6 ft apart. I decided to make an appointment for me and my sister and asked for the technicians we liked. When we got there everyone was wearing a mask and there weren't that many customers which was nice. However, it became clear our appointment was never recorded because the people we requested weren't working that day. And the employees seemed surprised when we came in telling them our appointment time. Overall, the quality was good and I'm glad they are taking the precautions seriously, however, it was frustrating that when I called twice to confirm our appointment they still didn't record it. I usually love the work done at this place. Unfortunately after today I will not be going back. I made an appointment and they sat me down pretty quick. One of the gentleman working there came and started to file down my nails. He did 4 of them, messed up the shape on three of the four. Then told me someone else was going to do my nails. No one ever came back. I waited 20 min for the guy to even get to me and after he said someone else is doing it I waited another 20 min before I walked out. After being told that I did not have an infection caused by one of their incompetent nail guys, the owner insisted that my nail was lifted from underneath and it was not caused from his nail guy not properly putting my nails on. I went back into the shop to have them to take off the nail 3 weeks later because it was causing severe pain, and he still denied it was an infection and would not remove the nail. I had to go to another nail salon to get the nail removed. Instantly they saw the infection and recommended me to go to a doctor. I am now under a doctor's care for a severe fungal infection due to lack of sterilization from that nasty place. I will probably loose my nail and it may not grow back. Looking into getting an attorney. read more

I have gone to this nail salon for almost 7 years. I always got my nails done by Tony and hadn't had a bad experience until the last 3 times I went. I always make an appointment a day or 2 before. The last 3 times they have taken people very close to my appointment time and have expected me to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time. Tony didn't have the respect to communicate this with me while I'm sitting in the salon waiting on him. He sends someone else to relay the message. It's disrespectful. Respect people's time. Especially the people who supported your business for years. I won't be returning. If you value your time I wouldn't bother going here. Setting an appointment means nothing to them. The guy that did my nails burnt my fingers on his tool and then when I went to pY they charged me to take my previous color off. I've had my nails dipped for years and have never been charged to remove color. I will not be coming back. read more
