Let's Talk Customer Service! Today, I experienced horrible customer service -- not from the staff, but from the owner. I've been going to this nail salon for over three years, visiting monthly. I always book at least three services (nails and a pedicure -- sometimes more). Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30 PM. By 6:30 PM, no one had even started my pedicure. I asked to speak with the manager, Joann. She didn't apologize -- instead, she simply said they would no longer be accepting appointments and offered 20% off one of the pedicures I received. Thank you, John, for trying to make things right and address the owner's unprofessional behavior, but... I will not be returning. read more

I was impressed as they had great customer service from walk in, during the service and all through check out! BUTTTTT BE VERY CAREFUL ON HOW THEY UP CHARGE YOU; they are not open with how the up charge looks as they're doing it all. I had to call for a breakdown on my first visit and the next time, we had to ask them again for a breakdown because it didn't match their marketed pricing on the menu. They served us with a menu of drink options and the Vietnamese coffee was delicious! You'll see the bar and a stack of snacks as soon as you walk in, an ice cream bar right behind the actual bar and an expanding salon that is so unexpected from walking in. Sonny did an amazing job on my almond ombré nails, I was amazed when he first shaped it and knew it was going to be great! $70 for Ombré almond ($55 ombré + $5 shape + $10 length) Tim was so patient and did an amazing job, as well, on my pedicure! $50 for classic pedicure and shellac. I'm definitely surprise that their pricing is similar to the city and sometimes more. I think it's anticipation of eating and drinking from their free menu. read more

Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Fast service. Bar available for drinks. Prices are comparable to other locations.

Pedicure tech Tim was great! Eyebrow tech Kim not so much. I was to get a wax and tent, however she kept leaving the room, rummaging around the room in different baskets, and on her phone! After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked how much longer. Her response was I just wax for you!!!! Wait what!!! That was not what I asked for. She did 3 strips, put some gel on, and said your done! When I asked for mirror, she became upset. I advised that the were not even, she said she would fix, had me lay down, she didn't wax or pluck anything but said ok your done! At this point I was. May go back for my pedicure, but she will never touch my eyebrows again!!!! read more

It's okay. Not amazing. I got a woman that didn't do a good paint job so I'm over here with blotchy clumped nails. She tried to fix, but it is what it is. Didn't think it'd make a difference to have her do it again... jeez, and it was an 1.5 hour long process. I would try it again because the receptionist was so nice and helpful to try to get my nails fixed. I think I'd need another nail tech who knows how to paint with precision. read more

Not a fan! I enjoy getting very fun/trendy nail designs but after my last two manicures, seems the techs cannot even master the basics. The last 2 times I got simple dip on my natural nail. The first time I was very unhappy with my manicure because my nails were all noticeably inconsistent, some much pointier and some at varying lengths. Also during this manicure, the topcoat was applied messily and not cleaned up so it covered my cuticles. This impacted the longevity of my manicure because it began chipping almost immediately starting by the cuticle. I decided to give them another shot, again opting for a basic dip manicure. I voiced my concerns to my tech and asked her to take her time again and make sure the manicure was not messy. This time, there were no noticeable concerns leaving the salon but the day after the top coat began to bubble and peel off my nails. So, half my nails have missing or chipped top coat. There's nothing in my daily routine that would cause something like this, and it has never happened to me before. If the techs cannot handle basic technique or use quality products to deliver a quality basic manicure, then I'm not interested in doing business here going forward especially since I prefer doing fun manicures but the techs I've had have not even been able to show quality technique in the application of a basic dip manicure. read more

It's okay. I feel rushed when I'm in here. Went once when I first moved here and it was okay. It's definitely a mid tier establishment. It's nice inside and they give you drinks. The Vietnamese coffee was great. But the mani pedi was mid. I came back this week with friends because they had availability. My manicure was meh. Cuticles still remained and the pedicure was the same. I went four days ago and I'm going to another spot tomorrow because that how meh it was. I already need it redone. You can definitely get better service somewhere else. Too many shops in the area. read more

This place has been the worst place I encountered for the whole time. The lady did my nail was so rude by talking bad about my look in Vietnamese language. I had the device that translate to Vietnamese that was why I know how bad the service. I would never come back here ever again. I don't care how you did my nail but I do care about the respect. read more

I wanted to get some festive nail art done for Christmas and the nail salon I've gone to for several years doesn't do nail art. I asked for recommendations in my neighborhood FB group and someone recommended Sweet Retreat. Peter was very patient and listened to what I wanted and he did a fantastic job! You can tell he takes pride in his work and didn't rush (which is a pet peeve of mine). I got a full set of acrylic nails and nail art. They served me a delicious pina colada which was a nice touch. I'm very happy and I will definitely be back!! read more

One of the best nail spas I've been to in the area. Everyone is so kind and helpful, they always take their time and do a great job to make sure you get exactly what you want. I had visited the Sweet Retreat Nail Spa to see if anyone could correct the shape of my nails I had previously done at another salon . I was so happy with the service I decided to switch nail salons and try Sweet Retreat again . This time I went in to remove my old set and start fresh . I first had a pedicure service done by Bruce . He did such a great job . I was totally relaxed and had no issues . My nail technician was Tia . I showed her inspiration photo and she totally delivered. Everything about my nails are perfect . I would highly recommend Sweet Retreat and both technicians. read more

Ok so here I am 5:45pm stressed to get my nails and toes done and no baby sitter for my 4 kiddos. Rushing to find a place that would take me no appointment in hopes of great service and I came across this location. They were so kind to me and not only did they take me right away but they seated my babies at the spa with me and even gave them snacks and slushees. The service was definitely amazing and I love my nails, simple light pink powder and toes light pink. They were all very nice and treated me great. I'd definitely found my spot to come to. read more

Referred my daughter and they charged her $125 for the worst nails ever! Super thick crooked just bad. So out of line! No more referrals for them! I wish I could post the pictures! read more

I confirmed the price with the tech before I received services which was $45. Once I was done and it was time to pay I was quoted $55. They did not honor what was told at the beginning of service and proceeded to argue instead of adjusting what was originally told. I do not recommend this facility as that is not good customer service especially after I confirmed twice before services were rendered. It's not right to charge a different price after and require someone to have to pay the amount. read more

Against my better judgment I went back to this establishment because the owner called me and apologized for the previous way I was treated. She was super nice and offered me a pedicure if I decided to come back since I have been a customer for quite some time. When I arrived I told them that the manager stated there would be notes and that I could get my pedicure. There was a new manager named Brenda that proceeded to tell me that the old manager was fired and they could not honor my service. I showed her the text and the review and she still refused. By that time I was already seated and I told her I would just pay for it. Luckily one of the nail techs that witnessed the previous occurrence remembered me and told her to call the owner. She came and told me that the owner stated that I could get a free pedicure but would have to pay $20 for the polish. The new manager Brenda continued to approach me talking to me about the old manager and how bad she was and continued to try to explain why I needed to pay. At that point I asked her to please stop approaching me and I would just pay for my entire service. This was the most unprofessional experience that I had ever had at a nail salon. To top it off at the end she asked if I could remove my previous review at the request of the owner. I told her that I would not be removing it. I think offering someone a free service and then telling them that they have to pay for it is classless. I will not return to this establishment when there are so many other nail salons in the area. read more

Cindy did a fabulous job. She is super creative and personal. My favorite set thus far. Thank you! Meagan

I decided to come to this Nail Shop on my birthday . I had such a bad experience at my former nail shop Executive Nails that I needed a new experience. Let me tell you they did not disappoint! The place was clean, open, and great lighting. Everyone was nice and helpful. My sister and I received a wonderful (strong) cocktail and was also given some boba tea to go. When they learned it was my bday I also got 10% off. I'm so glad to have discovered this place and our nails and feet were beautiful. read more

Friendly staff offers a refreshing drink upon arrival. Nice new place with many choices.

I been going here since they open. When they had a man manager it was perfect !!! Now the new manager is constantly switching prices customer service is BAD! All the nail techs suck and LAZY & they fired Amy she was the best. Now I let twee do my nails she's good I guess. Umm I'll only come here if it's my last option I do not recommend stay at your usual nail shop before switching to this place. Just bc a building Is decorated pretty doesn't mean the workers, quality , and service will be good read more
