Vivian did an amazing job on my nails. It came out exactly like the picture and was just what I needed for my back to school nails!!!

I know I said I'd never come back here, but a friend told me the place was under new management and that the prices had gone down a bit, so I decided to give it another shot. This was actually my second time giving them a second chance -- and I was pleasantly surprised! I've been getting my nails done by V, and I highly recommend her if you're looking for professional, high-quality work. She's also amazing at nail art -- very detailed and creative. I also got a pedicure, and I was super impressed. They actually took the time to remove all the dead skin from my feet (which was gross, but so needed). Most places just kind of rub it around and move on, but they were really thorough here -- major points for that! The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, the staff is kind, and they even offer a complimentary drink. I went with the Vietnamese iced coffee, which I absolutely adore. Not happy with this place at all. I have been a couple of times over the last few years and wasn't happy with those visits either. I gave them another chance while my mother in law was staying with me because she is in a wheelchair & it was convenient to my house. Well this experience was worst of all. They were rushed and not friendly. They cut my MIL toes in 3 places. They sanded off the gel completely with a drimel tool instead of soaking them off at all which really damaged her nails. I came in today around 1pm and the service is very quick and the staff if very friendly. The woman that did my pedicure her name is Mina she was very gentle and the massage was very firm and it went by fast. The place is very tidy and clean and they also serve you a beverage of your choice from the menu which is very nice. I will add some pictures at the bottom. read more

I am so tired of going to nail salons for bad service. I don't think their nail techs have a licenses! They aren't posted and when you have to tell them how to do your pedicure??? Very strange??! This place is clean but my nail tech coughed through the whole procedure. read more

Today I went to this salon to get a shellac mani and a regular pedi. It was anything but blissful. I told the pedicurist that I didn't want her to massage my feet or legs and she tried anyway until I stopped her. She also cut me with her tool until I bled. The wound still hurts. The Manicurist held and twisted my fingers so tightly that she caused pain in my hands. I asked her to stop 5 times. I will not go back there and I encourage you not to go there either. Vivian is amazing at nail art, we showed her pictures of what we wanted and they came out just as beautiful. The customer service is great, the shop is clean and pricing is reasonable. I have been here 2 times now. The first time I liked the lady who did my manicure. The second time we had a miscommunication. No one's fault really. But I wasn't sure I would like what she did. She dipped my nails, which I was unfamiliar with. They offered to redo them, but I decided to wait and see. I am so glad I did. The manicure lasted longer and didn't look bad. We I went back yesterday, I had a manicure and a pedicure, done separately, I don't care to have them done at the same time. Nails and feet look great and I am very happy. read more

I came to get my toes and nails done (acrylic on the big toes, shilac on the rest, full set of acrylics ) I came in at 11:10 on a saturday. I was there until 1pm, before anyone had touched my nails. It took two people to do my toes because they didnt know how to do acrylic on the toes. I was sitting waiting for about 20 minutes before i just got up to go get a menu myself. The quality of my toes turned out pretty good like a 8/10. They seemed very understaffed for a saturday and it just took way too long. They were kind and apologetic and gave me 10% off without me asking. Maybe come on a weekday. read more

This place is so nice! I was very grateful for how welcoming they were despite that we got there before the place was even technically even open for the day. They have a nice large and comfortable couch for me to sit and wait on my daughters nails. Great hospitality and they did an excellent job on my daughters nails. Customer service is the worst and it's over priced. If you want to wait forever without being told you'll be waiting and if you want an uncomfortable pedicure while someone awkwardly does your hands at the same time, this is the place for you. First visit I left disappointed and second I left without being serviced. Receptionist is not honest or accurate with wait time and you'll be forgotten about if they take you while busy. Beyond disappointing the color sample they had #29 was no where close to what I received. I told the technician it was much brighter she said it was the lighting. When I spoke To the manager Anne she offered for me to pay to fix their mistake absolutely unacceptable. I will not not be going back and will loudly share what poor customer service is offered. read more

Me and my friend had a very bad experience. Mind you , I do nails and wanted to go the nail salon for a relaxing experience after doing other peoples nails all the time. The people working on us were so rude. They weren't listening to our wants and made us feel like we were less important than everyone else. They kept stopping our service to do other peoples. They told us we could sit with each other and then split us up but were rude about it. One of my nails was totally crooked and I asked her to take it off and put another one on before the acrylic so it wouldn't have been so much work for her. She said she could fix it with the shape. I told her again after shaping I did not like that finger still and she said it's because my nail goes that way. My nail has never went that way in my life. I also do nails and know what I'm talking about. They just wanted to hurry up and be done with our nails so they didn't want to do the extra steps to redo that nail. At that time we were there for almost 4 hours and still my nails didn't have the design on yet so I told her not to worry about the design and left the shop with plain nails that I would have never went to a shop for because I was just so unhappy with the service. After telling the ladies at the front about our service.. no one seemed to care. Of course we were gonna pay for what we had on our nails at the time we were leaving. All we wanted was for them to show remorse for our terrible experience. They said they can't do anything about it. I've worked in customer service all my life and never have I experienced a place that cares so little about the customer. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more
