I have been going here for the past few years with my kids. I was so disappointed after our most recent visit and even my kids don't want to go back. The nail techs were very aggressive this time with not allowing us to pick out colors on the wall and said we had to sit down to look at their paint samples. My water and daughter's pedicure water was cold the entire time despite asking for it to be warmer (even luke warm would have been fine at this point). On the 4th time of asking, all five of the nail technicians starting talking about me in their language. It was extremely uncomfortable. I have been coming to nail salons for the past 20 years and never experienced so much pointed talking. I turned on my translator towards the end and was able to tell that they were indeed talking about me. One of the nail technicians made my oldest daughter so upset that afterwards she cried and said she doesn't want to go back there. That is sad because she was the only who asked to go there. The only good part of this experience were the drinks, but one of the nail technician ladies wouldn't let my daughter drink it until after she finished her nails (not such a good smoothie drink at that point). I don't normally leave reviews, but when they made my daughter cry, I wanted to make others know that they should choose a different nail place. So disappointing. read more

I have been going here for a while, I stopped coming a year ago because the employees seemed more aggressive and in a rush. I finally came back again on 11/25/25 I called in and got an appointment for 12:30. I got a mani-pedi, regular on my toes and acrylic on my nails. When my nail tech was filing/shaping my nails I mentioned that the spot she was filing was starting to hurt, to which she continued filing, I took my hand away slowly, and kindly said again,"that hurt." When examining my finger I noticed a bloody cut. Later during the mani she had also got a good amount of nail glue on my skin, this caused my nails to stick to the skin under my fingers on almost every single finger, which was not the best feeling. Other than that, the employees were all so sweet, the ladys at the front were very welcoming but, that was the last time I will be going here. read more

Went in to try this place because I had a gift certificate and they would not honor it because it was "expired" even though there was not an expiration date. Pedicure was just ok. Smoothie was like drinking strawberry milk. No texture at all. No neck massage while nails anre drying anymore. At least not for us. Walked in on a Saturday recently and Was seated at a table to get refills after about 15 minutes...then I just sat there and sat there while people kept coming by. After being there for about 30 minutes a lady asked me to move over to the next chair so they could seat 2 people next to each other. Then I waited even longer while a lady and her daughter got their nails done. After sotting there for almost 40 minutes someone came to do my nails. Then light wasn't working and she kept trying to get it to work for a while then just gave up. I wish she had gotten it to work because I wasn't extremely happy with the nails. I was in heaven! My wife generally takes me to a few different nail salons around us. After one visit to Paradise Nails I was hooked. It is just much nicer, better laid out and friendlier than the other 3 places I have gone to with my wife. The staff is very friendly, as well as very professional. At the same time, the last time I was there I had to wait about 30-minutes for my wife to get done, and I observed the front of the business. Most people seemed to be regulars, which is impressive. The staff took really good care of some of the elderly people coming in and several folks who looked like they had trouble walking. That really struck me as quite awesome. They also have a spot where, when you nails are drying, you get a shoulder/neck massage. Of course, this made me a bit jealous while sitting there because I don't get any polish so don't need any drying! read more

I am unhappy today. I have been using them for a while now and i get a text message today for 30% off or 25% off and it was to spa pedicures. Now I asked upfront because my daughter was getting her nails done and her toes painted and I was going to get a pedicure which would have cost close to $160 for everything they would not apply the discount. So you would give the discount for me spending say $60 on two pedicures but not any discount towards our total visit. NO was her answer I asked to speak to another manager other than her and they didnt produce one. So I did not do mine and I will not be back. Horrible customer service. So 25% was worth losing not only my pedicure visit today but also two customers for life. read more

I'm blessed and lucky I didn't lose a foot to infection...DON'T KID YOURSELF - IT HAS HAPPENED. People have even lost a leg! REVIEW: I had been going here since they opened...5 or 6 times. But the last pedicure was the worst experience I've ever had taking 6 weeks to heal and 3 months later my feet still are not 100% healed. Do you notice the tools they use on you are sanitized in a little pouch EXCEPT that cheese grater tool..they pull that straight out if their bucket. The lining of the foot spa is not changed out after each pedicure, either. I noticed this but regretfully didn't speak up. After 3 weeks I still had open sores, fungus, infection, bleeding heels and blisters. Christina shaved the skin off of the end of 3 of my toes and both of my heels. The sores on my toes healed after about 5 days, then fungus (athlete's foot) appeared on both feet under 6 toes and my heels cracked deeply open from where she skinned me, and two weeks later they were still very sore and I have had blisters appear and open on the side of my foot and now my big toes. T E R R I B L E experience. I will not go back. They obviously are not sanitizing things correctly. I will spare you the gross pictures! read more

Manicure was very impersonal. Never really dried after 20 minutes. By the time I got home, two nails were already messed up. I have been going here every two to three weeks for 4 years. Recently, the ownership or management changed and the lady who was upfront is no longer here. the service is not the same now. they have new people who are doing a poor job. I specifically asked if they could do a pedicure and manicure at the same time which is their normal process for years. Instead of telling me the truth that they were too busy they gave me the worst pedicure technician (a man I have never seen in there before) and never even got started on the manicure. My toenails are ragged and uneven and he did not put my shoes back on me When he was done. I hate to do it but I am going to find another nail salon. I went yesterday to get my nails done for a 70's party. To say they did an amazing job would not do them justice. Gary is absolutely amazing with the design! I showed him a picture and he did a better job than the picture! Louis did my pedicure and he's so sweet. I'm super ticklish and he scrubbed fast enough where it didn't hurt but got the job done. Also I would like to add that upon walking in I was welcomed by the manager Rosie. This place will make you feel like you just walked into a 5-star spa. I realized now that they just rush you and this means less drying time on shellac and that means ruined nails. Lots of money for terrible nails. Salon was clean and disinfected they had Plexiglas partitions at every station and all staff were wearing gloves and masks. They had a wide range of colors to choose from for dip powder as well as acrylics. My daughter and I each got a full set and the price was fairly reasonable for 2 people forward 2 sets of acrylics ($100). This is definitely a great choice for a salon they have it many alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages available plus they seem to have a lot of people on staff so wait time seems to be very minimal even on a normal day. My nails were done fairly fast but still done up well as well as my daughters they had us both done within about 2 minutes of each other, so no waiting for either of us to be done. This place is worth it alone just for the wide array of colors and choices plus there's an entirely separate and nice area for pedicures, chandeliers and all! read more

I went to paradoxe several times prior to Covid. And was so sad when I could t go back when everything was shut down. I never had a "nail lady" until one day when I went in for my post pandemic mani pedi! Went with my daughter and it was odd how they did pedis then moved us to the mani chair. Usually they do it in the pedi chair too. Any way not here or there. That experience left me unsatisfied, HOWEVER! And this is where it gets good! I messaged the salon told them my concerns and let them know it was not what I had wanted. Rose told me come back in and she'll fix it, I told her no I'll wait the two weeks and then come back. When I came back she gave me Jenny, who I swear is a nail genius! And didn't charge me, and even gave me a complimentary lotion! I have been going to Jenny as often as I can except when I can only go on a Thursday. And even still I always walk out happy. I work in customer service and I understand there will be mis communications and hiccups from time to time. I am so glad I gave them another try when it was disappointed after Covid closures. Started with a bad manicure and painting job and now with an infected pinky toe that has putting me off work for a week due to the pain and Dr said possibly I will need my nail removed to control the infection inflammation and pain l. Someone finally got smart, as this salon has a bar--they serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including yummy smoothies. My mom comes here all the time and sometimes I would come with her but they would do a terrible job on my nails so I stopped coming but today I came for a pedicure to give that a try and I got service with Lily but she was rude and would get mad when i told her I wanted a different color, I ignored that and went on about it, then cutting my nails she cut them crooked and short and when she would put my feet under the led light for them to dry, she would grab my ankle so aggressive and would hurt me, worst service, thats why i never go there and was definitely the last time im going. They attempted to remove off my shellac pedicure with a hand file. Cut nails, didn't shape, applied heavy coats of new shellac on to form what look like a bubble on each of toes. I told them it was done wrong during and the tech insisted she would fix. She did not. Owner or manager said she would redo them, but I'd still have to pay full price. So what should've been a 40 minute job is now an hour and fifteen plus the time it takes to redo (total 2+ hours) At full price & the expense of my nail beds. Horrible!!! They don't even make sure what type of service you're needing before they tell you there will be a wait.
