Good service for the money. I just get basic pedicures, but they do a good job, plus they offer a free drink like water or soda.

My regular nail tech is taking break to open her own salon. So I ended up going to thjs off place to get my nails removed & let them breathe for awhile. Only went here because other salons were too busy. And the male tech was so rough the entire time on my nails. They said they had time for 4 pedicures & my removal but we where there 2+ hours with 3 techs only. All my nails were sore for days. Then now I have been dealing with an infection in my left ring finger for 3+ weeks now. Had to go to urgent care & get it cut open. Then regular doctor for 2 antibiotic shots & 10 days oral antibiotics. Still not going away completely & will have to go back or to a specialist. And after $300+ out of pocket doctor bills. This place needs some major cleaning & sanitation. Beyond disappointed doesn't even explain. read more

I've been coming here for a couple years now and I always get good service. The upgrades for pedicures are worth the price if you have the time, and it's a good alternative to the frou-frou spas. They even got new spa chair massagers. I highly recommend this place. read more

I needed a pedicure that was by my new house because I didn't have time to drive to my usual place. As I walked in I was greeted and went to pick my color and sat down to get my pedicure. The nail tech that was doing my pedicure started talking crap about me and the guest sitting next to me to her coworker that was working on the guest. She also talked about how this place doesn't pay her enough and that the prices for serviced wasn't up to par. I don't look Vietnamese and they assumed I didn't understand. I let her finished my wack pedicure and paid her and told her I'm Vietnamese to not talk crap about future customers cause you never know who understands it or not. read more

Worst customer service ever! I waited for about 45 minutes to an hour when there was only a few ladies getting pedicures, someone surely could have started my manicure then when they got good and ready to ask me what I wanted the lady was trying to charge me about $70 for a simple pearly color coffin full set!! In the past I have spent way over $70 in a salon but not for the set I wanted this day in particular, shouldn't have been no more than $45 I was not even getting a pedicure. I came here about two months ago to get a manicure with my husband. They sat him in a chair and began working on him. Kept telling me 10 minutes. 45 minutes later he was done...so I left without a service. Today, we wanted pedicures so I decided to give it a chance again since it is closest to our home. Well I'll be damned if it didn't happen again. I'm so upset that I will never ever come here again. They seem to want to help my husband but always put me off. They need to have better time management and be honest about how long a wait will be instead of sticking someone's feet in water until they become wrinkled and the water cold. I will continue going to Venetian Nail Spa at Vintage Park instead of trying here again. read more

Terrible, awful the tech didn't take any care for my nails had them done Thursday and Sunday they were lifting the color wasn't even it looks like I have two different colors edges are sandy and rough. Went in today looking for a new nail salon I do gel manicures every two weeks and have continuously been disappointed with my current salon. I was pleasantly surprised and greeted promptly. I have been a loyal customer for about a year. My last visit I was severely disappointed... I was getting a pedicure and removal of my acrylics. first, the lady did not do a dead skin removal on the pedicure and I was paying for the deluxe spa pedicure. she rushed everything. Second, she started on the removal of my nails and she shaved off so much on my nail bed that she actually cut through my nail bed on more than one finger and said it was my fault. I complained about the pain multiple times and not once did she seem concerned. I was appalled. Another last was doing my sisters acrylics and cut up 3 of her fingers. Just honestly, the worst experience. I have never been so disappointed at the lack of care for client. I was loyal, every 2 weeks for over a year. Wow. read more
