I went for the first time on Sunday, January 5th. I called day of and asked if they were available at opening time. They told me they were busy and asked me to come in at noon. I was perfectly fine with that and walked in. They were very nice when I entered and asked me to pick out a color while waiting. They were very quick with my shellac nail and I was quite content with how it turned out. The price was on lower end than I have noticed at other places. Hopefully this lasts me a long time as I have had some experience where a gel nail did not last more than two days from other nail salons. I really wanted to like this place since I was greeted so warmly coming in. All their regular nail polishes have all separated, incredibly dried out or haven't been replaced in a long time/ever. I chose my color and as she was painting my nails, it was super clumpy so she used nail polish thinner to make it more runny. Well I guess they've been doing that forever and for all their nail polishes since my nails still came out really fragile thin and incredibly clumpy. Some of my cuticles weren't cut completely off and so I watched some of my cuticles scrapping into my nail polish. The photos speak for themself. This was my second time coming here and it'll be my last. The first time was awesome. About a month ago. Greeted when I walked in. I had an appointment for a mani pedi. They took my drink order and had two ladies ready to go. Great time. Today was the polar opposite. I called around 2pm for a 4:30pm mani pedi. They said no problem. I get there at 4:30 and notice only two people are working. No one to greet me. After about 5 mins they tell me to sit in the pedicure chair while they work on other clients. Around 5:10 they actually started the pedicure. It was decent. She kept bouncing between me and three more walk ins they kept taking then though they were understaffed. She rushed through my manicure. She kept looking at the clock. It's an absolute trash manicure. I've never had my hands look this bad. Definitely going to a new spot tomorrow to have it done properly. This place is a big NOPE. Don't do it. Avoid the disappointment and go somewhere that takes pride in their work. This isn't it. Only 3 stars due to my experience last time. Today was a major 2 star experience. read more

Went in for a pedicure with my daughter and granddaughter on a Tuesday afternoon. They don't have enough staff, the wait was too long. They did spend about 30 minutes for a classic pedicure for 2 of us but only about 10-15 minutes on my granddaughter who is 5. The bill came to $103 dollars! We won't be going back!! read more

I do t know but I feel like the lady who did my nails must be really new and just practicing. I asked for red short almond shape nails and this is what I got. i know, I should have said something, but the girl was trying so hard. Even another tech saw them. I tried this place and was sorely disappointed to say the least. A guy and a lady kept pushing me to get shellac nails despite me saying that I didn't want it. I kept asking for pricing never to get a concrete answer from either of them. I had a problem with one of the colors offered to me and that changed their mood instantly. I ended up paying $100.00 for an end result I didn't like... not to mention that my nails are a completely different color from my toes. I will not be returning there. It seems that they're more interested in squeezing every last dime from you instead of customer satisfaction. read more

Came to this shop to get my gel nails removed that were done by another shop and a simple manicure. I asked what the price was and they stated just to remove was 10.00 and to add the manicure was 18.00. So I added the manicure,I stressed to them that I did not want then to over file my nails to elevate damage to my natural nails. Heidi I think her name was did my nails and did her best to keep the integrity of my nails, which I did appreciate. Once done removing she asked if I wanted shellac? I told her I was unsure of getting shellac and asked what she thought, she of course said shellac I was still undecided. She then began to speak in her language and laughed as she told the front desk girl something in regards to the shellac that she was trying to get me to get. I thought that was weird but I let it go she continued to bring up whatever she was saying in regards to the shellac to two other workers during my time in the shop. I'm not sure if she thought I was stupid and didn't know she was trying to make more money by offering me shellac because I definitely would be up charged for that. I made a point to tell her no I would get regular polish she then stated my nails were thin suggesting the shellac would help I told her no. Had she not laughed and talked about it with other employees I might have gotten it but it was clear her motive was just to get the extra money. My nails do not look nice they are all different shapes when my nails were already almond shape when I arrived. The polish has bubbles and looks like I did them myself. Oh and to top it all off I ended up paying 28.00 for this hot mess when I was quoted 18.00 which would justify how they ended up looking. It was never about the money more how I was treated and the quality of service I received. I will not be back to this shop. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for around four years and I usually love it. They change nail techs really often, as of recently I've been getting my nails done with Brittney and she's AMAZING. Very gentle and detail oriented my nails always look amazing when she does them. Unfortunately today she wasn't there, and I was sat down with an older woman, who I usually see doing pedicures. The service I requested was just an acrylic nail removal. The service was going fine until she cut deep into my nail. She switched out the sharp metal nail on the machine with a with a softer one and placed the one that she'd cut me with back in her box which is unsanitary and quite frankly gross. I assume she was going to disinfect it but she should've just thrown it away those metal nails are inexpensive and easily replaceable. After switching out the metal nails she proceeded to try to buff around my injured nail while I repeatedly told her to stop. She finally stopped and finished with my other nails, which turned out fine. After finishing with the nails she took a used orange nail buffer and once again tried to buff around my pinky nail. After putting cuticle oil around my other nails and having me wash my hands she did pour alchohol and antiseptic on my nail and cleaned it off which was the one decent thing about the experience. She didn't charge me for the service obviously but this entire situation could've been avoided had she used a softer metal nail and if she had taken her time filing down the acrylic. I'm aware that the nail salon is a money making business and they try to be quick so that they can fit in more clients but it was early in the day there was absolutely no one there and in the hour that I was there no one came in. So there was absolutely no reason for her to carelessly rush this service. If my review and picture didn't scare you away from getting your nails done here and you're still interested in trying this place In suggest going to Brittney, she is THE BEST and I've inserted pictures of the nails that she's done for me. read more

Came in with my best friend to try something new in the town. I am a regular with nail spots so I was skeptic of trying a new one. Waited 30 mins for them to seat me then he grinder the powder nails that I had on off. Usually places soak them and then scrape but him grinding it was burning my fingers. Then the power ombré that he did was gloopy and not the color I wanted. After telling him that he said it was and proceeded to try and finish faster, not changing the color he was using. She made me feel so comfortable. My boyfriend also came to chauffeur me and she was so gracious enough to allow him to sit next to me while I get my pedicure. 30 minute wait, whole experience took 2 hours. My cuticles were bleeding and the the nail technician, nick, made me wince in pain multiple times. They don't take appointments and were really busy with all the walk-ins. I went on a Sunday and only 2 employees were manicuring. I was pushed to buy other services even though I had told them multiple times that all I wanted was a full set. Maybe one of the other nail technicians won't be as rough with the nail file.
