Our first time for my wife and I and we had a Great visit. Cindy and Amy were very nice, professional and skilled at working on our pedicures and my wife's manicures. We wanted a quiet space and a good place to relax and that's what we got. The vibe in the room was chill and we were able to get very relaxed. I got so relaxed while she was working on my leg my leg slid off the edge of the platform, woke me straight up. read more

Came in this morning and got sat with Thomas! Got my old stuff off and replaced with a fresh new set on my real nail with no tips. Absolutely love how they turned out - got a dark green with a design on my ring fingers. No cuts, no burns, no pain! The inside is also super nice. Certainly found my new go-to spot!! read more

Very disappointed in this nail salon! I sent a very good business client of mine to them. I was gifting my client to a pedicure session. They would NOT accept my payment over the phone or ApplePay to which I was told they would. My client had to pay for the services I was trying to gift her. Will NOT send them any more business. read more

I'm done. I was excited to see this new nail place opening. And gave it two chances. Both times I got a pedicure and they are filing off the old gel on my toes. They also file off my skin on my toes. I thought maybe it was the one nail tech that I got so I went back and tried a second time, but apparently they all like to do it. So you'll get a pedicure, but then you also get red painful scabs around your toes. The second time I took my daughter also and they pulled a long cuticle off her big toe which swelled up and turned red the next day and is very painful. So now we are both treating our feet with antibiotic ointment. Not only that but they nickel and dime me for everything so a full set is $55 and a refill is $55. If you want hot rocks on your pedicure, be prepared to pay 70+ dollars per pedicure. They also charge you to shape your nails which you would assume comes with the $55 so there are numerous five dollar up charges when you reached the register. If you even raise a question as to what the extra charges are, they start speaking to each other in another language. So $250 later we are battling infections on our feet. read more

Really disappointed and annoyed with this salon. First time I came, it was great and I was super appreciative because I am particular about my nails and I don't typically go for the "natural" nail look, but they did an amazing job. For my second time, I made an appointment over a phone call requesting the same person I got the first time, and they sent me a confirmation for this appointment via text. When I showed up for this appointment, they told me that the person I made an appointment with does not work on that specific day, and that they tried to call me ahead of time to let me know. I do have my phone settings so that it screens phone calls from numbers I don't have saved and they may not go through all the time. I changed this setting immediately after that. However, this was a birthday nail set and I needed them done so they ended up sitting me down with someone new. I showed the hosts a picture of the set and let them know that I was picky before they even sat me down. The new person doing my nails was kind, but there was much more of a language barrier and he struggled to understand what I wanted. He was super fast paced with the design and I tried my best to explain what I wanted and I believe that he did his best, but it wasn't like the picture and it wasn't what I wanted. When checking out, one of the female hosts asked me about my experience and I told her I wasn't happy with them, but that they might grow on me. She told me if I still felt that way within the next 10 days, to contact them and they'll fix it. 30 minutes or so after I left I called for this exact reason but it was a different host who picked up the phone and he was very short about it when I explained the situation and what I was told and I requested a specific day to reschedule, and said he would give me a call right back to reschedule but it's been a couple days and still haven't received the call or a text confirming an appointment day or time. Paid $150 for this, which was with my birthday nails discount, which I also called them about as well because they failed to communicate to me that it would be 10% off the initial service such as manicure instead of the entire service including the design and what not. It's my birthday week, hence I'm very busy and I'm done trying to work this out with this salon. I've already made an appointment elsewhere to try to get them fixed, but thank you milano nail spa for wasting my time :) please have a talk with your hosts and learn not to treat other people like this in the future. read more

i do not recommend coming to this milano nail spa let's start by saying if you are a woman with nice black skin! you will not get the service that they provide to the white women . i've gone to this place about 5 times ..on my last two visits a new guy named andrew extremely rude!! let's not mention that if you are getting your feet done in this place all the white women will look at you as if you don't belong . i went to this salon each time to get my natural nails done! by my fifth visit i'm noticing how my nails are easily breaking!! and are now extra thin. i went in to voice my concern to get the nail repaired, while i was speaking to andrew two white women came in behind me , he asked me to step aside so he could help them! another example of how this nail salon caters to the white women! which is totally unacceptable! when money comes from all races and background! to sum it up andrew told me he could not fix my nail because it was my real nail and they have a policy to only guarantee repair of fake nails! so you get charged the same amount but not guaranteed the same policy because your nails are real! also if you find a nail tech you like you want be able to keep the same one so the quality of service will always change! stay of tiktok dont come here get on google and support the smaller nail shops with old school prices and you can schedule the nail tech you desire!!! do not go to milano tomball horrible try la dolce nails instead read more

I use to drive all the way to west u to the Milano nail spa until I found this place. John is incredible. I have only been there one time but so far he has done better than anyone I have found. I am extremely picky. If you are like me, check this place out. Also, it's brand new and it's super clean and beautiful. The manager here also seems to be very particular with the technicians. 100% I would tell anyone who is particular like me to go here. read more

Let me first start by saying, this place is beautiful and the employees are very nice! I got the healing pedicure with milk & honey and it is literally with milk and honey! I gave 2 stars for these reasons- she did not clean underneath my toe nails, only clipped and cleaned dead skin. She did not use anything for the dead skin on my heals so they are still rough with dead skin. My main complaint is the honey. I left feeling so sticky. Luckily I didn't have anywhere else to be and was able to go straight home to shower so I could wash off the sticky honey that was used. It was so bad that my hands were sticky from pulling down my leggings that were stuck to my legs from the honey. I don't think the extra stuff is necessary for a pedicure, I would rather the paraffin wax- in which they do not offer. Oh, and I got a 12 minute leg rub. No massaging and nothing for the feet, literally a 12 minute leg rub with honey and milk. I give my pedicure a 3 out of 10. Not impressed. read more

5 star treatment. Professional attention to detail during my husband and my FIRST visit today. The one thing I look for during our first visit is the cleanliness of the location as well as how the technicians clean up during and after our treatment. We highly recommend this location.
