After finishing the 5k Bubble Run my feet were in need of desperate attention. Decided to give this place a shot and my toes did not regret! My nail tech was Linda. She's one of the older motherly techs. And you know what comes with older motherly people? Strong heavy hands. Her grip was very firm and she gave the best leg massage. None of those flimsy light peanut-butter-jelly-spreading-lotion-rubs like with other nail techs. I'm talking deep-tissue-thorough-exfoliation-elbow grease. She made my toes super cute and super clean and she took her time too. She didn't rush. Which I truly appreciated since I desperately needed the TLC. If you've ever read the story of Peter Rabbit and how Momma Rabbit held him down, scrubbed and rubbed off all the mud and smudges then dressed him up all nice tidy and clean... that's what I felt like. Thank you Linda! My toes were so prim and proper afterwards. And they felt amazing. The only complaint I had about my visit was the receptionist. She was incredibly rude and did not seem to want to be there. When I walked in she looked at me weird then asked "what do you want?!" as if I had wronged her by simply walking in. I told her pedicure, then she grumbled at me to sign in on the iPad and never looked up again from whatever she was looking down at. She looked like she was still in school and someone temporarily gave her front desk duty for the day, which I hope is the case because her attitude alone could turn away so many customers, if she were permanent it'd be bad for business. She should not be up there bc customer service, next to nail quality, is a big determining factor for most people when it comes to salons. After I signed in she mumbled nonchalantly down at the desk in a barely audible voice for me to "grabacolor, someonewillbewithyou"... no eye contact once... and so fast I'm lucky I even caught what she said. As a fellow younger Asian, I was highly disappointed. When older asian receptionists at nail salons seem rude it's different bc you take language and cultural mannerisms into account. But if you're young, clearly born here, speak crystal clear English AND also rude... it's a different story... smh. Anyways I had a great experience with Linda and would probably return for a second chance... but if the front service continued to be that bad, there are other salons nearby. read more

Today was the final straw. I've been going here since high school (I'm 27 now) and have seen many different owners come and go. I had 1 bad day their first week of this new management staff, and they have never made me feel welcome ever since. Tan is the only nice one, and does an amazing job and was probably the only reason why i still went there. This picture is not Tan's work, and I don't understand why any nail tech would let you leave with your nails looking this bad. They also started charging an extra $5 for callus remover which I think is the silliest thing ever, because callus remover is apart of every pedicure no matter what level you get and I've never had to pay an extra $5 for it until this past summer. All i usually get is a pedicure, and shellac, and i get a standard manicure every so often so my nails can have a break. Today was supposed to be that break for them, and all they did was take the shellac off, and my nails look and feel disgusting! I hate being this person right now, but this is the third time I've left this place in tears since this new management team took over. I've never felt so rushed at a nail salon in my life. I walked in and asked for a mani pedi. Saw the coupon on Yelp and thought sure I'll try this place out. The recent reviews have been great. I picked my color and they said they were ready. As soon as I sat down I showed the coupon on my phone. She looked frustrated and took my phone to show the owner, came back and said this was an old coupon and the new price is $38. When looking at the book it's the same exact price as normal so it's not a "deal". Which whatever that's fine but most places will go ahead and give you the listed price because that's what's listed. Anyways....I was flipping back and forth trying to decide what I wanted and when I went to the other page the girl looked at me and said "can you just go ahead and pick your pedicure"... I felt so awkward and rushed. So I decided to get a "spa pedicure" which is the level up from the classic- nothing fancy. She asked if I wanted something to drink I said sure id love a glass of wine since she had just made me feel awkward I thought the wine would knock the edge off. Worst decision. The wine glass still had the sticker on the bottom, glass was probably new and never washed and the wine was SO nasty. Nail salon not a wine bar...I get it but I get wine anytime I get my nails done and I've never had something so bad. She did a great job on my nails so that's why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. Will I be back....maybe? I'm not someone that gets their nails done often so when I do I like the experience to be enjoyable and relaxing with a great atmosphere. I came here on 2/4 but am just remembering to review. I live in midtown but went to visit my mother in Spring and we decided to drop in and check this place out. It was our first time there and apparently it has recently been taken over by new management. I got my acrylic (dip) done by Crystal. She did a great job! She was very meticulous and thorough on my nails and cleaned up my cuticles well. I loved the end result and was so relieved because the time before that I'd gotten dip at another salon and it was very poorly done. She was personable and pleasant and I truly enjoyed my time there and the results. The price was also very reasonable. I'll be heading back to Spring tomorrow and will make a point to get them done there again. I think I have finally found my go-to! read more

I have come here a few times since the change in management and both times my pedicure was not great. The guy who did my pedicure didn't completely take off my old polish and just put new polish on top of old. Maybe the women are better? Not sure because I've had the same guy every time. Also, I mostly come to have my calluses removed and he barely rubbed my feet with the purple sponge for a few seconds then he was finished. I really liked the previous people and will not return here. Hopefully someone will know where the previous employees went. read more

I can't honestly tell u anything about the pedicures but I had just got my nails done in Conroe And they were acrylic but they literally FELL OFF I wanted to try something new and when I came here they were polite and they did a really good job so I can definitely recommend they acrylic nails!! ;) I also got my eyebrows waxed it is only my 2nd time to do my eyebrows but it stung for a while afterwards when I got them done here so I wouldn't exactly recommend that but over all they are a pretty nice place read more
