I had such a great experience at Nail Phoria. I'm new to the area and ended up coming here after leaving another salon, and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and treated professionally. I received builder gel, a pearl pedicure, and eyebrow service, and everything was done with care and attention to detail. Sat and waited over 10-15 minutes to get service before walking out and finding a different nail salon to go to just to get my polish and acrylic taken off my natural nails. I came across this nail salon on Yelp and it had great reviews. I usually frequent another nail salon, but I was pressed for time and this nail salon was located in a more convenient location. So, I decided to give them a try for the first time. I received a shellac manicure and pedicure, the same as I always do. The nail tech working on my pedicure did a good job, she took her time and it still looks great (credit to the two stars). I noticed the nail tech working on my manicure was not really paying attention to detail and moving very quickly. I had to tell her as she was working on them to touch up certain areas that she missed. Once she was done, I noticed some parts of my nails weren't completely covered with paint, and some with the cuticle completely covered in paint. But, I was in a hurry, so I just paid and left. I noticed after 2-4 days the paint was already beginning to chip and lift. After a week, my nails looked as if I had them done for 3 weeks. This was honestly the worst manicure I've had. I've had plenty of shellac manicure's that are still intact after two weeks, just grown out (as expected). It was very disappointing to spend $35-$40 on a service that I had to remove after a week because of chipping. A complete waste of money. Never again. I'll just stick to what I know moving forward. read more

Omg!!! My daughter and I perused google for 2 hours and called each numbers we thought would be the best places. We were about to give up when we landed on a photo of a business establishment named "Nail Phoria." At first we thought it would be the same as the list of numbers we called. Well, what do we got to lose? She called and was thrilled they booked her in 2 hours! We didn't realize the nail salon was located just a few doors down from the restaurant we ate at a week ago. After parking right infront of their door step we climbed down the jeep and hurried inside. OMG!!! I have not seen such a lovely nail salon here in our area. My photos cannot even begin to describe this amazing place. The staff were lovely people. My daughter was scheduled at 6pm and they close at 7:30pm. No time to waste, she was seated immediately, one of the staff worked on her while the other lady was finishing a lovely client. Finally, Amy completed her service to this fabulous woman and worked on my daughter next. Another lady was seated on one of the lavish massage chairs for pedicure and had her feet done. Within 20 mins a group of 3 young ladies came in and wanted their nails done and needed 3 full set. Wow! Not enough time you say, but they were put on the wait list. Then another elderly lady came for a mani/pedi. They have an hour left before closing time. While waiting they asked if I needed anything to drink, I happen to have my own cup of cold sweet ice tea and thanked her for her graciousness. In short, my daughter was there for 3 hours and had 3 lafies wirked on her nails. She had a custom design she wanted done so Amy applied the tips and acrylic on her nails while the 3rd lady worked on her design. We love this place and I cannot wait to keep coming bsck to this gem salon. Their prices is excellent and their service is superb!!! I will give it 100 As for the rest of the clients who were there, the staff completed their services and they never rushed their jobs. Let's just say they closed shop and not once pouted or complained they had to stay and close the shop late. Thank you Amy for a wonderful customer service and a fabulous establishment! Found this place via Yelp I've been struggling to find a good nail place since my nail lady moved away. The nail shop was clean and tidy and was in a trendy nice shopping plaza. The pedicure was really good had to tell her to apply pressure lol only reason I gave it a 4/5 because I had to wait to get my nails done since only 1 lady was doing nails. This place is a hit or miss. My favorite part is that it's open later than most nail salons. As for the quality of their work, it's just ok to me. If you are in a bind and it's past 6pm then this place can be a lifesaver. Otherwise I would just stick to my regular nail place. read more
