I do not recommend Dr. Cho or Integrated Aesthetics. I went to Dr. Cho for what should be routine procedures with minimal to no complication when done correctly. I did not receive a quality evaluation by Dr. Cho, he did not fully evaluate my facial features, or facial asymmetry during the initial consultation. Every thing that was done had complications and unfavorable outcome. Botox, Lips, Marionette Lines. I Immediately noticed my lips had terrible bumps and lumps, I had filler in my lips in the past and never experience that many lumps and bumps immediately. I'm left over 6 weeks later with nodules that are apparently not going away, 2 large nodules in upper lip, and clusters of little lumps and bumps along both bottom and top lip. Then the marionette filler, I noticed my left side of face looked off, the shallow lines along side of the mouth had deepened. The right side of face looked very different from left side. Now over 6 weeks later, swelling is gone. I realize that Dr. Cho started on my right side, the fuller side of my face and put the majority of the filler in that side. I can feel the filler, it goes up to the corner of my mouth, causing a small indention, in certain lighting it looks like I have something in my mouth, a bulge. The left side, which is the smaller side, l received less filler. Making facial asymmetry so much more noticeable, the opposite of what you want to achieve. On left side he injected under the shallow smile lines, that caused them to appear deeper. A small amount of filler is at the bottom of my mouth and some along the side of the lines. I can take my finger and push skin over the small clump. Fact is, my marionette lines were not that bad, so what I'm experiencing is overfill on right side. Botox, 64 units upper face only, once it started working, it was hard to open my eyes in the morning. My eyebrows drooped so bad, my eyes looked totally different, not in a good way. Dr. Cho also injected under my eyes, I've had Botox many times and never received more than 40 units and never injection under the eye. It caused the undereye lines to deepen and appear far worse than before. I do not have a severally wrinkled forehead, the few lines I do have are not deep, I did not need 64 units. At my two week follow up, Dr. Cho injected more Botox above my brows, attempting to lift them. He then acknowledged, my face is fuller on the right, and offered to add more filler to left side of face, I declined the filler until after Easter, 5 days later I had both a droopy eyebrow and droopy eyelid on right side. Here six weeks later I still have droopy eyebrows and a droopy lazy eyelid on right. After my eyelid started drooping I canceled the 4 week follow up, where I was to receive more filler on left side of face. I did not want any further injections done by Dr. Cho. They did not tell me how much Botox and filler I was receiving, or what product, they gave me a total, before injecting. I didn't know this information until requested. Not that money is the issue here, it is worth mentioning since I thought I was paying for above average expertise, and had total confidence going into this. I received 64 units of Botox initially, 1 vial of Restylane Kysse and 1 vial of Restylane define. $3704 total. Money is the primary focus at Intergrated Aestetics, not quality consultations or informative guidance. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They allow all staff members access to your photos, I don't live near this place, they had me send my first complication, ugly lips photos by text. The same number used to send appointment confirmation, the receptionist admitted she could see my photos[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I reported my concern to the assistant, but it was never addressed by this office. Seems like a breech of Patient privacy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went in asking for a refreshed look for an upcoming Family Reunion, received a $15k quote for full facial rejuvenation and spent nearly $4k. I came to Dr. Mihail Climov to have my lip filler dissolved, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly painless. Dr. Climov began by using a machine to scan my lips and locate the filler, followed by numbing my face with a topical cream. I had requested a nerve block injection beforehand, which he administered--and thanks to that, I didn't feel a thing during the actual dissolving process, which took less than 10 minutes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Twice my appointments were rescheduled the same day but I was always an "understanding' client.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, last week my appointment was canceled 15 minutes before the start when I was driving to the office a it was done in several steps: - [[HIGHLIGHT]]first, the aesthetician called me and asked me to move the appointment from 2 pm to 3-45; I accepted;[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] - [[HIGHLIGHT]]then the appointment was moved from 3-45 to 4-15 by simply sending me a text;[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] - [[HIGHLIGHT]]then, when I was already driving and 15 minutes away, a person from the office called me and said that the aesthetician is not able to come on Thursday and suggested another day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was implied that Dr Cho told the esthetician to work with other clients in a different office (Maybe doing more important or expensive procedures). I work and live almost 1 hour away from the office. But even without that, I don't understand why the office requests 24 hours advance notice from the clients but they allow themselves to cancel on the clients at the last minute. I've been coming to see Dr. Melissa Chiang for almost 4 years and I cannot say enough good things not only about the practice, but most of all her! She is kind, caring, compassionate and has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever been to. Waste of time, waste of money , zero results. I would never go here again. I was fooled by the posts that were NOT erased from their website. Yesterday I posted my responses and I am guessing honest reviews somehow disappear. Only stellar reviews make the cut and set expectations that these are the best doctors since sliced bread . Posted a picture of my chin several weeks after the procedure. I was told " minimal " bruising . I had a vacation planned soon after and was trying to cover up this mess with makeup . Doesn't work. Once it finally healed , there was no difference in my chin whatsoever. I've had a lot of various fillers , even an eyelid surgery from other doctors in the past . This was by far the biggest disaster I've ever encountered and I do know the difference. This cost $4000. Needless to say , I could have flushed this money down the toilet and been happier than trying to recover from this mess. read more

My first experience at Integrated Aesthetics was with Sue G. She answered all my questions and explained in detail the treatment I was interested in. She made me feel so comfortable I immediately made an appointment with Dr. Cho for a consultation. Dr Cho. has the best bedside manners I've ever experienced. He thoroughly answered my questions & advised what he recommended would be best for the results I wanted. I scheduled my appointment for surgery in December & could hardly wait until the day finally came. From the minute I walked in the door the day of surgery, I was greeted with such a calm atmosphere. Jackie did my IPL prior to my surgery & she is so amazing. I was taken to get prepped for surgery. I became very anxious & Jenn calmed me just by talking to me. She is the best Nurse I've ever met. I had very bad experience with the place. I have never been to the place before and finally made a call to ask about Botox price and filler price before I go. The lady answering the phone is very slow and try to play games. She is like oh our minimum fee is $150 for Botox. It may vary from $300 to $1000 depends on the amount you use. And I can't tell you how much we charge per unit. And out consultation is not free, it is $100. What? You don't want to tell me how much I need to pay for Botox but you want me to make an appointment and walk in paying $100 consultation first? Horrible customer service. Won't even try again! I left this place feeling robbed, I came in two weeks ago for the filler Belotero. I wanted it in a specific area when they gave me the treatment recommendations they recommended everything but what I wanted and with the Botox the treatment came out to over $4000! For fillers and Botox. So I just got the Botox which was $1000 worth and they did not listen to me about how much I needed in my forehead so I was not going to come back for my follow up but if you miss an appointment they charge your credit card a 125$, Which they will credit your account if you do show up,So I came back for the extra units in my forehead which I said I needed in the first place...Never again good luck people who go here read more

I had some unusual swelling and I freaked out a bit but she was so kind to fit me in the next day to alleviate my concerns. Dr. Cho and Dr. Chiang at Integrated Aesthetics are awesome! Dr. Chiang is a dermatologist - I'm guessing she's in her 40's, but damn she looks fly! It helps that she's Asian, but seriously her skin is immaculate, so I want whatever she's having. I saw Dr. Chiang for a couple non-cosmetic dermatological issues, and she was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I also had laser hair treatment with her, and she was very conscientious about the entire procedure. Constantly asking me about how I was feeling so she could manage the discomfort while still delivering an effective procedure. Pesky hairs be gone! Dr. Cho did Cool Sculpting done on my belly and back. Dr. Cho was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was nervous about the pain, and he explained in detail what to expect during the actual procedure and after the procedure. Knowing what to expect really helped me feel calmer about it. Also, he did a great job managing my expectations on the results I could expect from Cool Sculpting. His office staff was very nice. During the procedure, they have music or and ipad available for you to watch movies etc. The treatment bed was very comfortable and the staff checked on me often enough so that I didn't feel abandoned, but not so much that it was annoying. Dr. Cho has a great bedside manner and you can really tell that he loves what he does and is genuinely excited about helping people feel better about their bodies. He also sets honest and realistic expectations about what kinds of results you can expect from different treatment options. This is super important! I feel he really thinks about the patient's goals and individual circumstances (ie: how much down time can they afford, what is their pain tolerance, etc). Used to be good, but money is now priority for them. Have seen Dr. Chiang as my dermatologist for over 5 years, and have never had a complain. When I recently needed to renew the RX for a medicated shampoo, I was told that I needed to make an appointment, which I found fair, as it had been over a year since my last skin check. I called her office and made the appointment, but when I arrived after having left work early and spent almost 1.5 hours getting there, the first thing I was told in the clinic was "You are aware that she's no longer accepting any healthcare insurance right?". NO, I WAS NOT. What angered me was not so much the fact they no longer accepted my insurance (or any insurance for that matter), but that it would have taken them max 5 seconds to say that same sentence on the phone when I made the appointment, which would have saved me a bunch of time, fuel and toll road fees (Westpark & 99). This is tantamount to unfair practice in multiple ways. Needless to say that I will not be using their services ever again. read more

Dr. Cho is amazing! I interviewed other plastic surgeons and researched credentials and experience extensively before choosing him. My first experience with this type of surgery was extensive and Dr. Cho and his surgical team explained every aspect from beginning to end as well as follow up procedures. He will not recommend a procedure which may be dangerous or which will not provide the results you have seen on tv or in a magazine. He will tell you which things will work and not work based on your individual issues. I chose Dr Cho and his staff because of his medical ethics and commitment to good surgery and not barbie doll surgery. His office staff has always been respectful and helpful and go out of the way to make you comfortable. I will be seeing him again for a less invasive procedure and I recommend him highly. read more

Dr. Cho has an advertisement in Living Magazine for an injectible study on facial aesthetics. I was contemplating on getting this done by a dermatologist until i read the information in the magazine. After a lengthy phone call with his assistant she made an appointment. That day I was led into an examination room and given a document to read describing the study and forms to sign after reading. While reading the doctor came in and described the study which was with a product already on the market and the same product in a powder form which would be mixed with a liquid and then injected into the nasolabial folds. He had a photo with five pictures of the nasal folds which showed the folds from a minimal crease to a more pronounced one. Then showed me I was not eligible because mine resembled the deeper fold. Mine is not that severe and asked him the study is for those who really do not have a problem why have the study? He did not really give me an answer but proceeded to inform me that I could get the injectable version which is available and showed me how it would improve my features. I truly believe that he is trying to sell the extended services they provide to some who may be able to afford it, rather than provide the free study paid for bytje pharmaceutical company. read more

I see them both a couple of times a year and next week will have some cancerous issues cut out once again.
