I started going to her for lymphatic massages after two c-sections in a three-year period. Yes, I'm a busy mom of a baby and a toddler. I was feeling extra weight in my upper body. Upon meeting Nelly, I was blown away. She takes care of herself and is such a down-to-earth person! She cares about me and my physical health. She gave me tips to incrementally start eating and moving better. She explained I needed lymphatic drainage and body contouring (I was in pretty bad shape but she didn't make me feel bad at all). She went to work, especially on my back, stomach and arms. I learned from Nelly the puffiness was caused by build up in my fascia. I had no idea! As she was working on me, I could feel the congestion in my body being rubbed away. I have only been twice (2, 90-minute treatments) and I'm seeing amazing results! I feel 1,000 times better.
