The application was uneven, the edges were not cleaned up properly, and the overall quality was not what I expected for the price. She communicates mostly through text and her replies to my questions were prompt. At first, I had difficulty finding her suite in the salon. According to the door sticker, the main building's official hours are until around 5 I believe. I was confused since my appointment was at 7 and the main door was locked. If you're stuck in this situation too, just try opening one of the side doors with an arrow sticker. Besides that, I really enjoyed my experience with her. She was really quick, thorough, and gentle. The space was clean and well-decorated. She does require a $15 deposit but that fee applies to your total payment. I highly recommend her if you ever need a wax!
