Truly wonderful welcoming service! Ana inspired the clear gel polish for my nails, after I saw hers. I truly do not like anything besides using my real nails since I can not get used to long nails and the damage it causes my nails to get longer nails takes months to recover from it, that's just me. The color polish chips easily and fast with daily house chores and at work constantly typing, they don't last. This time she did gel clear polish, my nails look pretty and natural with a shine to them. I can never keep my nails long enough either but Ana was able to get my nail shape beautifully, clean up my cuticle, and the massage was heavenly! For my pedicure, Tina was amazing! She took her time, removed calluses and shaped my toe nails beautifully. I do not like long toe nails, the shorter the better. She filed them down and cleaned my toe nails cuticles beautifully. Her massage, she really has amazing hands. My lower legs were definitely taken care of. My son and husband joined me for Valentine's Day, they enjoyed their pedicures! The hubby said he almost fell asleep with the amazing foot massage, paraffin wax, and hot stone massage. Our son is autistic and they definitely went the extra mile to get him comfortable with the pedicure. If he was not ok with it they stoped to get him comfortable. A few things like the paraffin wax, he did not like and they let him feel it first to see if it was something he would enjoy but he was not feeling it. I'm thankful to have had a poor scheduling experience lead me here because it was everything you could wish for in self -care. Walking in someone promptly came to the front, greeted me and proceeded to grab the owner. There was serene spa music playing and on the televisions natural views of the Maldives. My technician was Linda, who had a a really good energy about her. There was a language barrier but we kept it light and joked a lot especially once she realized I'm ticklish on my feet but really love pedicures. Everything was clean and when my original color choice kept showing as clear. She first checked with me a change my color. I will continue to come here as this is a regular habit I'd like to get in to. And they make sure to get your name, curious I asked, and Michael said they like to greet their customers by name. I noticed them do this twice while I was there and just figured they were exceptions, but I found it really sweet to know they truly make an effort so simple. read more

I can understand why people like this salon. I came in for a refill of my colored powder nails and they pretty quickly accommodated me and had me out the door. The ladies are friendly and I'm happy with the results. I'm taking off one star from my rating because I didn't even get the chance to pick another color or be offered one. My nails are white so she just quickly decided for me that she was going to keep the same color. I've always been asked if I wanted to keep the same color or change - in fact most salons ask for you to select your color assuming you are ready for a new color. Right? Along that same line, when I paid ($25 plus tip) I asked what happens if I wanted to change colors, she told me I would have to take off completely and start with a new set for $40. In other salons you only have to start from scratch when you do a drastic dark to light change in color. I feel like always requiring a new set is just a ploy to get you to spend more money and thus, why I will likely not be back. Sorry ladies! read more

First off walking into the place it was clean and nice however I go to sit down and just as my pedicure started the lady takes that spinning nail filer and files the middle of my nail to the nub it hurt so bad I gasped in pain but im too shy to say anything else but then she proceeds to file my nail more then I finally asked please not that nail. This place is great!! I've gotten pedicures ($25) and shellac manicures ($30). I'm always happy with the service and nails. They offer a selection of drinks and snacks while you get your nails done. The pedicure includes a foot soak, callous removal, sugar scrub, lower leg massage, and warm towel wrap. The manicure includes an arm massage with a warm towel wrap at the end. I have been to many nail salons over the past 20 years and I will say with complete certainty that ENails is the best I have ever experienced. I have been coming to ENails for 3 years every 2 weeks for a refill and pedicure and Mali and Sophie are so caring and attentive and I always am so pleased with all they do. They ALWAYS use sanitized tools and their salon is beautiful. I would highly recommend ENails. Also my husband goes at least once a month and sometimes every 2 weeks for his mani and pedi.
