I moved to the area a few months ago and am on a hunt for a new nail salon. I am not one to make appointments really, so I was lucky enough to be squeezed in on a late Saturday afternoon. When I walked in I asked if they had time for a walk-in and the guy at the front desk told me the wait was about 15 mins. The guy who greeted me asked if I cared for something to drink while I waited. They had wine, water and sodas for the customers. I had my twin 5 year olds with me so drinking and driving is a no.. The girls were offered a Sprite and they loved that. I ran right next door to order a small pizza at Pizza Hut for them since they were hungry and I knew I would be there for at least an hour for my spa pedicure and full set. The nail techs were sweet and took their time to do a good job on my feet and hands. (Full set hands by Sophie). I didn't feel rushed especially since I walked in about 5 pm and they close at 6 pm. I will definitely be back for my nails and maybe even try a massage or facial service they offer as well. read more

I thought I loved this salon until it was discovered last Friday, the 25th of May, that I had a nail infection. Clearly the material isn't properly sanitized since I go to Sophie every two weeks, who else or what else could have caused it. I'm highly upset, and my nails are now hideous. Please ensure everything is properly sanitized before you end up like me. read more

Well. On the day before my sisters wedding, I called at 10 am and made mani/pedi appointments for us both for about 3 pm that afternoon. Based off of the phone call I had when I made the original appointment, I assumed we'd be able to get all of it done at the same time. That wasn't the case. During the appointment, my sister was having both her mani and pedi done at the same time, while the woman who started my pedicure just left. I have no idea where she went, but she just dissapeared. My sisters nails were finished almost an hour and a half before mine. We were there for almost 4 HOURS just trying to get it all done. My sister and I were over an hour late for HER OWN wedding rehearsal. When I went to pay, I showed her the yelp review I had written (if you write a yelp review you get 20% off) and she okay'd it, and then asked to see my sisters. But we were paying on the same tab, this was a gift to my sister from me! But, the woman would not let us pay until my sister wrote a review as well! We stood there, at the cash register, already an hour late for the rehearsal, and this woman watched as my sister hurriedly wrote a review, JUST SO WE COULD PAY. We ended up paying for almost $200 in services, but honestly I'm extremely dissatisfied. read more

I have been going to eNails and More for several years. It was recommended to me by a friend and I have not been disappointed one bit. I've used many other salons in the past before I tired eNails and never have I gotten the service I received from eNail. I regularly go for shellac manicures and pedicures and I have also tried massage and a facial. All services have been excellent. I've had several people work with me and all have done an excellent job. They are courteous and helpful, thorough and very clean, making sure there are no slips onto the cuticle area. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. In fact, one time when I went in for a pedicure, I was encouraged to relax and read and let them take care of me. How wonderful! I have no trouble with communication at all. I have asked for some specific things in the past (a specific technique for removing the shellac) and was told that they would do whatever I asked. One of the reasons I love going to eNails is the feeling of friendship and family. Everyone who works there is glad to see me when I arrive. They all speak to me and wave and welcome me, inquiring about my family and me. I am made to feel right at home and I can visit if I want to or just be quiet. They respect whatever I feel I need that day. There are lots of color choices and always something new has come in since the last time. I constantly see people I know when I go in and everyone seems to feel the same way...it's their place to go. I love that! I love going where people know me and care about doing a good job. Jenny, Helen and Cindy are always very polite and knowledgable about their products and services! They take their time with each customer making sure your needs are met to the best of their ability! They remember your name, always ask about your day and how you have been. They also have many different kinds of beverages available while you relax and enjoy your pedicure/manicure. Numerous amounts of nail polishes to choose from or you can bring your own. They want to please you in the best way possible to be sure you return and spread the word! I have only been living in Texas almost a year now and been to several nail salons that didn't meet my expectations! So far they succeed in meeting them and I'm pleased every time I leave. It is in a convenient spot with food and gas stations nearby. I'm lucky it's 5 minutes down the road from me but I would drive 30 minutes just to come here! All of the women are amazing here you can't go wrong with who you choose or who you end up with! They also provide waxing, massages and facials which I've done all 3 of and they are equally satisfying as the pedicures and manicures are. I recommend this place to any and everyone read more

I have been to E-nails on Eldridge several times for pedicures as it is around the corner from my home. I always thought they were nice and did a great job so I decided to invite all of the ladies from my wedding party there the day before my wedding. We had a great time, everyone was pleased. After I got home my mother-in-law mentioned that she had paid for my pedicure. Well, I also paid for my pedicure. Of course were thinking it was just and error on the salons part so my mother-in-law went back to the salon and told Jenny we were over charged. At first she denied but eventually gave in and gave my mother-in-law a gift card for the amount we were over charged (refusing to give cash/credit of course) and gave it to me as a gift. I hadn't been back to the salon in almost a year so I decide to pull the good ole gift card out and have my toes done the other day. She informs me after my pedicure that the card expired 6 months ago. Now I'm a pretty fair person until I feel someone has either lied or stolen from me. At this point, I will not ever go to this establishment again. I'm very disappointed and feel like we were robbed. All I can say is shame on you! read more

I've been to this salon two times and I don't usually get my nails done so the first time I went it was alright. Nothing I would go out of my way to recommend but this last time was horrible. I would definitely go out of my way to stop people from going there. I went to the salon to get my nails done and I came in with a picture of exactly what I wanted. First off, I asked the lady if I should get shellac or acrylic to achieve the look and she kept thinking I was asking for shellac and then acrylic on top and she was going to charge me $70. Once she finally understood what I was asking, because someone else had to intervene and make her understand, I asked her multiple times if she had the colors to achieve the picture exactly. She said yes. I've had multiple instances before where the ladies say they can copy the picture I bring in but end up doing something completely different which is why I was so adamant on making sure she knew she could do it. Once I sat down and and she started she constantly said I had a lot of cuticles. I already know that. She said it's more than 10 times. I counted. I'm sitting here getting my nails done and wanting a relaxing time but all she does is constantly insult me. Then when she puts the glitter on my ring finger it looks just like a top coat. It doesn't cover my nail at all and I ask her how she's going to fix it because the picture clearly shows the whole nail covered in sparkle. She started giving me more attitude but I ignored it asked if she could do multiple coats so it could cover my nails and she rudely agreed. Then she got little pieces of cotton stuck in my shellac and you can clearly see it in the light. Once she had finished she gave me an earful about getting my nails done from the owner next time because she does nails "professionally" and doing more than one coat of shellac is not "professional". I found out later from a friend that shellac actually has 4 coats. I base, 2 color, and 1 top coat. She only put 1 base, 1 color, and 1 top coat. I do not recommend going here at all. The lady did not give me a relaxing time and instead did everything to insult and be blatantly rude to me. Her desk is the last one on the left. It definitely was not worth a penny let alone $35. The ladies also started arguing about how much tip they would get from what I had written down on the receipt. If you do, however, go to the salon, I recommend getting your nails done from the owner. She was very sweet and I wish I would've went to her instead. She doesn't make up for the bad service but she is the best manicurist they have there. read more
