You get what you pay for. The price seemed too good to be true and it was. For a gel manicure and an upgraded regular pedicure it was only $68 dollars. Way cheaper than other places in Houston. The color selection was just eh. Overall the whole experience was just eh. The lady who was doing my pedicure had a regular walk in and began rushing my work to get to her regular. They seem short staffed and overwhelmed when walkins come. I'd rather pay more at another salon that I know will have good service and good quality. Will not be returning. read more

I called and asked for a Pink & White Acrylic Full Set. I was assured they could do the "old way" per my request, *PINK AND WHITE FULL SET ACRYLIC*, for $39. When I arrived, we reviewed verbally again what I wanted. I was showed the price list for $39, and went ahead and added the $5 fee for cuticle care. Vivian was my nail tech and it seemed okay until she began adding my acrylic tips. She barely used any glue. I saw issues from the start with tips adhering properly. Now that my nails are finished, I can see the space between my acrylic and nail bed - open for bacteria growth and a weak bond to my nail. She finishes gluing all the tips, and then pulls out and structures the first nail with a 100% all white powder. She shows me the finished nail, as if it should make me happy, and then it all went downhill from there. I was told no, they can't do a "pink" middle with white tips because it'll cover the white of the tips and look bad. What???? This is the service I called ahead for, was reassured about, and intended to get. She has to scrape off that completed nail at this point, pulls out the "white and pink" powder, and this time is is legitimately 99% white. I BARELY see a TINT of pink in there at all. Same thing - she applies, shows me, there's zero pink in it. She lets it dry too long because she was visibly frustrated with me at this point and crossed her arms while spewing out verbiage in her own language to the other nail techs. Mortifying. She has to drill that one off. They pull out a dark pink powder this time...looks promising. She slaps it on to show me and it's a hot mess. I make her remove it. Trust me, this place was awful. Do not promise or show me a service that you are actually NOT providing. I settled, y'all. For the "pink and white" 99% white powder. She does the job, I say nothing, and pay and leave. She adds a sloppy mess of some pink shellac to try and appease me, but guys - My nails are horrible. Each nail is 2 mm thick on one end and 0.5 mm thick on the other. completely uneven, way too thick, NOT pink at all, separating from my natural nail, and the acrylic tips are not fully covered by the powder sealant. Under my nail tips is a disaster that she didn't file or fix. I will never go back here again. you should NOT go either. read more

This is really a two star review. But these people were nice. So I'm trying to be nice. But my nails are ALL WRONG. and my toes don't look great either. They were quick-ish though, and I love that. The dip color doesn't even sort of match the swatch. My nails are nothing close to almond. And my toe nails weren't buffed first, so there are ridges. But again, they were nice. They offer wine - maybe I should've gotten some. And the prices were not bad. Oh but the chair was also the most uncomfortable thing I've I've sat in. I don't understand the concept of making an appt if you have to wait 30 to 45 minutes. If there is a walk in before my appt., I don't think I should have to wait. The girl who answers the phone is rude and abrupt and not friendly at all unless you are the person she is giving a pedicure to. They have pricing for all price points so if you're on a budget like me or if you're a big baller with lots of money to spend, there's something here for you. Tried this place with a Groupon. They have very nice customer service and take their time and do a good job. They offer free water or wine. Nice color selection for powders and they have quality polishes and products like OPI. The pedicure chair is very relaxing. Mai did a good job on my pedicure and dip powder on my natural nails.
