However, this past Saturday we arrived at 11:30 am and were told that the wait would be 15 mins. Not at all close to the time we waited. We were sat at 12:45 over an hour later. I wish they would've been more honest about the timing. Nonetheless we got sat with Angel and Mia, Mia was very dismissive and dropped some of my orange juice on my brand new Birkenstocks and did not care to clean them off or even apologize. Already, off to an even worse experience. They did not even cut enough of the cuticles or nails whatsoever. When we asked them to cut shorter they grew upset and just rushed through our mani/pedis. I ended up with nail polish on other places on my foot other than just my nails. Very sloppy job. After almost 4 hours of being here we finally get to the front only for the older woman to say she misplaced our ticket or mislabeled. We had to wait for her for another 20 minutes to get our total. I quite honestly did not even want to pay for this awful experience. It was terrible and I will definitely not be coming back. Even if you make an appointment they will still make u wait more than 30 mins. The location is beautiful but the service is not up to par. Try a different location or salon, save yourself the troubles.

The sofas are in the same room as service area, so vibe is a bit interesting. Small mom & pop nails salon. Called ahead and asked if they had availability for 3 pedicures- asked specifically if there would be a wait - he said "No, no wait." We arrived ten minutes later, led to the back, got seated, had us soak our feet... and made to wait. They only had 3 technicians in the whole salon, and all 3 were already working on other customers. After 5-10 minutes, 2 techs got done with their clients and started on two of us. Our third person was left waiting for at least 20-25 minutes before a tech finally started working on her. We did not appreciate them saying they was no wait, knowing full well they didn't have techs available to service 3 pedis. Giving them 4 stars because they are small family shop and seemed like they're trying their best. They were not loud or pushy. They did not have a lot of colors to choose from, did not offer drinks, and don't have a ton of technicians.

Each time there has been some minor inconveniences (40min wait times, nail techs digging too far into my cuticles, rushing the service, and overcharging for "length") but this one is where I draw the line. My last visit I paid extra for gel cat eye. The tech who did my toes did 2 layers of polish. I asked the nail tech if she should do the same and she said no. 1 week later the paint is chipping off of my hands. I go to check out and they added a length charge. I went in with bare hands and did not ask for extra length but apparently it's an automated extra charge for a full set. Fine. 3 days ago (9 days later) I noticed FOUR of my nails LIFTING. Today, I called because one of them is literally barely hanging on. This has NEVER happened to me before. "Vivian", the manager, was fairly rude and was not willing to discount a repair. Instead, she said to come in and pay full price for another full set or a fill. Now, I have to go somewhere and have the entire set removed (to prevent moisture build up) and get an entirely new set. If I wanted to worry about my nails falling off, I'd buy them from HEB. ~ Complete waste of money But the ambience is cute, so they get a 2 instead of 1.
