This was the worst service I have ever experienced. As a salon owner myself, I would never allow a…read moreclient to pay for a service they were unhappy with. On Saturday, February 28th at 6:49pm, I arrived for a nail service. Your sign clearly states closing time is 7:30pm, yet the front desk informed me they were closed. It immediately felt like I was being turned away. Only after I mentioned that I had just finished working at my own salon did they reconsider and decide to service me. That alone showed a lack of care for gaining or keeping loyal clients. They did a beautiful job on my nails that day. However, when I returned on March 2nd for a basic pedicure (during a short break between my clients before traveling), the experience was completely unacceptable. Before starting, I clearly asked if they had enough time to properly perform the service. I even offered to only do a color change if needed. They assured me they had time to complete a full basic pedicure. What I received was not a proper basic pedicure: * No soap, salt, or any soaking solution was added to the foot bath (as is standard practice). * The water was being filled without a plastic liner until another technician corrected her -- a clear sanitation concern. * My feet were barely soaked before she removed them. * Lotion was applied quickly and wiped off just as fast. * My old gel polish was removed and my feet were scraped while dry. * My cuticles were cut aggressively. * My nails were cut unevenly, even after I requested a square shape. * The polish color did not match what I chose. * Polish was left on my cuticles. * One nail was visibly longer than the others. When I calmly expressed that I was unhappy, I was told the unevenness was due to my skin being "thicker" on one side, which is not a valid explanation. Instead of correcting the service properly, they removed only $5 for gel removal and still charged me approximately $48 for a full pedicure -- despite not providing a proper one. I felt rushed, dismissed, and forced to pay for a service that did not meet basic salon standards. When I asked to speak to the owner or someone above the staff present, I was told I would receive a call -- which never happened. As a business owner, I understand the importance of client loyalty and satisfaction. This experience felt more focused on collecting payment than providing quality service. That is not how long-term relationships are built. I do not recommend this salon. Clients deserve to feel valued, respected, and properly serviced -- not rushed out after payment

The sofas are in the same room as service area, so vibe is a bit interesting. Small mom & pop nails salon. Called ahead and asked if they had availability for 3 pedicures- asked specifically if there would be a wait - he said "No, no wait." We arrived ten minutes later, led to the back, got seated, had us soak our feet... and made to wait. They only had 3 technicians in the whole salon, and all 3 were already working on other customers. After 5-10 minutes, 2 techs got done with their clients and started on two of us. Our third person was left waiting for at least 20-25 minutes before a tech finally started working on her. We did not appreciate them saying they was no wait, knowing full well they didn't have techs available to service 3 pedis. Giving them 4 stars because they are small family shop and seemed like they're trying their best. They were not loud or pushy. They did not have a lot of colors to choose from, did not offer drinks, and don't have a ton of technicians.

They had a new lady who cut me extensively during my pedicure. You ever get a nail tech who is new or doesn't know what they are doing? They move differently during the service. Usually slower, choppy cuticle cutting style, etc. This was yesterday. Cuticles are super sore today. Even my usual manicure tech cut me yesterday. I went in around 4:30pm and no one was there. I got into the chair instantly. It's not the most up to date spot but doable. I had experienced okay service before and needed something close by and quick. I won't make that mistake again. Their door says they take visa and other credit cards. The tech kept pushing me to use my debit card. I use my credit cards for everything to get points. I understand why they push debit and cash but it's just off putting. Also the techs are literally hovering over you while you check out to see what amount for the tip you will leave. Makes things super uncomfortable. This will be the last time I'll go back. They are empty for a reason. Avoid. You deserve better.

From the moment you walk in, it feels upscale and relaxing and yes, they even have a bar with complimentary cocktails. Such a fun and classy touch! Nancy was my nail tech and she was absolutely wonderful. I only got a pedicure with shellac this visit, but I chose the "Pedicure for Me" package and it was everything I needed. It included an amazing massage, a sugar scrub, and a warm wax treatment... and ughhh it was LOVELY. So relaxing and indulgent without feeling rushed. Nancy was attentive, gentle, and detail-oriented. My shellac looks perfect and my feet feel brand new. If you're looking for a place that feels a little more elevated and luxurious while still being welcoming, this is it. I'll definitely be back!

They offered a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The vibe was a bit busy when I was there on a Thursday evening, due to a company having an event for their employees. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff as I entered and exited the building. The main drawback for me, is the access to the bathroom. Several boxes were stacked in the hallway which prohibited my walker fitting in the bathroom. Fortunately, I had my canes, as I had to leave my walker outside and around the corner from the bathroom. Outside of this, a great visit. I'll return when I'm in the area.

I Usually just get nail polish or shellac pedicure at my normal place. The gentleman at Cloud9 that was going to do my pedicure suggested for me to get acrylic overlay on my big toe because there was a small split on the edge of my nail and that he said it would probably crack all the way down if I didn't get acrylic to protect. I've never had that issue before and I've had plenty of small splits on my toe nails on my toe nails and im now 48. So I did get acrylic on just that one big toe the rest of them were shellac. About three weeks later, I went to my normal place to take off the shellac and acrylic from that big toe to get a new pedicure done to my unfortunate surprise when the acrylic was being taken off I noticed a large green stain the nail tech and my normal place. said it happens when a acrylic job is not done properly and humidity and water goes in between the nail and the acrylic. I am so devastated because I should've just stayed going to my normal place instead of trying Cloud9 and now sadly, I have this situation where almost my whole toe is green and a split that goes almost all the way down in the middle of my toe. . We're about to enter the summertime and I will not be able to wear sandals and worst I'm going to have to go see a foot doctor and they will probably tell me that my whole nail has to be removed. All because someone suggested something to make more money and they didn't know what they were doing. Here's a picture in case you need evidence.
